I had to get to the age of 27 before finding a dentist that seemed to actually care about my teeth. For years I've had dentists question my intelligence, perform bad work, wanting to take out teeth as a first option, and try to charge me when I know I shouldn't be. Neil Appleby has fixed a problem tooth I had for months. He did everything he could to try and save it. He listened to me. He was kind. He was calming. He clearly cares and is passionate about his work. All of the dental nurses that have been there have been super friendly and reception are always so welcoming. Cannot recommend this practice enough.

Cannot rate Neil Appleby high enough, he is very passionate about his job with extremely high standards, very kind and makes you feel at ease. Been at other dental surgeries over the years which have been not great experiences for neither me or my husband but would highly recommend Neil as he is the best by far.

We registered at this practice when we moved to North Hykeham on another patients recommendation, so glad we did we cant recommend them highly enough, both dentists here are really nice and very patient, in fact all of the staff are pleasant helpful and very welcoming, if your looking for a caring dental surgery then this is the place to go, you wont regret your choice if you register here its lovely

Fabulous service. I was so nervous at the beginning but all the staff are so friendly and kind that i actually look forward to seeing them. The attention to detail and the time and patience taken for adjustments has been exemplary. I would recommend anyone, no matter how nervous to use this dental service.

Absolutely lovely, gave me really good advice on differnt techniques on where i need to focus on when cleaning my gums and teeth. I'm a really anxious and nervous person when it comes to the dentist. However, both the dentist and hygienist were very attentive and thorough. They go the extra mile to put my mind at ease. They also remember me from last time and make it a more pleasant experience. Really happy with the service. Highly recommend.

Have been a patient of Adrian Wilson for many years and always found all the staff to be exceedingly helpful and pleasant. Unfortunately I recently lost a front tooth which had been crowned for more years than I care to remember. Phoned up at 8 o’clock, was seen before 10am and went back late afternoon and my denture had been reworked to include a new tooth. Fitted brilliantly without any adjustment and looks really good. Truly outstanding service

I was referred here for a wisdom tooth extraction which I expected to be tricky to remove. My dental surgeon and nurse were both very professional and able to keep me calm and explained the whole procedure thoroughly. I was surprised at how quick it was done and was so pleased with their care. The ladies on the phone when booking were extremely pleasant and caring too, so my thanks go to the whole team.

Was referred here to have a tooth taken out. From start to finish, they have been fantastic. I arrived this morning for my appointment, feeling nervous as always at the dentist. But I was made to feel calm and relaxed straight away. Everything was explained thoroughly throughout the process. Dental nurse was so lovely and chatty which helped keep me calm. I had a wisdom tooth taken out today & upon entering the room, the dentist asked me how I was & I told him I was nervous. I've never had any procedure done to my teeth except your usual scale & polish so this was extremely anxiety-inducing. The gentleman explained the entire thing & was so reassuring that I was happy with what was going to happen & the aftercare was explained by a lovely nurse who made sure I was okay. The worst part was the numbing injection - the actual tooth removal was over in about 10 seconds!! I would highly recommend this clinic (I know I was likely just lucky regarding my tooth) but the staff are so friendly & calming. It's likely I'll need another wisdom tooth out in the future & I won't be so scared next time. Thank you BUPA team!

Both me and a friend decided we needed some new dentures. A friend told us about the fantastic care and attention given to her when she was replacing dentures. Everything she told us was spot on. We both are delighted with everything. Gregory and Joanne are a brilliant team, nothing was to much trouble.We came away extremely happy with the new dentures and would say to anyone needing new dentures go to them you will be very pleased you did.

I was recommended to the Denture Studio as I had an acrylic denture which was awful and decided to invest with a chrome denture. From the first appointment Gregory Jones was so helpful, informative, professional and kind. He showed me different dentures I could have but I decided on having a chrome denture. Today I picked up my completed denture which already I feel that I am talking better and it feels so different and so much more comfortable than my old acrylic denture. I have no hesitation in recommending The Denture Studio and thank them so much for all they have done for me. I am a very happy customer.

I had complete dentures fitted by Greg a few months ago. He was so caring and went above and beyond to make me feel totally comfortable. So thankful for the dedicated care and attention my son received after damaging his two front teeth today. We were lucky enough to see a dentist the same day and they repaired his teeth to the point that you can't tell that they were broken at all. No pain or discomfort whatsoever. Honestly, most people hate the dentist, but i love Aisha my dentist, and her assistant. They talk you through step by step of every procedure, VERY informative and all round bubbly and kind atmosphere, great when visiting with the kids. Amazing team from bookings to treatment. This is precisely what our city needs, please don’t ever leavvvveeeeeee !!

Had terrible toothache resulting in loss of sleep for days. Needed an emergency appointment as I am not registered. Popped in to the surgery, fast efficient process, simple to fill out forms, got me in within an hour. The dentist was brilliant, really good customer service skills, looked, took an xray, and gave me options. Within 20 mins of walking in, my painful tooth was extracted, and I was on my way. Cannot fault the staff or service given.

The hygienist and the nurse were kind, caring and efficient, taking particular account of my bad back, for which I was very grateful. My teeth feel great. I was also given helpful advice on teeth cleaning, which was appreciated. All in all, an excellent experience.

I'm autistic, and this dentist is VERY understanding of my specific needs, particularly related to periods of poor dental hygeine when I've been depressed. She always takes her time to make sure I understand what's happening. Honestly I would expect this level of understanding in a specialist unit or privately, it's incredibly rare to see this time taken these days especially with dentists. If you struggle with anything like that please let them know, and they'll go out of their way to help you and most importantly keep your teeth healthy.

You get a text appointment reminder and a link that allows you to complete forms online prior to the appointment. Check in at reception was quick and friendly. I arrived early and actually got to see my dentist early. She gave me a through check up and was also friendly and professional. The whole experience was good.

I have been a patient of Carholme Dental Practice for many years now, and always received a very friendly professional service there. The practice has a pleasant atmosphere, and caters for both private and NHS patients, I never have any problems getting an appointment at a time to suit me. The dental surgeons are excellent and always give proper transparent explanations for any treatments that may be needed. Free 2 hour parking is available within approx 50 meters of the practice, I’ve always found a vacant space when attending the practice. I’d highly recommend this practice.

Brilliant dentist! Had to reschedule due to the dentist I was going to see was unwell, however the reception staff were really helpful and got me in within an hour with a different dentist.
