“Andy takes great pride in his work and gives good advice. He fitted a new vented hot water tank to give excellent water pressure to a rainfall shower head. Andy did a full refit of an en-suite bathroom which due to his interest and knowledge made it possible to have a walk in shower instead of a planned single shower stall. Andy also fitted out the main bathroom with a pea bath and shower. Then moved onto the downstairs cloakroom. He is an excellent tiler, very proactive, extremely respectful and tidy workman. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.”

“I came home to find water dripping from the light fitting in the utility room. Mark had been recommended to me so I phoned him and he said he’d come later in the afternoon. I was going to be away from home when he came. He said he’d call me when he was on his way, which he did, then called me when he arrived and then when he’d done the job. Mark had to break into the ceiling to fix the leak in the hot water pipe above. He was able to keep the damage to a minimum by using a thermal image camera to locate the leak. I was very impressed with his skill and professionalism, and that he kept me informed at all times. I thought that the work done represented good value, given that it was an emergency. I’d definitely recommend Mark as an excellent plumber.”
