We needed to replace our oil combi boiler with a suitable electric boiler and separate hot-water cylinder. Alex came to conduct a survey to determine the most suitable products for the job. He did the survey having discussed the practicalities with us whilst liaising with the company doing the electrical work. He then provided a quote with a replacement plan to enable the new boiler to fit immediately into the same position. Within two days Alex removed the old boiler and fitted the new electric boiler and hot-water cylinder. We would strongly recommend him, and plan to use his services again soon to install a water softener. Alex is extremely professional, demonstrating polished standards of customer service. We had a real mystery problem that was driving us bonkers. We had cold water to every tap/shower/toilet in the house but in the middle floor the cold simply stopped working for the sink and toilet even though the shower next to them had no problem. We contacted J&S and they gave us an early appointment two days later. Our problem was solved when in walked Jarrod. Although agreeing that there was no obvious solution he worked the problem, went over the valves next to the tank and in little less than an hour the water was flowing again. He also diagnosed a separate potential problem which he was able to fix the same morning. So top marks to our hero Jarrod and top marks to J&S for a speedy and keenly priced service. Big fans.

John recently renovated our bedroom en-suite. It involved replacing the tiling, shower, toilet and installing a new sink/cabinet unit and a new towel rail. He also encountered some unexpected issues relating to the floor and wall condition. He is an outstanding tradesman and did a high quality job in all aspects. I contacted John after seeing the good reviews online and being let down several times by multiple other tradesmen for my leaking shower. John responded quickly and turned up when he said he was going to to take a look at the problem and quickly provided a very comprehensive quote for the job. John had been realistic about his availability in carrying out the job (around 4-5weeks later) and stuck to his word. John did an excellent job on replacing my shower, shower tray, wall boards, glass screens, bath and basin taps and plugs. John also managed to replace the flooring during the job due to unexpected extensive damage from the leak. John takes great pride in his work ensuring that it was done to a high standard, allowing appropriate drying time between stages. He will only install trusted bathroom products to ensure no problems down the line. He was polite, efficient and keeps things tidy. John is very professional and reliable - which is difficult to find these days. I am very happy with the finished product, would recommend his services and will definitely use again for future plumbing jobs.

Amazing service, would highly recommend! Boiler went down (on a weekend of course!) so we had no hot water or heating. After contacting All Gas Services Lincoln someone came out the next day and within a few days they had rearranged their schedule to get us in as an emergency to replace the whole boiler. They did an amazing job and considering the amount of work they did there was no mess left or any sign of them even being there!! Greatly appreciated and would definitely recommend their services! :)

From quoting to installation they were a fantastic team. All engineers were good humoured and polite. Respectful of my home using dust sheets to cover all floor spaces. Cleaned up after the job and removed all waste including od boiler etc etc. Hospitality was offered and they made hot drinks when required cleaning as they went. Ollie came to my house to repair a split waste pipe the same day as I rang up. He was very efficient and friendly and I will definitely be using Clear Flow Plumbing and Heating again if I have any problems.

I waited 36 hours for an emergency call out to no avail. It was then I decided to look up a heating and plumbing group and the first number I called was Clear Flow, I couldn’t believe my luck when an engineer arrived within half hour and got my heating back on . The engineer Oliver treated me with politeness and respect. I would recommend Clear Flow to all my friends and family , a brilliant and prompt service.

Mike was great, had a blocked shower pipe he came the day after I contacted him and completed the job. Pipe completely unblocked back in working use! Easy to get along with. Will be using him again in the future! Great price too!

I called this firm at 9pm on Saturday , and my call was answered straight away. I explained my problem ,-a blocked drain which was causing the toilet to overfill and back up. I was very worried that it would overflow. They talked through the problem , and waited while I checked another toilet, and basins for clear drainage. As it now wasn’t as urgent as I had thought, and it seemed it was safe for the night, they offered helpful advice for use of basins and another toilet overnight, and said they’d come late Sunday morning to have a look. The next day, Sunday, they sent several messages to confirm time of arrival , and when they came, although the water level had subsided , they checked the flush and the outside drain thoroughly, until they were sure it was cleared completely. I would 100% recommend this firm for efficiency, excellent and friendly communications, and fair pricing. 5 stars !
