We have been using Pattenden Vets since they opened but have spent a LOT of time there since 2nd August with 2 poorly cats. I cannot recommend Rob the vet enough and am so grateful to him for all the care we have received. Said a very hard goodbye to my 15 year old cat this morning and wouldn’t have wanted anyone else to take care of him. All reception staff have always been so lovely too and me, Thomas & Freddie are very grateful to you all. Thank you x

Mum has been using Pattenden Vet Clinic since they started and she cannot praise them high enough. We recently took her new puppy there for her jabs and a few other things, they are really friendly, helpful and polite whilst remaining professional. They are not overly expensive and we can definitely recommend them for all of your pets needs.

What can I say about Patrenden, they gave my two girls a new lease on life. After being failed by our previous vets, Polly saw my Anatolians and her guidance and medical knowledge has been a game changer. From having conversations of planning for the end, to now talking about how my girls run around the house and have never been happier.

We have been with Pennards for five years with our shih tzu Bubbles, they have always been very helpful, friendly, accommodating and caring. She went to the puppy classes too which was great for her socialising We would definitely recommend this clinic, as well as Sevenoaks when Bubbles was neutered there

I recently took my cat Bella to the vets to have her spayed, and I couldn't be happier with the service we received. We have been very fortunate in having Pennards London Rd Tonbridge during the last 5 years; when our retriever of 9 months got hit by 2 cars , they suspended surgery and came out to assist, by good fortune he recovered from his serious injuries and subsequently he has received fantastic care as and when circumstance dictate. The entire team take a genuine interest in all of their pet clients and being a member of Pennards Club, the benefits are a bonus so I can only sing their praises which was not the case with our previous experiences at another Vet Practice who were found wanting when our late dog was in need of serious attention. So if in doubt do choose Pennards London Rd for your caring vetinary practice.

I’ve been with the vet practice for over seven years. The care has always been excellent. And really helpful. Leaving a review today as my cockapoo had surgery and everything was superb. Lots of info before and after -sent on email as well . Great support from the vet team. And one dog who is still excited to go to the vets!

I can't knock the professionalism of companion care Crayford, Alice and suzanna are just perfect in times of need and just normal consultations, they say it as it is and no sugar coating, brilliant bed side manner too, they care about your pet and you too. Every vets local to me was so expensive charging the earth to put down my guinea pig who had become really ill due to being an old man. Companion care, where do I start! From start to finish they was so supportive and kind, the nurse was lovely and made me feel at ease. Gave me the time to say goodbye to my loving pet of 7 years and when it was time i had non stop support from the receptionists. I was sent a card and some wild flower seeds that made me cry. Ever so thoughtful and when I came to pick up my guineas cremations he was packed with such care, can’t thank you guys enough. The receptionists are caring, helpful and compassionate. The many vets I have seen here have all been excellent over the last 10 years or so. A very special shout out to a lovely vet, Alice. A true god send and a beautiful soul who managed to remove a chicken bone from my cats throat and on a hunch carried out some further tests. My cat has now been diagnosed with hyperthyroidism, is receiving medication and due to have treatment soon. Even now she has a new lease of life. Thankyou so much to such a wonderful team

Sadly, my cat had to be euthanized. The vet was so kind and gave me time to call my daughter so she could come and say goodbye. She was very gentle with her and it was a peaceful end.

I moved to this vets after a bad experience with Margetts Vets. Wallace in particular has been SO helpful, as all the other staff I have seen and spoken to. They sorted out my cat Alfie's eye problem, which it looks so much better. Plus they did not want to rip me off like Margetts. I wish I had come to these sooner. The only 'minor thing' is the parking, which sometimes you can park for free directly outside, which I done for 10-15 when dropping/picking Alfie up. Thank you for helping Alfie live a better life

We went to Little Hoppers Animal hospital yesterday to see our regular doctor Dr Sara Levy. Sara has been taking care of our cats for many years and she's an expert in the field. She always explains things in detail and answers all of our questions with expert knowledge. The practice is lovely, clean and the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend Little Hoppers Animal Hospital.

Little Hoppers have been brilliant since transferring to them from our previous vets, our 16 year old dog is on a particular medication and Little Hoppers went above and beyond to find her medication despite it being out of stock everywhere! We are really grateful for their help so far and huge thank you for making our little lady so happy! Big shout out to Hayley and Gemma x

I moved to Pennard vets recently, and I have never had a better experience with pet care as I have done with Pennards. They give each animal 100% care, and meet their needs. My boy is a very nervous dog. And they go above and beyond anything I could ever ask for, to ensure he doesn't get stressed or agitated. He is given so much love when he visits and they really do take so much pride in what they do. I couldnt recommend pennards more highly if I tried.

Pennard Vets are amazing. My cat was recently spayed. The care she received was outstanding. We had phone calls on the day after the surgery and the day after. We have had 2 follow-up appointments, and we're left knowing everything and what to look out for. All the staff that came into contact with Lettie gave her the best care. I genuinely felt they had her best interests at heart, and I knew I was leaving her in their capable hands. I really can't praise the team enough. My poor boy (British shorthair) has been suffering for a while with no solution from a previous vet. Took him to Pinebank and they identified the issues immediately. A week later, his infection is clearing up, 10 teeth removed and he is finally doing so much better. I can't thank you all enough. The entire team are absolutely fab. I took my dog there to have her yearly jab and kennel cough vaccine. They was very good and quick the reception team was very nice and polite. The only bad thing was the vet didn’t give my dog a treat to try and calm my dog down when she was anxious about the jab.

Took my 3y old cat to this Vet because my regulat vet had no cover over Christmas.they diagnosed my cat an hour later and gave him some treatment( throat infection ) . My boy still recovering but I'm so happy I left the vet with answers and solutions which most of the time is not the case. Thank you to the lovely lady Vet xx

I rang today because my kitten had an issue with a wound which was bleeding. Despite closing in 15minutes I was told to bring my kitten along to be seen. When I arrived I was seen after the vet should have closed but was reassured that this was not a problem and that they were more than happy to treat my kitten despite this making them late finishing. I was very grateful to the staff for all the care they took of my kitten and would happily recommend them to anyone.

The best vets!! My dog use to be petrified at his old vets. Would shake uncontrollably and run for the door. Which gave me major anxiety at the thought of taking him to the vet with how he behaved. Now at bobbing hill he pulls me to the door, goes in and makes himself at home. Lays right out on the floor, has to say hello to everyone in there. He thinks of it as a day out even after surgery there which I thought would change his mind. Everyone he’s seen just love on him, get down to his level and play and give him attention which I think is what’s won him over. They all love him as their own. It’s such a pleasant experience for the both of us. They are super transparent with prices, there are no hidden costs like other vets. Yes slightly more expensive compared to other vets but I would pay that and more for the treatment me and my dog get. After his surgery in the following days I’ve had calls to check up on him and ask if I need anything etc.. they want to see him post opp 2 times before giving him the all clear and these are FREE!! I would have paid anyway but it was such a nice surprise as other vets would certainly charge for check ups. It just shows they care. It’s beautifully decorated and feels super homely. Always so so clean. Thank you for everything so far in the 3 months we’ve been with you. I so wish I had moved him sooner! Glad we have found a vets for life💙

This is, by far, the best veterinary service we have ever known. The vets, nurses and receptionists work as an amazing team and provide the best care we have ever experienced. All of our animals are registered here and have all received excellent care and attention, especially in the saddest of circumstances where we had our elderly lab, Maia, put to sleep. The compassion shown to us and her was exemplary and we received a beautiful handwritten card, signed by all the team, which included her nose and paw prints for us to keep. The vet, Tim, made a very sad situation so much easier by explaining everything and letting us take as much time with her as we wanted. We received her ashes back within two days in a beautiful photo frame and some "forget me nots" to plant for her. Lovely location, lovely vets and total value for money for the excellent service received. Thank you so much for taking such care of our lovely Maia. Xx

This is the best vets. I have nothing but positive things to say about Bobbing Hill vets. All of the staff here are fabulous. Kind and caring and the most personable and the best at what they do. They have looked after my cat's bad eyes for two months with a very lucky outcome. We have visited today, a nice visit with a nice cup of coffee and a Christmas present for the boy 😻. I cannot recommend these vets enough. They have been so kind and caring while looking after my rabbit Lily. They always made appointments available, often at very short notice as her health deteriorated. The compassion and empathy they displayed at the end of Lily’s life was comforting and respectful. I had her cremated and they all signed a sympathy card with a touching hand written message. They also had taken footprints and a cutting of her hair. I can’t thank all the staff enough for making Lily’s last few months a peaceful and happy experience. I will be forever grateful ❤️
