A very pleasant atmosphere from the day I phoned the receptionist until I had my treatment Like most people I do not like going to the e dentist’s but Mrs A Patel has a lovely calm way about her which in turn puts me in a nice relaxed feeling cannot ask for any more than that of a dentist hense the 5 star rating. My son Edward is autistic and very nervous of visiting the dentist or doctors. Both Jonathan and June went out of their way to make him feel comfortable and were helpful in changing their ways of working, Jonathan checking Eds teeth whilst in June's chair, or standing up, whichever he preferred at the time. Brilliant service as ever from the reception to time you leave. Not that I enjoy having any work done but Johnathan is true professional, takes times and makes you feel at ease, thus why even though after moving and it is 100 mile round trip don’t want to change

The dental surgeon even sang ‘my guy’ when it came on the radio while waiting for the anaesthetic to take effect! I would 100% recommend this practice. Quality care from first point of contact. Had an incredible experience at this dental surgery. The dentist yasin truly worked wonders, not only with the treatment itself but also by helping me overcome my dental anxiety I've developed from several failed extractions with my regular NHS dentist. From the moment I walked in, the reception staff and the dental staff made me feel comfortable and at ease. The dentist took the time to explain everything, was gentle and caring, and really went above and beyond to ensure I felt relaxed throughout the entire process. It's clear that they genuinely care about their patients. Highly recommend and this review deserves 100 stars!

I went to the forum after a referral from my dentist to have a tooth removed. I have an intense fear of the dentist after a previous traumatic experience of a tooth removal so I wasn’t looking forward to this one. The reception staff were very friendly and welcoming. Once in the chair I had a panic attack and was upset but the dental nurse and surgeon were very patient and explained everything to me and comforted me the whole way through. The extraction itself was uncomfortable which is obvious but there was no real pain at all. They gave a courtesy call the day after to ensure I was okay (which unfortunately I missed because of work) Now two days on, whilst it is still sore through bruising and stitches, I’m comfortable and happy with the result. Thank you The Forum, you were so supportive and patient with me whilst I had a nervous breakdown over a tooth extraction! Haha!

I was referred to Aesthetic Smile for a tooth extraction (7,8), and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. The dentist and her assistant were effortlessly kind, explaining the entire procedure and aftercare in detail, which made me feel at ease. The receptionist was very helpful and called me in advance to remind me of my appointment. To my surprise, they even followed up the day after my procedure to check if everything was okay and to remind me of the aftercare instructions. This thoughtful gesture truly stood out to me. I wholeheartedly recommend Aesthetic Smile!

Just had my tooth extracted and I was so nervous going in. Dr Pratima and her dental nurse whose name I forget so sorry, we’re both amazing. I have never coped well with the dentist but today was honestly the most professional experience I’ve ever had. They took their time and were extremely patient. The procedure itself was incredible. As far as an extraction can be lol. Thank you so much I will definitely recommend this practice to all my family and friends and will be my go to if I need an extraction again. I was a bit nervous about visiting the dental practice about some root treatment that I had recommended for me, however when I was seen initially by the Dental Nurse Leia, she was very Professional, friendly and warm she made me feel at ease about the scan of my mouth I had carried out. Leia talked with me through out my consultation and was very thorough in how she explained things to me and answered my questions. Together with the Clinical Director Dr Juttes they were able to answer all of my questions and queries during this consultation I found the staff on reception also very pleasant and friendly.

I have recently undergone Tscan digital bite therapy. I had a bite disorder, which had developed over time to cause jaw and tooth pain . Petros recognised the symptoms and recommended this treatment. I am please to say that following this process my bite disorder has been corrected and the jaw and tooth pain has been resolved. Petros has been excellent and very considerate throughout, thoroughly explaining each stage in detail during the treatment process. I have always been made to feel welcome by the very friendly and helpful staff. Big thanks to Alexa who was very supportive throughout. Amazing technology I highly recommend this course of treatment. Having been with this dentist a few years now, I can highly recommend Ann Eccles. I am quite a nervous patient but Ann always makes me feel OK as soon as I sit in the dentist chair. Anne's dentistry is super and I would honestly recommend her and her nurse. Wonderful practise to visit.

An excellent visit for my 6 monthly check up started with the welcome and friendly Viv on reception. Theo was outstanding and Poland attention to my concerns. Sally provided first class advice on detail hygiene . Look forward to returning in 6 months.

So terrified of the dentist caused by a recent visit to another dental surgery in Boston and the trauma it left me in, I was sobbing like a baby and feeling sick but knew that the visit was necessary. All the fears and anxiety were dispelled by the kindness shown by all the wonderful staff at the surgery. I soon calmed down when they took the time to reassure me. The appointment went very well and my confidence is back where it should be. I was always scared of the dentists, that is until I started seeing Kenny. All staff do their best to put you at your ease from the moment you arrive. The practice is very clean and nothing is too much trouble for everyone. Would highly recommend

I have dental phobia I have not been to a dentist in 7-8 years and this year I had a really bad tooth infection which meant I had to find a dentist. I am terrified of dentists and dental procedures due to the awful experiences I’ve had before. I called 5 different dentists around the area asking how they deal with people with dental anxiety and this clinic was the only one that reassured me that they will do everything to make me feel safe and comfortable and make it as pain free as they possibly can. Today I was on my 3rd visit to the clinic for a filling and I cannot explain how welcome and safe and comfortable I feel every time I’m here, all the staff are amazing always asking if I’m okay and if I need anything. The actual clinic itself does not look or feel like a dentist clinic it feels so homey and comfortable which is such a positive thing. I never knew you can get a filling done and not feel a single thing, Ciro and the dental nurses have made every appointment I’ve had comfortable and so stress free and Ciro walks me through the whole process of what will happen on the appointment which is very reassuring. I cannot recommend this clinic enough for anyone that struggles with dental phobia.

In 2022 Irfan started repair work followed by implants to my upper teeth, I spent several hours in the chair over 12 months, initially I was not looking forward to the course of treatment, but I always felt the staff took great care, with very little discomfort, I can thoroughly recommend the practise. Irfan has been my dentist of a couple of years, always has time for his patients, listens to their patients needs, rarely kept waiting beyond appointment time, it is good to visit a dentist where you don't end up seeing a different dentist each time you visit, would highly recommend

I asked for an urgent appointment and was given one the same day. However, road closures in the area meant I arrived late, although I did ring ahead to explain. No matter, I was given very friendly efficient service by the reception staff, the dental nurse and particularly by my dentist, Meeda. I would have given six stars if I could!

It is perhaps unusual to say about dentistry, but Market Street Dental is always such a great experience. Irfan and the team are welcoming, helpful and always have your best interests at the forefront of what they do. I have received both NHS and private treatment and am always impressed by the professionalism and focus on providing treatment options and explanations. The quality of the dental work is very good and their patient care is brilliant. I would highly recommend Irfan and the technology and dental skill that he uses / has is exceptional.

Undoubtedly the finest dental experience I've had. I got an appointment within a week and had my tooth extracted painlessly the very next day. I visited Holland House Dental as a new patient and was very pleased with the treatment ,the dentist Lela Kendall was really nice and very informative. I have follow up appointments and had xrays already and some antibiotics for a gum infection. Two more appointments have been made for me. Really afficient and would highly recommend . So nice to find a good dentist. I visited my dentist again today and arranged more dental work for the new year. It is a pleasure to go to this practise. Saw my dentist Ms Kendall again and have arrange dental work for the new year. If you are looking for a dentist in this area I would urge you to go to Holland House great people, reasonable cost and clean comfortable practise

I have been using Pinchbeck Dental Surgery for several years now, since moving into the area. Let's be honest, I don't think anyone enjoys visiting the dentist but Siri and the team always make me feel at ease and I can now attend without the anxiety that I have experienced at my previous dental surgeries. I needed some physical therapy after a fall a few days before. My left arm was in a lot of pain. My friend in Pinchbeck recommended Mani and he was right. Mani is very professional and and did a good diagnosis of my issue. I had only two sessions since I was scheduled to go to Edinburgh right after the second one. Mani predicted correctly that my pain would lessen after a few days. I would not hesitate to seek out Mani if I have physical issues while in Pinchbeck..
