This was my first time going to any Salon. I had an appointment booked for 9am with Jade and as soon as i walked in the door i was greeted so politely. the hair routine began very quickly. Jade was so gental with my hair and i felt so relaxed the entire time. She was so friendly, talkative, efficient and got the job done in really good time and i couldn't be happier with the results. I will definitely be going back. thank you so much!

The Impressions salon has a very pleasant and relaxed atmosphere. Jade always takes plenty of care and my (difficult) hair keeps its shape extremely well between cuts! Thoroughly recommend.

I know it’s going to be a good day when I visit Impressions to have my hair cut by the talented Rose. There is a feeling of great team spirit and the salon is full of warmth and good humour. My favourite barbers in the area - Eps always makes me feel very welcome, consistently gives great haircuts and even better Turkish tea :) + He even has a new cologne collection

Have been coming here for the last 2+ years since moving to the area, and always leave with a great cut after every visit. The staff are always hospitable with offering a drink on arrival, and hot towels afterwards. Great local barbers, highly recommended

My favourite place to get a hair cut in Tunbridge Wells. Really good scissor cut, hot towel & a nice Turkish coffee or tea to finish it off. It cost a bit more than some of the other barbers in Tunbridge Wells, but for the service and quality it's well worth it.

Elle did my make up and hair for my wedding in August and I couldn’t recommend her more. Elle is so knowledgable and professional, and is also just a lovely person who made me feel very comfortable. As someone who usually chucks on a bit of concealer and mascara, Elle understood that I wanted to feel a bit glamorous but also look like myself and she nailed it. We changed a few things from the trial and Elle was really accommodating. She also did all 5 of my bridesmaids hair too and they were all super happy and look amazing! Elle was super easy to work with on the day, helping us all feel comfortable, slotting into the busy morning and working with the photographer and videography. Can 100% recommend!💖

I had Eleanor and Chloe do my hair and makeup for my wedding. They provided me with a chilled trial, helping me create exactly what I had in mind and they also recreated this look on my wedding day. They are both insanely good at what they do and one of my favourite things about the day when I look back on it, is my hair and makeup. They are both lovely people and I recommend them highly for what they do and the service provided by the hair and makeup bar :)

Elle was absolutely INCREDIBLE - couldn’t have asked for anyone better for my wedding day. She was super professional but she had a laugh with us all too. She did my hair, my 8 bridesmaids’ hair and even squeezed my mum in unexpectedly at the end too, and we all absolutely LOVED our hair. It lasted all day for all of us, and was exactly what I asked for from her. Thank you again Elle! Couldn’t recommend you more ❤️🥰

I have been to the makeup and hair bar multiple times over the past few years and always leave feeling amazing! All of the girls are so warm and welcoming and it’s always such a nice experience. I have had the blow dry subscription and cuts and colours with Chloe Harrison and she is lovely and always makes my hair look fabulous! I have reccomended it to my friends and family and they are also now bigs fans!

Had a bad experience at a top hairdressers and went to the salon not long after and they done a AMZING job left very happy with my new colour and hairstyle won’t be going anywhere else from now on found my new hairdressers …..
