I was impressed with Dan's expertise and attention to detail and and desire to ensure the work was perfect - no fuss approach was refreshing! The installation of a new radiator into old pipework itself was quick and efficient, with minimal disruption to my day. He ensured the new radiator was securely mounted, properly connected to the heating system, and tested for leaks or any issues before leaving, plus he ensured the heating was well balanced. The radiator works perfectly, and price exactly as promised, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them PFA for any plumbing or heating needs.

I contacted Simon Barker Services after receiving no contact from other companies through trust a trader. I was acting on behalf of an elderly neighbour who had recently been widowed. Bradley attended and quoted for the complete strip out and replacement of a system originally installed in the 50’s. Bradley was extremely professional and had a very gentle approach immediately putting my neighbour at ease. His team turned up the following week to begin the install, the whole team were warm and friendly and the works were carried out to a high standard. I would have no hesitation in using Simon Barker in my own home or recommending them to any family or friends. Great job all round guys thank you.

More than happy with service provided by the company, did have to wait a week for an appointment but was non urgent so understandable. Arrived when they said they would and plumber was friendly and professional. Price for work completed was also reasonable. Will be more than happy to recommend or use again if needed.

There aren't many worse scenarios for me than not having hot water. Having a water leak in my home at the same time was a nightmare. After calling around when no one else could help me, I was so happy to come across this company. Not only were they available at a late hour during the night, they were also helpful and professional. Especially as I was freaking out! They managed to calm me down and get straight to the problem. My boiler has now been fixed at a shockingly great price. the leak has been found and repaired. I would recommend these guys to anyone. Their service is speedy, they are friendly and helpful, and they get the job done.
