Jean-Benoit was extremely thorough and knowledgeable in explaining the surgical options for my toy poodle. He reassured me by discussing every possible option before making any decisions. In the end, my dog did not require surgery. Since my insurance did not cover my dog’s condition, I was concerned about the costs. However, the prices I was quoted were very reasonable compared to other clinics. Thank you for taking the time to assess my dog and for offering future options. I will definitely return if my dog needs your services in the future.

We cannot recommend JB and his team enough. The care shown to not only our dog but to us is beyond belief. We received comprehensive details on an email, then both before and after our dog's procedure, we received a very detailed explanation on what was going to happen, and what was found. Everything was explained in detail. Such a lovely guy, and his staff are wonderful too. Beautiful clean premises, the latest in veterinary research and equipment coupled with the care we couldn't have been happier with the service. We shall certainly recommend to anyone requiring surgery on their small animals.

We greatly appreciated the care that JB and Helen gave us when we brought our dog Bonnie for assessment. JB gave us so much time, explaining options and their implications, and in our case he decided that surgery was not in Bonnie's best interests at this time. The service that is provided is excellent and we would recommend Lincolnshire Veterinary Specialists to anyone with a pet.

What am amazing practice of professionals. JB and Helen are so kind compassionate. My older husky girl needed laryngeal tie back surgery as she was struggling to breath. Everything was explained clearly I knew what to expect the service was truely beyond 5 star. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending these to people and using them again myself ( hopefully not needed though lol)

Jean-Benoit Lefebvre and his superb team are unbelievably first class; fantastic and so very skilled. JB is an acknowledged expert, his expertise and devotion saved our dog's life. Our gratitude to this masterful surgeon is immense. JB goes over and aboard the call of duty, his work is impeccable, he is just the absolute best !!

So helpful with my pregnant girl when we went for her scan (my don't do scans) then after she'd had her pups went back with an allergy problem, they were so good with her as she was a bit nervous being away from pups. Will definitely be going back.

EDIT: Oct 2024 Since being with Rase Vets for over two years now I still say we've had a great service, from the vets. Each vet we have seen (unfortunately no continuity, but to be expected with a chain vetinary practice) have been respectful, listened, knowledgeable and friendly. My only negative is the sometimes lack of communication that may be on the admin side. I've had several bloods taken for my dog for important analysis in the past (at the vets request) and charged £100+ and yet always had to chase these important results to find out what the next step is. Also, despite being in the VIP pet plan, sometimes I get reminders for flea treatment and then sometimes I don't. My dog has missed her flea treatment by 3 months because I never got a reminder (so I shall start putting in my phone calendar again). I pay for a service and would expect that it's at least consistent. The reminders are surely automated from all the details in Rase Vets computer program? The receptionist ladies have all been friendly and professional but the communication side between the practice and customer definitely needs improving because I've had this several times and I'm just one customer. March 2022 ish (I think) First time visiting this vets practice and we were so pleased regarding every single aspect. ALL staff incredibly friendly, supportive and professional. The vet himself took time to check over our pet gently, listened to information from ourselves and explained several options available to us, with total honesty. We were supported in our choice and did not feel at all rushed. Flexible to customers needs and incredibly reasonable pricing. Definitely recommend!

Brilliant vets we are there monthly as we have the vip, but we have had emergency treatment and a issue with our dog which needed surgery always been welcoming and knowledgable thank you all xxx

Used this vets years ago with previous dogs and never had any complaints at all,, after 5 years without a dog, I recently dove back in. There was only 1 choice of vet for me, and after a 5 year gap, everything was just as professional, from all the staff that work behind the scenes, to the reception staff, and of course the vets. I rang on the day and was grateful to get seen the same day, my pup got a full mot and jabs, he was so at ease with all the staff, made it stress free for me and DEX. I could not recommend this vets enough, 5 stars is not enough..

We have used this vets for over two years since we moved here. I can’t put into words how great they are. Receptionist are very friendly when you speak to them & never had a problem getting seen same day . The nurses are lovely & can’t praise the vets enough. We have 5 westies. One is expecting pups any day now. I was worried about her a couple of days ago rang up in the morning they hadn’t got any appointments left but Bridget the vet saw us in her lunch break . She was wonderful. Took time to give our Westie a good check up all seemed ok but said ring anytime if you are worried again. Wish we could give ten stars. All staff are very friendly and polite, we feel that we are welcome as is our dog Fleur as soon as we walk in the door. Fleur can be a difficult patient and the vets are always able to take time with her and be her friend, they listen to us and Fleur and will never force an examination on her if she has become unhappy.
