Juan arrived on time and with a smile — which was exactly what we needed! He quickly investigated our problem and used his extensive experience to determine the source of the water ingress into our sewer system. Now we know, we can fix it. Very amenable guy with huge amounts of knowledge that he freely shares. Very well priced. So glad we didn't go to one of the national companies and found Juan instead. I would recommend his services to anyone who needs them.

Juan came out within an hour of calling him. He was so helpful and unblocked my drain - clearing out difficult roots. Very reasonably price and very friendly.

I cannot recommend JMS Gas Services enough. I had a boiler service and two other small jobs completed by them recently. Throughout the experience they were timely, polite and friendly! They provided helpful advice, were proactive in solving problems and the prices charged were more than fair. If you are in the surrounding areas of Bourne and Stamford, don’t look anywhere else! 5* service.

I use Peter for all of my plumbing needs. Recently he fitted a dishwasher for me and also checked my heating settings for me. Always comes when he says he will which is rare in this trade. Always get an email invoice straight after the work. Reasonable prices and has always done a great job for me.

Pete is a very professional, knowledgeable, and considerate gas engineer. I had a new combi boiler, radiators and TRVs fitted by him. He worked extremely hard with high attention to detail which was visible from his workmanship once he finished the job. Booked George for a couple of plumbing jobs and can honestly say from the first point of contact to the completion of the jobs we received a 5 star service. He was quick to reply to messages and was very reliable. The work was carried out to a very high standard and the areas were left very clean and tidy, he was very knowledgable and one of the jobs required less work than was first believed and George was open and honest in a fix that would cost less. We would give more than 5 stars if we could, and have now found our new family plumber.

Quote was quick to be received via WhatsApp same day and was followed up by call from Hydrava to book appointment once I confirmed I would like to go ahead. A msg was sent on the day to advise when the plumber would arrive and availability to track their arrival and a picture of them. Plumber was efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. I received a certificate & record of the engineers visit afterwards, which included a picture of the work that was completed via email after the appointment, followed by an invoice which I could click a link and make a payment and there were other options to make payment. Truly excellent company to have work done on our property by. Professional throughout the works and planning. Carried out the work whilst we were on holiday and when a problem arose, messaged us straight away. Ended up needing to pick some tiles due to location of the shower whilst on holiday and asked for suggestions. We received a number of suggestions and a sketch to show where we needed new tiles which helped greatly with the decision making as it wasn't something we had even planned for. Came home to a new hot water tank, the pipes moved to where we had asked, some new tiling and a brand new shower install. Couldn't have asked for any more and will be reaching out to Hydrava whenever we need plumbing and heating works carried out in the future. It's hard to find a company you can trust especially when left to work when you are away, but Hydrava put me at ease and the quality of work speaks for itself. Professional and reliable. During the annual boiler checking and servicing, the gas engineer found there was a small amount of gas leak in the system. He carefully checked every single point and eventually had to take out the oven and found the gas leaking point was right underneath the gas hob. It was believed that the gas had been leaking for quite a long time. One important point I need to say is that the gas supply company had just replaced a new gas meter about a month ago, but they failed to find this gas leak during the meter replacement work.

I have recently had a lot of work completed at my house and I would highly recommend the team. George and Gaz in office are very helpful and are quick to come back to calls if needed. Johnny has done an amazing job with installing my new kitchen and bathroom, completing all of the woodwork required, a lot of this was done by hand including the panelling up the stairs which I am very happy with. Harry has also been very helpful with the plumbing works and a good source of entertainment. A very friendly and happy business that I would definitely use again if needed.
