Dan and Craig are amazing. They answered every question we had and more. Very flexible with booking us in for quotes and installation. Worked with us to design the perfect heating and hot water system to suit our needs. Very professional and arrived promptly every day. We were always updated regularly via call or email. They worked flat out Monday to Sunday to get our system up and running. The house was always tidy when we came home and the system was installed as neatly as possible given the space limitations. After the installation they called round to check everything was working properly and always reply if we have more questions. Overall thoroughly impressed and would definitely recommend.

What can I say they are fab!,..we have had nothing but issues with our heat pump since having it due to some other unreliable contractors and these guys are fantastic, they do what they say they will and have finally got our heat pump working efficiently as it should be due to poor fitting originally Thankyou so much especially to Craig and Jade

Air Source Heat Pump Install 5 STAR Dan and Greenlinc installed my ASHP after previously been let down by another installer. Dan provided all the quotes and paperwork exactly on time as promised, started the install on the agreed date, was on time, his level of work is excellent. He also took the time to answer any query I had by email or phone. We had a ground source heat pump installed by another company 10 years ago. We had no follow up service from this company after it was installed, despite having numerous problems from the start - atrocious service. We limped along with various companies and then we found Greenlinc. We contacted Dan, who immediately came and sorted us out and for the first time after years, we had a functioning heating system and warm floors. Fast forward to this year when the heat pump failed 3 days before Christmas. Despite not being at work, Dan answered his phone and helped us out. He accurately diagnosed the problem and got our pump working again. I cannot speak highly enough of Dan. He provides an excellent and efficient service and he cares, which is not a quality found these days.

Cannot recommend Tom enough. I called him at 8 a.m. with a plumbing emergency. He managed to get out to me, fix my boiler and be gone all before lunchtime. And a very reasonable price too. Lovely friendly guy. His business card is now pinned on my notice board and he will be my first contact if I have any issues in the future. Amazing service 5*

I was having problems with my oil boiler for several weeks. It got to a point where it wasn't working at all. I called Mark who responded very quickly. He was only on site for about 30 mins and he had the issue sorted. The boiler is now working like new. Many thanks Mark.

I came home to find water dripping from the light fitting in the utility room. Mark had been recommended to me so I phoned him and he said he’d come later in the afternoon. I was going to be away from home when he came. He said he’d call me when he was on his way, which he did, then called me when he arrived and then when he’d done the job. Mark had to break into the ceiling to fix the leak in the hot water pipe above. He was able to keep the damage to a minimum by using a thermal image camera to locate the leak. I was very impressed with his skill and professionalism, and that he kept me informed at all times. I thought that the work done represented good value, given that it was an emergency. I’d definitely recommend Mark as an excellent plumber.

Very pleased with the work Mark did for us. He rescued us from a burst tank in the airing cupboard, which flooded the kitchen, then returned at a later date to replace the cylinder and pipework. He also serviced the boiler and did a couple of other jobs for which he did not quote, but did them anyway. He was on time, professional and knowledgeable, and the price was as quoted. All in all, a good experience and we would thoroughly recommend him.

It’s always a daunting task when you are looking for a company to carry out work for you as you know nothing about them and you are worried about the standard of work and care for your property, l think I struck gold with this company as the whole process from start to finish was very professional the work was to a very high standard by really nice people, if I need any more work doing I wouldn’t hesitate in using them again. Previously had an lpg boiler installed by Rick Smith and his team following a reccomendation. Rick was the only person who managed to work out the problems with our heating system when others couldn't. They returned today to do it's annual service and we're as prompt and professional as they were a year ago. No hidden costs, good quality work and excellent communication each time we deal with them. I highly recommend this small independent local company that provide a high quality friendly professional service. We had a cold radiator and their engineer came round and did a thorough investigation. The rad’ was thoroughly blocked so we ended up power flushing the system. The radiator is now fixed and the whole house is so much warmer! Plus I can tell already from the smart meter it’s going to save me lots on my heating bills. A brilliant job all round!

John arrived at my home to find person anxious female senior citizen .water had seeped through kitchen ceiling and around electric light fitting. He put me at ease and started work checking upstairs bathroom.The floor was saturated he lifted floor only to find mould growth and also puddles.of water. What a nightmare! Absolutely delighted with our refurbished bathroom, Chris is extremely professional and is totally organised from start to finish, extremely knowledgeable giving good advice along the way. Very hard working, always turned up bang on time including the electricians & plasterer that work along with him. Everything was explained clearly with a plan of the order of work which was stuck to throughout the job. Access floors were all covered and cleaned at the end of each day, could not fault the clean way everything was left. We will not hesitate to recommend him.

Just had new doors fitted by Josh , really happy with the planning , wait times and service . We have just had new carpets and Josh ensured he took the doors out carefully to limit mess , he’s trustworthy , I had to go out and leave him the key ,he’s efficient and explained what he was doing along the way , he’s also very tidy when working , Would not hesitate to use Josh again for anything in the future!
