Lee has just finished our bathroom and toilet to an unbelievable standard! He was meticulous in his planning and checking before the installation, he talked us through the pros and cons of different options that we had with the different elements and his advice was always excellent. He really helped put into action the vision that we had in our heads. Lee worked exceptionally hard on the job, he's very tidy and organised and he coordinated everything superbly. It has turned out even better than we had envisioned, his problem solving skills are second to none and his attention to detail to make the little (but significant) differences were outstanding and very much appreciated by us. We could not be happier with his work and we would thoroughly recommend him, the man is a magician!

Paul is fantastic, done a couple of small to medium sized jobs for us. Communication is excellent, both jobs have been done within a week (this is not a guarantee) his work is flawless and his prices are reasonable. Terry installed a new Ideal boiler and unvented hotwater cylinder. These replaced our original 1960's system. Terry had to dismantle our airing cupboard to achieve this, which he managed to put back together 'good as new'. Our house has never been so warm and I didnt realise how inefficient the old system was. Terry arrived promptly each day and always tidied up thoroughly. Very pleased with the result.

I waited 36 hours for an emergency call out to no avail. It was then I decided to look up a heating and plumbing group and the first number I called was Clear Flow, I couldn’t believe my luck when an engineer arrived within half hour and got my heating back on . The engineer Oliver treated me with politeness and respect. I would recommend Clear Flow to all my friends and family , a brilliant and prompt service.

I came home to find water dripping from the light fitting in the utility room. Mark had been recommended to me so I phoned him and he said he’d come later in the afternoon. I was going to be away from home when he came. He said he’d call me when he was on his way, which he did, then called me when he arrived and then when he’d done the job. Mark had to break into the ceiling to fix the leak in the hot water pipe above. He was able to keep the damage to a minimum by using a thermal image camera to locate the leak. I was very impressed with his skill and professionalism, and that he kept me informed at all times. I thought that the work done represented good value, given that it was an emergency. I’d definitely recommend Mark as an excellent plumber.

Mark has done a number of plumbing repairs for me over the last few weeks. Very pleased with his high standard of work and the friendly and professional way he goes about it. Mark comes across as a genuine, conscientious and honest tradesman. Arrived on time and cleans up after the jobs done. I was having problems with my oil boiler for several weeks. It got to a point where it wasn't working at all. I called Mark who responded very quickly. He was only on site for about 30 mins and he had the issue sorted. The boiler is now working like new. Many thanks Mark.

We had been away for a few days and upon our return on 13th January, we noticed that the house was really cold. I checked the heating control panel and it showed a fault.. After a few curses, I must have rang over a dozen numbers, but they all went to answer phone. I then rang Daykin & Co.. got an answer straight away, from Mark. He said he was on a job but would call in on his way home...., We`re saved I thought...! He arrived and within 15 to 20 mins had diagnosed and fixed the problem,... Oh, the delight of heat and hot water..!! First class service and a really nice guy too.. He recommended preventative maintenance on the faulty valve also.. Brilliant, brilliant, brilliant..!! I cannot recommend this guy highly enough..!!!!!!!!!!! 5 stars..!!

I called this firm at 9pm on Saturday , and my call was answered straight away. I explained my problem ,-a blocked drain which was causing the toilet to overfill and back up. I was very worried that it would overflow. They talked through the problem , and waited while I checked another toilet, and basins for clear drainage. As it now wasn’t as urgent as I had thought, and it seemed it was safe for the night, they offered helpful advice for use of basins and another toilet overnight, and said they’d come late Sunday morning to have a look. The next day, Sunday, they sent several messages to confirm time of arrival , and when they came, although the water level had subsided , they checked the flush and the outside drain thoroughly, until they were sure it was cleared completely. I would 100% recommend this firm for efficiency, excellent and friendly communications, and fair pricing. 5 stars !

Had a problem with a leaking shower waste trap, phoned at lunchtime. Not only was Seb out the same day, he fixed the problem and also drove 30 miles round trip to obtain the parts required. Very friendly, professional. Would 110% recommend.
