I've said it before and i'll say it again!! MCS are absolute legends!!!. Mark came round yesterday to fit a new immersion water tank. Contacted Nick of Right Flow via email and received a call the same day, and my request to change my old bathroom taps for those I had purchased was booked within the week, and the job has been completed today! Nick arrived promptly, fitted the taps quickly, and we discussed a missing overflow pipe problem and a further booking made for next week to resolve that. Very impressed with Nick's knowledge, speed and quality of work, and would highly recommend!

What a fantastic service! We employed Frankie & Joe to install a new boiler in our “new to us” house in Faversham. Rarely will you meet two such polite & caring tradespeople and the standard of work! Amazing! Frankie apologised about having to place the gas feed pipe outside, then promptly made it a piece of art with brass fittings, then polished the copper pipe!! Antony has just finished the second annual service on our gas boiler. He is an extremely knowledgeable professional and is very thorough doing his job. He does not miss any early signs of wear and tear that later cause malfunctions leaving you with no heating, generally at the coldest time of year. He is very good at explaining fully what has been done and answers any questions arising. All in all, excellent value for the work done. Oh … and our dog loves him!

After usual plumber didn't get back to me opted for these guys after a Google search. What I will say is: - They were prompt and clear in communication, in explaining the issue, the cost to fix it, and in booking the day. - The guys that came round to the house were polite (even taking the time to explain the plumbing to my inquisitive 4 year old), they were tidy and they were quick. - And the main reason you ask for a plumber; what was leaking is no longer leaking. So all in all great job and they have become my usual plumber.

I called Josh late on a Friday afternoon due to a leak underneath my boiler. He tried to help over the phone straight away, but due to the issue it couldn’t be done. He then made sure someone came out to me as soon as they could, they were very professional and efficient, cleaned up and everything was restored to the way it was when he arrived, after taking flooring up! Would 100% recommend and would definitely use again!

Josh was absolutely great - called him in the morning with an F75 boiler error and he attended that same day. He was clear, friendly and efficient - we were really impressed with the service and asked him if he could complete a boiler service too which was no problem.
