We saw Em today and she was amazing with my autistic son. We instantly felt at ease. She spoke to him the whole time and was so patient. A wonderful and relaxing experience for us both and a beautiful haircut to xx Thankyou Em your a star ⭐

I always enjoy coming here! The team create a warming and happy atmosphere upon entering the salon. Molly is a kind, energetic professional and her attentiveness to detail (to my hair and to me as client) really helps me feel valued. Would highly recommend!

Such a friendly salon. I had a microdermabrasion facial today which has smoothed out some of those deep wrinkles immediately. I’m so pleased. Will be going back for more! Definitely recommend this salon and facial.

It was the first time I had visited the salon today and I had such a wonderful experience. After hating my hair for so long and being disappointed by other salons I am thrilled with the service and result I got today. ✨Poppy is an absolute magician ✨and completely understood what I wanted and how to get there with a difficult starting point. She pulled off an amazing colour correction that I wasn’t sure was possible and I couldn’t rate her highly enough. All of the staff I encountered have been lovely, Molly, Jasmine and Paige too. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the salon to anyone! 🌟

I was a little apprehensive of going to a new hairdresser, having recently had a somewhat disastrous hair cut and colour at another hairdressers, but there was no need, Claire gave me an excellent haircut. She is a highly skilled hairdresser and clearly loves her job as well. I am very pleased with my new haircut and immediately made a follow-up appointment!

Libby just gets it. I would fully trust her to do her own thing on my hair and know I’ll love it. She’s a perfectionist and has such high attention to detail and also thinks about the practicality’s of a colour or cut. She also puts things into normal people words so you understand exactly what she’s asking or doing. So glad I found her to do my hair. The best service in blow and blush. All the ladies are soo friendly too. Cute girl gang vibes 🫶

Lovely staff at this salon and a nice relaxing atmosphere. Always offered refreshments more than once and have to say pleasant all round. Clare is my hairdresser and she’s always has a funny story to tell with a laugh and a smile. Not to mention she is a great hairdresser.

Chloe is the most talented hair colourist I have ever met, she has completely transformed my hair and given me so much more confidence. I highly recommend this beautiful salon. If you are thinking of booking an appointment here do not hesitate , it will be the best decision you will ever make!

I went in for a colour, cut and style and was so happy with everything. Had a great experience here and my hair looked the best it’s ever looked. Customer service was great, super friendly and the salon is stunning too. Cannot fault a single thing! Chloe is definitely my new go to!

Have never loved my own hair so much since coming to Chloe. Other salons had told me what I wanted wasn’t possible but Chloe managed to get my hair from a very warm brunette to a nice cool beige balayage! I’m so pleased with it and always really look forward to my appointments when it needs a refresh!

I’ve always been to hair essence and they have always done my hair perfect, I had Zana do my hair today and wow the cutting colouring and styling of my hair is just brilliant and all of the ladies that work there are just so polite and really take care of there customers. Whilst zana was doing my hair the phone wouldn’t not stop and yet still she didn’t miss a single bit of detail of what I asked for, feeling beautiful always thanks to these ladies.

I absolutely love this salon!!! So I and the team are great and Destiny the balayage hair stylist has not only perfected my hair but my other 2 sisters - which I am heavily grateful for :). It’s definitely a pleasure getting my hair done at the salon as I always feel so welcomed and relaxed with the whole process. The team are always accommodating, always stick to hair appointment schedules and provide the most professional advice for your hair. Cannot fault!!❤️❤️

My first visit to Hair Essence today and I'll definitely be back! Everyone made me feel welcome. Tracey listened to exactly what I wanted and gave me good advice too. Hair cut today by Madi, she was lovely. I often don’t feel comfortable in a hair dressers and even worse trying to get my boisterous young daughter’s hair cut. She did all 3 of us and was really patient with my youngest daughter who struggles to sit still. She did a lovely job and made us feel really welcome. I’ll definitely go back again! Thanks ☺️

I had my first appointment with The Chapel with Margot as a treat. I had seen it a couple of years ago online and had always wanted to go. So I booked my treat…..and it is exactly that! It’s very comfortable, very fancy and nothing is too much trouble. Margot is AMAZING…..she completely understands my vision for my hair. Just being really listened to is sooo nice. The cuts are perfect and grow out really well. So I can leave it longer in between cuts even though I have short hair. She is absolutely lovely and I can be quite socially awkward at times but she makes you feel so comfortable. And you can have little touch ups for free. This means that I don’t end up getting annoyed with my hair and taking a feather razor to it 🤦🏻‍♀️ So what started as a one off is now a treat I have every few months and I will not be going anywhere else.

First visit to The Chapel hair salon in Tunbridge Wells. My hair was in poor condition and a mess. Pietro did just a shampoo and blow dry and after two days my hair feels good and my hair has stayed in. Just a brush through it is all it needs. That’s a great feeling. It’s not a cheap salon, but you only get what you pay for. Quality counts and this salon certainly has that. Will be back very soon. Thanks for the valuable advice and tips too. See you all soon. 😊

Had an absolutely wonderful time at the Chapel today. Clare did such a lovely job with my haircut, it's so much lighter and fuller, I'm super happy with it. We also had a lovely chat about so many things - she made me feel really comfortable. I got to my appointment quite early and Charly kept me company until my haircut - super bubbly and friendly front of house! I'll be back next year for another big chop - I can only trust the Chapel team with it!

The Chapel was recommended to me by my partner, as she said it was the nicest salon she had been to. As someone who has spent far more time in barber shops than hair salons, I was particularly blown away by what a fabulous place The Chapel is. I was greeted with warmth and friendliness and was pleasantly surprised to see there were several other male clients there, too. Pietro was charming and I'm more than happy with the cut, style and advice he gave me.
