Superb service, care and attention. All the staff make you feel valued and explain clearly and concisely their prognosis, and at no point do you feel rushed or pressured. I had an emergency with my dog and after phoning was told to come in straight away and was seen within 10 minutes. Highly recommended 👍

Friendly, professional practice with lovely staff! Our little one had to have surgery and I was extremely nervous. The nurse was so sweet and encouraging with us. She talked through the whole procedure and put our minds at rest, whilst making a fuss of our girl and talking sweetly to her. Later she called for us to collect her and was once again cheery and encouraging. We received first class treatment, so want to say "Thank you and well done!"

Sadly we had to have our dog put to sleep. The nurse and vet on duty that terrible evening were superb in dealing with 2 grieving owners. Talking to us during the process and giving us as much time with our Little Miss to say goodbye. Will never forget your compassion and kindness. Ian & Michelle

Our 5yr dog became seriously ill while we were at our lodge on a Saturday. Luckily to find Aldervale veterinary practice open. They fitted an appointment in for us straight away even though our dog isn't registered with them. They dealt with our dog and ourselves with dignity and respect and went through all the procedures and cost of treatment. Initially our dog was started off on treatment but had to be transferred to Market rasen for further tests and additional treatments for 3 nights. It was touch and go for our fur baby and very upsetting and anxious for us. They gave us regular phone updates to. Thanks to the amazing veterinary support from the team he pulled through. We highly recommend Aldervale vets, Ashby-By-Partney. Many thanks to all of you ❤️

I needed my cat to be seen urgently which they got me in straight away but unfortunately by the time I got there my baby girl had just passed away. The vet checked her and give myself and my husband some time with her. They didn’t charge us which I was so thankful for so gave all our change to there charity. Good vet for first experience.

Consulted this vet for a second opinion, regarding dentistry work required on my dog. So kind, treated my dog with love and care not as a money bank. After care was brill, phone calls after 3days to enquire after his welfare after treatment. Couldnt ask for more. Thankyou to the staff at this vet.

Had to have my 19yr old cat Charlie put to sleep today at fenwold in skegness. . The vet Stephen was absolutely amazing. He had been seeing Charlie every month for his injections. He was so compassionate ,caring and loving today when he put him to sleep . He explained everything and was so caring and loving towards him. He's the nicest caringest vet ever . I cant thank him enough for all he has done for my Charlie

I would highly recommend fenwold vets I have used them for many years it's always clean and smart the staff are very polite and friendly the vets are helpful and give you the information about your pets also they are clear on the cost which is very helpful

My poorly pooch was looking and feeling better later that day after the medication he was given. Super vets practice and highly recommended.

On holiday and my dog Alfie had a bump to the face whilst he was running off with a chew, he was OK at first but then was shaking with pain and scared to eat because his mouth hurt. I called in a panic, they got him in within the hour, gave him a check over and some painkillers so he could enjoy the rest of his time away which he did. The vet I saw, Helena I think? Was lovely, as was the very kind lady on reception. Very reasonable price for check up and meds too. Thank you very much.

First day of holiday. Our boy was poorly. Both ends ..Monday phoned this practice up to book him in ..injection .and special diet food and paste .surprised tho that he didn't inspect our boy .took his temperature which seemed normal. £277.73 Update one week later our boy is well and eating properly.

We were on Holiday,and my dog developed a severe limp due to an Altercation with another dog. Aldervale vets were excellent in fitting Daisy in to see a vets and prescribe pain relief for her

Was on holiday and my dog got an ear infection , called this surgery and booked me in within the hour. The receptionist was friendly and cared about my dogs condition an obvious pet lover, and people person. Could not fault the vet either he was also caring and very friendly. My dog got excellent treatment and sound advice was given. Also noted the cost was kept as reasonable as possible in that unlike some vets they did not try to rip you off. Would highly recommend this business. A big thank you !!

The most amazing vets ever. I lost my 2 beloved German shepherds in the space of 4 months, they have been exceptional in their care, and doing everything they could for them. I can’t express the love and dedication the whole team had for my boys. The vet we saw was very friendly and welcoming and had a lovely manner with our dog, Ted. The consultation was for Ted’s annual booster, therefore straightforward, but the vet was attentive and reassuring to him which is exactly what we want. Excellent - thank you.

We have kept animals for 30 years and never before have we had service like it. We have recently changed from our very local vet near benington, due to very poor service. Have already visited Spilsby and Skegness several times with 4 different pets in the last few weeks and everything has been handled sensitively, and both I and my animals have been made to feel like the most important of guests. And diagnosis’ / treatment has been effective. We have 5 dogs and 7 cats, and I no longer feel anxiety about taking them to the vet. Absolutely amazing staff throughout the practises, please, keep up the good work. You are a practise in a million, and I have nothing but love for everything you all do!! (And human treats)

Lovely vets We go to the Ashby by partney animal hospital We also visit the spilsby practice sometimes Danny is the best vet I have ever seen His compassion for my pups is admirable. In fact all the vets are lovely and staff at reception and nurses. We are regular visitors and always happy with the care and the honestly Love them highly recommended
