Can't recommend Steve highly enough. We had an emergency situation with our toilet filling the house with a smell of raw sewage and he came round the same morning, had to dismantle the vanity units to identify the issue and bought the parts and finished it in under 4 hours. He went the extra mile in completing the project in such a short time and with a more than reasonable charge. we would recommend him unreservedly.

Simon and his colleague Declan arrived at the agreed time and immediately began work. This was to remove our old and non-working boiler and installing a new boiler and adding the additional pipework. This was a complicated job due to restricted space and having to go onto the roof. However, they just quietly and quickly got on with it. Simon asked if we would allow them to work until the job was finished and we happily agreed. By 7pm it was all done! It really was an awkward job but they have left us extremely happy with the result. They literally didn't stop, even for a break. We've been left with the instructions but everything was also explained to us. An excellent job and we could not be happier. 10/10 and Highly Recommended!

SJ Howard recently installed a gas boiler and immersion cylinder at my house. They were very professional throughout, from the initial contact, and advice on what to install, to commissioning. Paul is fantastic, done a couple of small to medium sized jobs for us. Communication is excellent, both jobs have been done within a week (this is not a guarantee) his work is flawless and his prices are reasonable. He is my go to plumber of choice, we can't fault him at all. He's worth more than 5* in my eyes.

Alex fitted a Magna Clean system to our boiler after I was quoted £1800 for a powerflush by a british gas company. The Magna clean filters all the sludge out of my heating system. The system works so much better, heats nicely and I saved a lot of money after his advice. Would thoroughly recommend him as a reliable, honest, punctual plumber. No mess left afterwards. Trades people like him are hard to find!

We had the pleasure of having Nuevo come and fit a new boiler for us. Adam and Tom were so helpful and polite. I'm disabled so knowing they had everything in hand was a relief. They both worked incredibly hard and even tidied up for us afterwards...and they were great with our dogs. I would highly recommend them.

Ryan from Flow Heating was really friendly and worked hard and did an amazing job at putting in our boiler. He tried hard to fix our old boiler but it was old and despite his efforts it couldn't be fixed, but Ryan came the very next day and worked right through to install the new one. We feel that we were charged a very fair price and it has been made clear to us that if there are any problems they would sort it out. Luckily, there has been no problem and we are happy that we now have heating and hot water. We would recommend this company to anyone and we are over the moon with the service we receive.

A relative had an emergency boiler issue. Flow came out and sorted it same day. Very reasonable price and friendly, knowledgeable engineer. So impressed she booked a boiler service with the same company. Again, efficient and friendly with a decent price. The same company came a few weeks later to sort an emergency leak in the bathroom. Very efficient, friendly and knowledgeable plumber. I highly recommend this company and the staff.

Right from the initial conversation you can feel the professionalism of the company. Chris has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to boilers, he provided me with a lot of information to allow me to decide which boiler to ultimately choose. I needed urgent assistance to replace my boiler for my tenanted home and Chris came round and replaced this in a timely manner. I was provided with all my certificates within moments of him fitting the boiler. A shout out to Sophie who was great at keeping communications clear throughout the process Thank you and I'll certainly be using your services again.
