Very good. Serviced our boiler, which had a fiddly little fault which they persisted with until it was sorted. Friendly and respond quickly, no hesitation in recommending.

Once again, Wells Spa Plumbing and Heating have provided us with prompt, reliable, high quality service. This time, it was to install a new oil fired boiler. We've used Wells Spa Plumbing three times recently and the service is impeccable. We would certainly recommend them. Two visits were for emergencies, one in the house and the other in a workshop, the third was also in the house for a mix of improvements involving new and moving units around, adapting and building-in. The visits were arranged quickly by their reception, without a long wait, even on the next day. Three different people, all on-time, polite, tidy and efficient.

Contacted Nick of Right Flow via email and received a call the same day, and my request to change my old bathroom taps for those I had purchased was booked within the week, and the job has been completed today! Nick arrived promptly, fitted the taps quickly, and we discussed a missing overflow pipe problem and a further booking made for next week to resolve that. Very impressed with Nick's knowledge, speed and quality of work, and would highly recommend!

From a tentative inquiry on the web site, I was contacted in a matter of minutes to arrange a visit to discuss my requirements, and a date set for installation of a new boiler thereafter. The whole process was seamless and the installation went ahead in a couple of days. The workmanship was excellent, and communication was maintained throughout at every stage. Highly recommended.

Matt came round to service my boiler, being thorough and explaining all to me and my wife. Giving honest trustworthy advice, he advised it was in good condition and gave a few small recommendations to expand its lifespan which we will take up. Our old boiler broke with my wife almost about to give birth. We'd never engaged Matt and Viking before but regardless he was massively helpful and rearranged his diary to accommodate us at short notice and install a new boiler. His quote was competitive and all was great. He personable and is growing a great team. They've done other jobs for us since and are always punctual, clean and do a great job. I won't go to any other plumber.

After discussing some issues we were having, he proceeded to do a full service and identified and solved the problem with the heating. He explained actions taken and what would need to be done if the problem re-occurred. Very pleased with the results and the staff are now happy in a warm office.

I have been using Prestige Plumbing for probably around 15 years now and wouldn’t trust my plumbing jobs to any other company. They have consistently solved all my various plumbing issues and have recently installed a new boiler system. When I had a problem at work I brought them in to help there too. I have been very pleased with the recent installation of a combi boiler and radiators with Kentish Plumbers. They have provided excellent communications throughout, provided great advice on different options and been very patient with me, quoting these scenarios, especially Will.
