Alex Smith did work throughout me property and has been A1. Very knowlegeable and happy to help or provide advice on other area around the house if he notices something or when you ask for his advice. His work rate is great. VERY VERY VERY VERY CLEAN. Tony fitted a new bathroom and a new boiler for us. He is very professional and explained all the options to us and gave good advice. He worked hard from start to finish and never left without tidying up first. We are extremely pleased with the end result and would not hesitate to use him again. Exceedingly good work attention to details. And very helpful. Would have no hesitation in recommending Tony Jacobs installed a Hive for us, it regulates our hot water and heating, the beauty of this is I can control it from my mobile phone especially if we are out for the day. The heating has been off and we can tweet it to come on so the house is warm when we go home. THANKYOU Tony for another great job. Couldn't recommend Lucas enough. We had an issue with the pressure gauge on our boiler and found Precise Plumbing and Heating through trust a trader. He fitted us in that week, arrived promptly and fixed the issue in good time. He was friendly, thorough, explained everything clearly and answered any questions we had. We were in the need of a new boiler, we knew that Gascade were a very reputable and reliable company with years of knowledge and expertise in this field, we contacted them and Stuart came down to survey the job and talk us through the best course of action for what we wanted and required, he was very knowledgeable in his field of work, he advised of relocating and explaining throughly of how the job would be started through to the finished product, he gave us options of what we needed and explained everyone and why he had picked them, when we were ready to go Richard and Gabby came and done the works for us with minimal fuss, explaining everything they were doing along the way they, it was a very awkward install, nothing fazed them and they got the install done with ease to a very high standard which me and my wife were very impressed with big thanks to Richard and Gabby Our go to company now for any plumbing and heating works will be Gascade from now on these guys go above and beyond Many thanks again all Joe and Nicola Cooper

I can't talk highly enough about Gabby. Best plumber and heating engineer I've ever come across to be honest. She did a brilliant job rerouting our boiler condensate pipe and was very knowledgeable about our under-floor heating and boiler issues. Not to mention how lovely and considerate (and non-patronising) she is. Needless to say, I would 100% recommend Gabby - she will certainly be my first port of call for any future plumbing or heating work.

We are so glad to have found such a fantastic plumber. Brad recently replaced our bath and shower cubicle and we are extremely pleased with his work. He is very reasonably priced and is a top class tradesman. He was punctual every day, worked very hard, was extremely respectul and a very easy guy to get along with. We knew we had a problem with drainage before Brad started the job but he had a contact and everything was sorted out with the minimum of fuss or stress to us. The finish of the job is perfect due to his attention to detail and he cleared up everything at the end of each day. we would not hesitate to thoroughly recommend him and we will be using Brad for all our future plumbing work. Simply put Brad is fantastic - his quality of work, attention to detail and communication is first class. Brad undertook a full rip out and replacement of our one pipe system converting it to a two pipe flow and return - installing an unvented system, boiler and multiple radiators. As long as he’s around he will be undertaking all plumbing work at our property and have no need to source an alternative - we highly recommend him
