Shaun fitted our new boiler in October 2023 and everything has been absolutely fine since then. He was very professional throughout the initial discussions and the subsequent installation. He has just been back to do the first annual service. I would thoroughly recommend his services.

Very thorough survey and took note of all our concerns throughout the quotation process. All work carried out professionally with regular communication on progress. Shaun took the time to ensure we understood all options available and to double check our requirements before proceeding with key elements of the installation. Job: replacing old heat only boiler with a Veissmann system boiler. After ringing many heating engineers it was immediately obvious Shaun knew what he was talking about and we spoke at depth of what system I had and what realistically I needed and not to be swayed by oversizing etc like a lot of the “next day” companies were suggesting. Shaun came for a quote and set a great price. The work was carried out beyond expectations as I was fitting a larger system boiler rather than heat only and wanted the pipe work hidden as it’s in the kitchen. Shaun went above and beyond to keep the pipe work so high and tight and took pride in his work. He even designed a better drainage for the water condensation instead of the awful flexi pipe. Sometimes you get a tradesman just right and you can’t believe you nailed it! Top guy and knows his stuff! There’s no rushing to get a job done and move on to the next as he expects perfection too it seems! Thoroughly recommended.

I rang Masterheat for a replacement boiler, Shaun quoted for and carried out the supply and installation of same. I was most impressed with Shaun he was very efficient in providing a quote and once given the go ahead he was very quick to install. He was extremely efficient and professional throughout the entire process and always arrived when he said he would. I am very pleased the the result and would highly recommend Masterheat and Shaun for providing a first class service and experience.

We had George Kitchen Plumbing and Heating to replace our oil boiler and I would recommend them in a heartbeat. Alex was absolutely brilliant, really helpful in explaining everything that he was doing, ensuring we knew how everything worked, and he left the house immaculately tidy when he was finished. I have recently had a lot of work completed at my house and I would highly recommend the team. George and Gaz in office are very helpful and are quick to come back to calls if needed. Johnny has done an amazing job with installing my new kitchen and bathroom, completing all of the woodwork required, a lot of this was done by hand including the panelling up the stairs which I am very happy with. Harry has also been very helpful with the plumbing works and a good source of entertainment. A very friendly and happy business that I would definitely use again if needed.

I experienced a worrying leak in CH/HW system and called Scott who said he'd come the next morning, which he dutifully did on time. He inspected the problem, sent me an estimate, and returned that same afternoon after accepting his quote. Called with a emergency late within the evening. He came out with 20 minutes due to water leak, from a old water tap connected to the machine washing. Very friendly, and welcoming when he arrived. I can not fault his professionalism. Helpful with this explanation to why to problems and willing to fix the issue with a better connector for the water pipe to the washing machine, within a few days so I won't be it. Happy to leave me his machine to help me to get the rest of the water sucked up. My honest opinion, 100% comes recommended from me. Number noted down for any further plumbing issues I may have within the future. ✨️✨️

Absolutely saved the day on Saturday when our oil boiler stopped working in the cold weather. I called lots of plumbers but as it was the weekend many weren't willing to help. Grays Plumbing called me back and talked me through the issue very patiently and I was able to sort it out. Thank you so much - it was absolutely freezing (-4) and with three small children including a newborn he really did save the day!

Can’t recommend Stacey enough! He is always our first thought for any plumbing job. He has fitted our en-suite and has also fitted us with new radiators. When my partner went through a water pipe on Saturday afternoon, he showed up in 5 minutes and repaired the pipe along with other extras needed. Always a brilliant job and couldn’t be a nicer bloke! Excellent experience with Grays Plumbing and Heating. Emergency call out on a Friday evening due to my own mistake - Stacey was responsive and arrived within the hour. Resolved the issue promptly, very tidy work, and also provided lots of advice and assistance in getting the system refilled and pressurised. Fee was very reasonable. Can't recommend enough and we'll have no hesitation in using again for future plumbing work we need doing.
