I've used this company a few times now and have only had good experiences. Most recently they have updated my ancient hot water system. Superb equipment and top quality work. Jason was very careful to ensure that the new installation was compatible with my electrical system and I really appreciate that attention to safety. We had a real mystery problem that was driving us bonkers. We had cold water to every tap/shower/toilet in the house but in the middle floor the cold simply stopped working for the sink and toilet even though the shower next to them had no problem. We contacted J&S and they gave us an early appointment two days later. Our problem was solved when in walked Jarrod. Although agreeing that there was no obvious solution he worked the problem, went over the valves next to the tank and in little less than an hour the water was flowing again. He also diagnosed a separate potential problem which he was able to fix the same morning. So top marks to our hero Jarrod and top marks to J&S for a speedy and keenly priced service. Big fans.

Absolutely chuffed with the service I've just received from J&S Plumbing and Heating! I called yesterday after my neighbour recommended them, they gave me an appointment for the next day, and the engineer arrived this morning and fixed the radiator within half an hour, it's now piping hot and I couldn't be happier with the service! Jo in the office was friendly and helpful, and Alfie the engineer was friendly and helpful. Brilliant experience, I would highly recommend them! I will also be thanking my neighbour for the introduction!

John was prompt, professional and very hard working. He has just changed our radiators to more modern ones plus changed two taps. I contacted John after seeing the good reviews online and being let down several times by multiple other tradesmen for my leaking shower. John responded quickly and turned up when he said he was going to to take a look at the problem and quickly provided a very comprehensive quote for the job. John had been realistic about his availability in carrying out the job (around 4-5weeks later) and stuck to his word. John did an excellent job on replacing my shower, shower tray, wall boards, glass screens, bath and basin taps and plugs. John also managed to replace the flooring during the job due to unexpected extensive damage from the leak. John takes great pride in his work ensuring that it was done to a high standard, allowing appropriate drying time between stages. He will only install trusted bathroom products to ensure no problems down the line. He was polite, efficient and keeps things tidy. John is very professional and reliable - which is difficult to find these days. I am very happy with the finished product, would recommend his services and will definitely use again for future plumbing jobs.

Tom has looked after 2 boilers in 2 houses for me for many years, his work is excellent he is very reliable and genuinely tries his best to do a good job, and communicates so well. Could not rate this company highly enough. My elderly father was stuck with a leaking radiator and the previous plumbers we tried were very unhelpful. We had been away for a few days and upon our return on 13th January, we noticed that the house was really cold. I checked the heating control panel and it showed a fault.. After a few curses, I must have rang over a dozen numbers, but they all went to answer phone. I then rang Daykin & Co.. got an answer straight away, from Mark. He said he was on a job but would call in on his way home...., We`re saved I thought...! He arrived and within 15 to 20 mins had diagnosed and fixed the problem,... Oh, the delight of heat and hot water..!! First class service and a really nice guy too.. He recommended preventative maintenance on the faulty valve also.. Brilliant, brilliant, brilliant..!! I cannot recommend this guy highly enough..!!!!!!!!!!! 5 stars..!!

Absolutely delighted with our refurbished bathroom, Chris is extremely professional and is totally organised from start to finish, extremely knowledgeable giving good advice along the way. Very hard working, always turned up bang on time including the electricians & plasterer that work along with him. Everything was explained clearly with a plan of the order of work which was stuck to throughout the job. Access floors were all covered and cleaned at the end of each day, could not fault the clean way everything was left. We will not hesitate to recommend him.

Dan and Craig are amazing. They answered every question we had and more. Very flexible with booking us in for quotes and installation. Worked with us to design the perfect heating and hot water system to suit our needs. Very professional and arrived promptly every day. We were always updated regularly via call or email. They worked flat out Monday to Sunday to get our system up and running. The house was always tidy when we came home and the system was installed as neatly as possible given the space limitations. After the installation they called round to check everything was working properly and always reply if we have more questions. Overall thoroughly impressed and would definitely recommend.

We had a ground source heat pump installed by another company 10 years ago. We had no follow up service from this company after it was installed, despite having numerous problems from the start - atrocious service. We limped along with various companies and then we found Greenlinc. We contacted Dan, who immediately came and sorted us out and for the first time after years, we had a functioning heating system and warm floors. Fast forward to this year when the heat pump failed 3 days before Christmas. Despite not being at work, Dan answered his phone and helped us out. He accurately diagnosed the problem and got our pump working again. I cannot speak highly enough of Dan. He provides an excellent and efficient service and he cares, which is not a quality found these days.

I waited 36 hours for an emergency call out to no avail. It was then I decided to look up a heating and plumbing group and the first number I called was Clear Flow, I couldn’t believe my luck when an engineer arrived within half hour and got my heating back on . Ian is one of my neighbours, we had a little neighbourly disagreement about a hedge. However, when I moved in I said I may need his services to replace my boiler, obviously having had the issue with the hedge since then I was concerned that may have tarnished our relationship with us being amicable. However, Ian said he was happy to quote for the work, so I gave him the opportunity. He came in with a very competitive quote! So, I gave him the go ahead, he completed the work for me 3 days ago. Both Ian and his colleague were extremely professional, there was no hostility at all. The quality of the work was extremely good.
