I had a bath removed, walk in shower & taller toilet fitted so I no longer needed a raiser seat. I can honestly say I could not have asked for a better Plumber than Paul. He is a genuinely honest person who lets you know what progress is being made daily & a perfectionist, I cannot fault any of his work, the bathroom looks amazing! He left the work areas clean & tidy daily & I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

Cannot recommend Paul enough - we had water leaking through our ceiling - Paul fixed the leak and also sorted out our heating in one visit. He's polite, friendly and extremely tidy and fully explains everything he's doing. Will absolutely be using again.

I had a problem with a thermostat valve that wouldn't work, so I rang Craig in the morning and he came and put it right for me so I could use my radiator. Very professional, as soon as he arrived he put covers on his boots , mask on and fixed the valve within minutes. Would really recommend him.

We’ve been Adrip customers for a couple of years now on our complicated house renovation. They installed a brand new heating system and water cylinder, and have helped us with other jobs, such as piping up a new bathroom. I called Plumb Doctor Ltd on Monday 3rd June, they promised to come round at 9am on Tuesday 4th June to do the job. They were on time. The plumber, I am sorry I forgot to ask him his name, but he was extremely professional, he explained what he would have to do. I told him to do whatever he had ro to replace my old toilet system with a completely new one. He was very courteous and polite and made very little noise and any mess he cleaned up, he even took away my old toilet system. I am extremely happy with the work that was done. It is a more modern toilet system than my old system. I have another plumbing issue that needs attending to and Plumb Doctor will be the company I use.The price was very reasonable. I heartily recommend Plumb Doctor as your go to plumber. Many thanks well worth a 10/10.

I needed a heating system change in my house. It involved the removal of a conventional system, all new pipes, new combi boiler, gas/boiler location move, and the replacement of every radiator. I was quite anxious about getting this work done because it can lead to a big, expensive mess. Thankfully, it was a great experience from quote to finish. The visible pipework is very clean and aesthetically pleasing, with some intuitive choices, minimising the pipes that are visible. They even repaired the brickwork where the old flue used to be. Stevie and Harley were hardworking, friendly and professional. It's another good example of why you should use a local company, and not a national one that might not care as much about its reputation.

Today we spotted a leak with the pipework on our cylinder. After sharing photos of the problem we had an appointment arranged and quickly got advice to try before the call out. Their advice worked and helped stop any more water damage. Really recommend James and the team, very supportive.

I had Darren booked for a annual boiler service and a radiator change in a bedroom I was decorating. Although I'd removed radiators a few times previously, I was removing this one to decorate behind prior to Darren fitting the new one and I couldn't get one of the valves free and even managed to get it to leak. I rang Darren and he came on his way home sorted the leak and even removed the radiator for me. A week or so later he did the boiler service and installed the new radiator. Needless to say I'm very pleased with his work. He's great to deal with and offered advice with regard to upgrading the heating in the future. I can see why he gets a load of recommendations on Facebook and wouldn't hesitate recommending him to others. I'll be replacing my gas hob in the near future and hope he'll do that for me.
