Today we spotted a leak with the pipework on our cylinder. After sharing photos of the problem we had an appointment arranged and quickly got advice to try before the call out. Their advice worked and helped stop any more water damage. Really recommend James and the team, very supportive.

I needed a heating system change in my house. It involved the removal of a conventional system, all new pipes, new combi boiler, gas/boiler location move, and the replacement of every radiator. I was quite anxious about getting this work done because it can lead to a big, expensive mess. Thankfully, it was a great experience from quote to finish. The visible pipework is very clean and aesthetically pleasing, with some intuitive choices, minimising the pipes that are visible. They even repaired the brickwork where the old flue used to be. Stevie and Harley were hardworking, friendly and professional. It's another good example of why you should use a local company, and not a national one that might not care as much about its reputation.

Absolutely lovely! Boiler had stopped working after not being used whilst having some work done. Had a cancellation so arranged to visit a few days early. Brilliant! Sorted the problem very sensibly and cheaply for me (smile). Serviced the boiler and all working now. Really lovely guys and felt very comfortable whilst they were there.

I can't recommend Paul enough!!! We have had a nightmare with the original plumber,who fitted us a new bathroom. It was left in a shocking state ,with issues occurring on a daily basis. I contacted Paul,and he came out straight away. Assessed all of the issues,and put our minds at ease. He managed to book us in a few days later with a more than reasonable quote, considering the mess he had to rectify. He arrived promptly on the day as promised and worked efficiently, effectively and methodically. He refitted the bathroom radiator, putting in new pipe work,which was a task due to the state it had been left. Paul has been absolutely 100% in all aspects, quality of work is outstanding and he cares . He has been our knight in a shiny plumbing van ! We can't thank him enough and have no hesitation in hiring him again. We already have another job lined up.

I had a bath removed, walk in shower & taller toilet fitted so I no longer needed a raiser seat. I can honestly say I could not have asked for a better Plumber than Paul. He is a genuinely honest person who lets you know what progress is being made daily & a perfectionist, I cannot fault any of his work, the bathroom looks amazing! He left the work areas clean & tidy daily & I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

Paul is fantastic, done a couple of small to medium sized jobs for us. Communication is excellent, both jobs have been done within a week (this is not a guarantee) his work is flawless and his prices are reasonable. He is my go to plumber of choice, we can't fault him at all. He's worth more than 5* in my eyes.

I had a problem with a thermostat valve that wouldn't work, so I rang Craig in the morning and he came and put it right for me so I could use my radiator. Very professional, as soon as he arrived he put covers on his boots , mask on and fixed the valve within minutes. Would really recommend him.

I cannot recommend Terry enough. We had a disaster with my mother in laws house in Doncaster. There was water pouring from the ceiling after a burst pipe and we couldn’t find anybody to help. Terry immediately stopped what he was doing and went straight to the property to contain the damage. He turned water off, drained the whole property, fixed the pipe and removed all the rubbish!! We were overwhelmed by his genuine desire to help us and his absolute professionalism. Service like that is hard to find these days. I had a leaking pipe in the ceiling of my kitchen, which was quite a tricky situation due to where the pipe was located. Terry came out promptly and handled the job with great professionalism. What a great bloke Terry is and what a great job he did in sorting out my outside tap which would not turn off. Came and got it sorted at short notice and despite getting soaked was very professional, positive and friendly. Did a great job and will definitely use him again when the need arises.
