Just love Pure, have been a client almost since it opened. The salon is lovely, such wonderful and professional therapists, so kind, expert and skilled- I have never been disappointed- I love all the girls but Bronte is my fav, there is nothing in beauty therapy that this girl can’t do! Fabulous

I have been going to Pure Beauty for many years now; their treatments are wonderful, and they evolve their offerings to adapt to changes in the industry. My favourite treatments are LVL, facials and gel pedicures. I regularly have my nails done and they always last really well! What's kept me there is that all of the girls are genuinely kind and lovely 😍 and with an out of town location, parking is easy and they offer late nights a few times a week too which is great.

I've been going to Pure Beauty for many years now and mainly see Bronte but all of the girls are lovely. Bronte is amazing at pretty much everything and she's the only person I'll ever go to for waxing! I've recently started taking my 16 year old daughter there too and she loves the hot chocolate before her appointment and is now obsessed with her perfect eye brows and has asked about having regular facials too. Cannot recommend this salon and Bronte highly enough.

I have been visiting the Hair Academy for around 8 years now and honestly, I wouldn't go anywhere else. Fantastic prices, friendly atmosphere and all the staff and trainees pay very close attention to detail. Would recommend to anyone.

10/5/23pm - I had my first visit to The Hair Academy Ashford, I walked through the door and received a very warm welcome. I was booked in and Thalia (1st Year student) showed me to a chair. She listened to what I would like done. She then had a word with her tutor Annie who gave her some advice. I had my hair washed with a lovely head massage. The whole way through my appointment Thalia was very professional, she did ask Annie a few times about the cut who was always on hand and encouraging. The salon was busy but it felt relaxed, friendly and professional. It did take a little more time than if you go elsewhere but I felt that I was being taken care of. All the way through I felt really comfortable and came away with the best hair cut I have had in a long time. I made another appointment on my way out. The prices are very good. On my experience I would definitely recommend visiting the hair academy. Thank You.

I’ve been seeing Sam for a while now for anti wrinkle injections and skin boosters. Sam really knows her stuff. She always takes the time to listen and recommend the best options for me. All of the products she uses are super high quality and every time I’m thrilled with the results. It’s always a joy visiting Sam, such a lovely and talented lady. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I have been to Sam for both lash extensions and Lip filler. I've got to say Sam is the best beautician I have been to by far and I've been to a few! She's warm, welcoming and extremely knowledgeable. The appointments never feel rushed either. I would recommend Sam to anyone! You will not be disappointed!

Olivia is the best therapist I’ve found for intimate hot wax treatments, so friendly and puts you at your ease. She works quickly and makes the treatment as pain free as possible!! She is professional and I’m always happy with my treatments with her.

My second visit for eyebrow tinting with Olivia. I'm fair skinned and only wanted them a little more defined. Olivia listened and only tinted a little at a time so they weren't too dark. Very happy and will be back when they need doing again 🙂

I visited the salon for the first time this July to have gel polish on my nails before my holiday. The polish lasted 3 weeks and still looked good, Sarah Jayne was brilliant and made an excellent job on my feet and hands, I will continue to visit. All the staff are friendly too.

SO Hairdressing is the best hairdressers I have been to over a 40 year period of visiting many hairdressers in Kent and London! I've had a restyle, colour, cuts & finishes with Debbie for the last 5 months and am really pleased with how my hair looks and feels. Debbie's colour and cutting knowledge, together with her ideas of changes to my colour and style, have resulted in my hair looking great. The whole experience and atmosphere at SO is wonderful - from the greeting at reception, a relaxing hair wash, lovely coffees, and not feeling like the appointment is rushed. Many other salons focus on just the cut /colour but this salon makes certain that the whole customer experience is personalised and special.

I was nervous to do such a drastic change but Ruby was fab about it, hyping me up. She managed to get my dark brown hair completely silver in one sitting which is way more than I thought we’d be able to achieve in one appointment. The whole experience was lovely, even the young lady who washed my hair. Ruby made me understand that I might not get the results I wanted after one appointment as lightening hair is long process, but she was brilliant and knew exactly what I wanted. I love the atmosphere here too

My hairdresser of 30 years retired and I was very nervous about my first appointment. However I didn't need to worry, the welcome from Terri was excellent and I was put at ease straight away. Izzie was my stylist and she spent time listening to what I wanted and talked me through the process, all the time making me feel very relaxed. I have had my hair cut and coloured by the same hairdresser for 15 years until my friend recommended me to Ashley, after her first experience, because she was so impressed. I am very precious with my hair so it was quite a big thing for me to go somewhere new. From the outset, I was made to feel welcome by all the staff. I had a lovely head massage by one of the ladies who was really friendly and made me feel at ease. Ashley was great. He listened to what I liked about my hair and how i wanted it to look and then he proceeded to cut my hair exactly as I requested. He was really friendly and obviously very passionate about cutting hair. I have since recommended Ashley to a number of friends.
