Ryan from Flow Heating was really friendly and worked hard and did an amazing job at putting in our boiler. He tried hard to fix our old boiler but it was old and despite his efforts it couldn't be fixed, but Ryan came the very next day and worked right through to install the new one. We feel that we were charged a very fair price and it has been made clear to us that if there are any problems they would sort it out. Luckily, there has been no problem and we are happy that we now have heating and hot water. We would recommend this company to anyone and we are over the moon with the service we receive.

Right from the initial conversation you can feel the professionalism of the company. Chris has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to boilers, he provided me with a lot of information to allow me to decide which boiler to ultimately choose. I needed urgent assistance to replace my boiler for my tenanted home and Chris came round and replaced this in a timely manner. I was provided with all my certificates within moments of him fitting the boiler. A shout out to Sophie who was great at keeping communications clear throughout the process Thank you and I'll certainly be using your services again.

A relative had an emergency boiler issue. Flow came out and sorted it same day. Very reasonable price and friendly, knowledgeable engineer. So impressed she booked a boiler service with the same company. Again, efficient and friendly with a decent price. The same company came a few weeks later to sort an emergency leak in the bathroom. Very efficient, friendly and knowledgeable plumber. I highly recommend this company and the staff.

Fantastic service from Tim today. He came to address our under floor heating issues and to install three new Nest thermostats. Tim was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient, and offered advice regarding our heating system and others areas of the house. Will be using Tim's services again for future projects and servicing.

I was very happy with both the quality of the work and the speed with which it was carried out. The engineers really knew their stuff and were professional and courteous leaving no mess at all at the end of each day. They installed a complete heating system into my house at a very reasonable price using high quality equipment and it has made a great difference compared to the old system. I highly recommend this company and it's engineers.

TC Heating Guys are just fabulous! We had a whole wet room done including knocking down a wall and redirecting the underfloor heating. The Team arrived on time, they are professional at all times; their customer service is second to none throughout even when we changed our mind on things last minute etc, they were still accommodating without any avoidance of more work. They plastered, tiled and fit all the shower, toilet, basin facilities and pipes and the final version of the wet room is stunning. Thank you. We cannot recommend these guys enough and for any work like this or boiler work or pluming we will be calling them because they are so ethical and have such high standards. Customer service and responsiveness, second to none!

From start to Finish Dan and the team were professional when installing our new heating system. From a new boiler to the whole pipework throughout the whole of the house. New boiler new radiators new pipework. Very reasonably priced with plenty of options and choices when it comes to combi boilers. These guys are fab! Friendly, honest and reliable. Had a new boiler fitted they kept in contact with me the whole time from booking it in to the work being done. Fully explained everything to me. Chris has been our go to plumber for years. He fitted our boiler and updated our central heating system, he's done all,of the annual checks too. He then fitted a full new bathroom for us, and made a fantastic job of it. Then a new kitchen, and also some additional radiators. Chris is always happy, does great job, keeps the place tidy. And he's not bad on the drums either! I won't go anywhere else now, if Chris isn't available, I'll wait until he is!!

Absolutely lovely! Boiler had stopped working after not being used whilst having some work done. Had a cancellation so arranged to visit a few days early. Brilliant! Where to begin with Luke and his team. LB Home Improvements exceed all expectations when it comes to doing what they do. We had our tired and very dated ensuite update by Aaron. The finish is outstanding and the whole experience whilst he (and Scott) were here, was relaxing and stress free. Every morning and before the end of the day you get briefed on what is going to happen that day and then the following days plans. Aaron discussed with me daily what he believed my vision was before he went ahead and worked on that days tasks. They were tidy and cleaned down at the end of each day. My ensuite is totally amazing and the finish is outstanding. I could go on and on but I think I am clear here on my review. Luke has done several jobs for us now and he will always be our joiner and plumber. He has a can-do attitude and his workmanship is excellent. Luke has had to adapt to the quirks of our 1812 house and we are so pleased with the work he has done, from bespoke joinery to tiling, door frames, fitting skirting boards and making fitted units. Luke has excellent communication which is so important, he always turns up on time and we highly recommend him.
