Been coming here for a few years now after eventually finding an NHS dentist. Always charming staff and good level of dentistry carried out. Different techniques from the different dentists. Most recent visit though was a different tact all together as I was questioned more about my health, lifestyle, diet and general well-being. Which I suppose is a good thing but was a shock though. Biggest shock was yet to come when had a bill for over £26 just for a check up. No wonder people don’t go to the dentist ! I need an extraction but fear the dentist too much to have it done - last time they nearly pulled my head off and it hurt so much that I stopped it. Dentists aren’t a pleasant experience at the best of times but something we all have to endure I suppose

I have been with this dentist for quite a while & have always received great service but this week the dentist went above & beyond for us. Our 7 year old son came off his scooter and chipped his adult tooth, over 45% had gone. The dentist spent so much time & care on repairing the tooth with composite bonding. He did everything in his power to make sure we (the parents) were happy with the work completed. He spent a long time with us and was very patient when answering our questions - we queried that there was a slight colour difference in the bonding & Oscar’s next tooth and the dentist thoroughly explained the reasons why (fluorosis in existing tooth). As a private patient I was expecting to pay a significant amount for Oscar’s repair but to our surprise we didn’t have to pay anything!! Amazing place, credit to the reception staff & dental nurse too. Recommended to everyone.

I am receiving excellent gum treatment from Fen House Dental Practice in Spalding I hadn’t been regularly to a dentist for many years for fear of losing my teeth. Everyone from reception staff to Dentist and Dental assistants are friendly and helpful. They make you feel comfortable and explain everything well, so it becomes second nature to relax when you are in the dentist's chair. West Parade Dental Practice is simply the best.

I have used this dentist practice for 28 years which must say something. All the staff are brilliant and very friendly. Treatments are explained thoroughly and everything is done to put you at ease. Cannot praise them enough.

Have been a patient of Adrian Wilson for many years and always found all the staff to be exceedingly helpful and pleasant. Unfortunately I recently lost a front tooth which had been crowned for more years than I care to remember. Phoned up at 8 o’clock, was seen before 10am and went back late afternoon and my denture had been reworked to include a new tooth. Fitted brilliantly without any adjustment and looks really good. Truly outstanding service

Amazing from start to finish. Explained how anxious I was and the dentist explained what she was going to do and if it was okay to carry on so I wouldn’t panic. Made me feel completely at ease and comforted. Definitely made it easier to come back for another appointment!

The staff are very welcoming and put you at ease, they talk through what they are doing and keep asking you if you are OK, which makes it an overall pleasant experience (to say your going to the dentist lol 😂) I would highly recommend this dentist to everyone. many thanks to all the staff

I needed a complex extraction of a tooth root after a problematic visit to a different (NHS) dentist left me in a lot of pain. The tooth was broken at the gum so was not an easy task and my only other option was to wait weeks for my NHS referral to go though. Mitchell was fantastic and very personable explaining everything each step of the way and continuously reassuring me and ensuring I was comfortable. He genuinely seems to care and want the best outcome. I felt no pain during the procedure. I have no hesitation recommending this dentist, from the welcoming dogs in reception to the overall cleanliness and homely feel of the surgery itself. This will now become my regular dentist. I'm so pleased with them. I went to them in an emergency as I had lost 2 dentures. They had been recommended to me having in recent months moved to the area but I still hadn't got around to it until this happened. They were brilliant, it was calming, the dentist Mitchelwas great and I now have 2 new dentures which are really good and in a short space of time before Christmas. Also I now have a new Dentist. I thoroughly recommend them and can't thank him and the dental technician enough .

Could not recommend this dental studio enough. They made me feel welcome from the moment I walked through the door. I had the smilelign treatment, and I'm so happy with the results. It's changed the way I smile and has given me more confidence in day to day life. Mitch was amazingly consistent throughout the whole treatment, making sure my teeth were moving the right way - and the hygienist was equally as thorough with keeping my teeth in the best possible health throughout. Mitch found the best way to get my teeth straightened without having to remove any of mine as they were all quite healthy. If I had a problem with the retainers at any point (for instance, any cracking due to my rough handling) they went out of their way to get me a new set sorted within 48 hours. Thank you to the whole team for doing this for me, and giving me more confidence in my smile!

I went to Claire for teeth whitening and I can highly recommend her services. Claire is professional yet friendly, she talks you through everything and what to expect. My treatment took longer than average but Claire persevered until I got to the right white shade for me. If anyone is looking to have teeth whitening done go to Claire!

I have recently had my teeth whitened with Claire. What can I say. Firstly I am extremely nervous of going to the dentist. I do go for regular checkups but always hope I don’t need treatment! I plucked up courage to have a consultation with Claire and it’s the best decision I’ve ever made. Literally so chuffed with my results. Had my first experience of Botox with Claire 2 weeks ago. I was a Botox virgin looking for a freshen up and definitely not like I’d had Botox. Claire put me at my ease straight away and two weeks after the treatment there was no frozen face. I just looked brighter and fresh. I couldn’t be more delighted. Before going to clover I was petrified to go to the dentist, before going I haven’t been for 15 odd years. I knew I needed a lot of work done. Rebecca and the girls have been fantastic with me through all my work (6 fillings and 2 out) I can’t thank them enough. They reassured me every step of the way. They never rushed me to book my appointment I booked them at my own pace. On my first appointment they were fully open about the cost and I felt no pressure whatsoever. I was seen by the dentist, a very thorough inspection, then by the hygienist. This was, without doubt, the best experience I’ve had at a hygienist. Although it was gentle, it was very thorough and my mouth felt incredibly clean. Following a hygienist appointment at my last dentist, my mouth was still sore three days later! I would highly recommend Clover to anyone looking for a friendly, professional dentist practice.

I've always been with a NHS dentist in Essex but moved to Lincolnshire and had to go private. I joined Clover House as a new patient and what a difference. The staff are outstanding and the care and attention is the best I have ever received. I'm no longer petrified of a dentist visit. Thank you for explaining everything you do throughout any treatment. Let’s be honest here, who enjoys going to the dentist? Well, the environment and staff at Clover Dental Care in Sleaford are superb and they make every visit as enjoyable as possible. I’d recommend them without hesitation.

Newly registered at Rose Cottage. My first appointment with Mr Mantle was great. He was thorough and discussed a dental plan with me. I’ve now had the recommended treatment which was carried out professionally and promptly. I have found Mr Mantle and all the team friendly and kind. I highly recommend this Dental practice. I feel confident my oral health is in excellent professional hands. Adrian the dentist is simply amazing, as well as being thorough and tentative. He takes time to explain everything, ensuring informed choice in any recommendations he may suggest. I have never felt so at ease at a dental appointment as I do with him. The hygienist Johnson is also wonderful and a genuine asset to Broadbank Dental. He is welcoming, polite, friendly, kind and caring. He always takes his time to ensure you are comfortable and OK during the entire cleaning process. Although I am unsure of the Dental nurses and receptionists' names, they are all smiley and friendly, adding to the relaxed and friendly environment. Overall, it's a fabulous team.

I haven't had much luck when it comes to dentists. So I stepped into Broadbank for my first visit with Dr Matthew Barker with an unmistakable sense of trepidation. I needn't have worried. From the first interaction, to the final goodbye, my experience with Dr Barker and the broader Broadbank team can only be described as exceptional. Matt (as he insisted I call him) begun with a thorough interrogation of my habits. Diet, alcohol consumption, teeth cleaning technique. He listened intently to my answers, probing when necessary. The oral exam was refreshingly comfortable, yet undeniably thorough. Matt talked me through everything he was doing, providing detailed notes on all aspects of my teeth & gums in a warm and kindly manner. On completion of the exam, he even took his time to talk through flossing techniques, allowing me to practice there with him and providing valuable feedback. Matt's rare combination of authority and warmth, expertise and empathy is truly something to behold. He made me feel truly at ease, and certain that my teeth are in the best possible hands. Going to the dentist might never be a pleasure, but thanks to Dr Barker, at Broadbank, it certainly wasn't a chore.

I had an outstanding experience with Kate and Jen at my recent dental appointment. Their warm, friendly demeanour instantly put me at ease. Both were beaming throughout the visit, making the atmosphere incredibly comfortable and stress-free. It’s rare to find such a welcoming and professional team, and they truly made the experience enjoyable. Highly recommend!

My husband and I have been a patient at my dentist for about 12 years now. They have always given us good service and have been so helpful with any urgent needs, like a broken tooth or an abscess. The receptionists are always very helpful and friendly and the dentists very good, especially with nervous patients like me! There is parking in front and behind the property at paid car parks and free half hour spaces directly in front, but they are usually taken. We feel very fortunate to have such a good practice and have no problems with them at all.

A big thank you to all the staff at this practice and a special thank you to vandana and team for making me feel relaxed when having teeth removed was nervous but a great job and painless experience
