Was running slightly behind but that was due to power cut. 1st Class service as always. Staff are always very polite and helpful. The new dentist I had was very gentle and explained everything. Thank you and a Happy New year

My experience of this dental practise is very good. All personal have always been knowledgeable, pleasant and professional. I would recommend them for anyone who wants their teeth regularly checked and maintained to the highest possible standards.

I cannot speak highly enough of Bruno @ The limes dental practice. He is welcoming, entertaining, thoughtful and very professional. I never thought a trip to the dentist would be such a wonderful experience. I cannot recommend him and all his team highly enough. He is a magnificent ambassador for his profession as are the rest of his team. I have had several treatments at the practice and have never in my 54 years looked forward to visiting a dentist! Bruno and his team have certainly created a wonderful experience for their patients

Very welcoming and friendly new dentist. He was very considerate and professional, didn’t have to wait long to see him for my checkup. His assistant was also professional and kind. The receptionist was also helpful and efficient. I left feeling very impressed by the experience.

I can finally smile again and feel confident again, I came nervous about injections but that was easily solved! Willows Dental Practice is a very warm and welcoming environment and there is nothing to be nervous about would 100% recommend to anyone as they are very kind and caring. :)

Andrew has been my dentist for many years and always looked after me well. I broke a tooth and was able to get a cancellation appointment to repair the tooth on the day I called. Great service as always.

After enduring significant pain due to two affected teeth requiring root canal treatment, I am grateful to Andrew for his prompt diagnosis of the issue. With the administration of antibiotics and my treatment, my oral health is now back to normal.The professionalism exhibited by Andrew and his nurse is truly exceptional. As a patient who was terrified of the dentist in my youth, the Willows has changed all that. Dr Newton with his calm and kind approach makes one feel immediately confident and relaxed and I am very grateful for that. Now, the overall vibe may have changed a little since the practice became part of a group but the Belton staff are as wonderful as always and I remain very confident in Dr Newton's kind and professional care.
