I have recently had a root canal and crown fitted. I can highly recommend my dentist Dr Bhunjun for making the whole experience bearable. He is informative and caring and the finished job is outstanding.

It was my first time visiting Dr. Patel and he was brilliant. I’m a very nervous patient and I was anxious about changing to a new dentist, but I left feeling like I was in very good hands. Dr. Patel was very thorough, very attentive, and talked me through his thoughts on my possible treatment and made me feel like my input was valued. I don’t think I’ll ever get over my fear of the dentist, but it’s a nice change to have a dentist that isn’t dismissive about it. I highly recommend!

Had my first appointment today at Willows Dental and it exceeded expectations. The initial check up I received was very thorough and I even had Dr Jayesh talk me through the X-rays of my teeth and he give me an excellent explanation of everything he could see in the pictures and offered recommendations for the future. All staff were so polite and I can only give the highest recommendation to anyone seeking a dentist or a change of dentist. Many thanks Jayesh and the team.

Popped in to ask for some advice on a gum problem. Saw a nice dentist who explained a few things and hopefully I will get the problem resolved. The staff were all very lovely which helped keep me at ease as I have a phobia of dentists

Amazing from start to finish. Explained how anxious I was and the dentist explained what she was going to do and if it was okay to carry on so I wouldn’t panic. Made me feel completely at ease and comforted. Definitely made it easier to come back for another appointment!

100% recommend - my children had their first appointment there yesterday. It's like night and day compared to our last dentist. So friendly/welcoming, professional, helpful and didn't put the fear of god into my kids unlike the last place. Thanks for a wonderful experience x

The staff are very welcoming and put you at ease, they talk through what they are doing and keep asking you if you are OK, which makes it an overall pleasant experience (to say your going to the dentist lol 😂) I would highly recommend this dentist to everyone. many thanks to all the staff

Every time I have been to an appointment over the years Rachael has always explained perfectly what she’s going to do. wether it’s a check up clean / polish or a big procedure, which I had last week. I was quite nervous about it, but I had no need to worry Rachel has done a brilliant job (as always.) What a double act Rachel and Sarah are. I have recently had treatment at the cygnet practice and I am a very nervous patient and suffer with anxiety but I was treated so well and not to feel a fool as an adult suffering and shaking, Mitchell is such a gentle and professional gentleman, thankyou so much and also to your team who are so kind and caring and helpful I will see you again at some future date so once again a big thankyou.

Could not recommend this dental studio enough. They made me feel welcome from the moment I walked through the door. I had the smilelign treatment, and I'm so happy with the results. It's changed the way I smile and has given me more confidence in day to day life. Mitch was amazingly consistent throughout the whole treatment, making sure my teeth were moving the right way - and the hygienist was equally as thorough with keeping my teeth in the best possible health throughout. Mitch found the best way to get my teeth straightened without having to remove any of mine as they were all quite healthy. If I had a problem with the retainers at any point (for instance, any cracking due to my rough handling) they went out of their way to get me a new set sorted within 48 hours. Thank you to the whole team for doing this for me, and giving me more confidence in my smile!

I actually look forward to my visits to the dentist having been going to this practice for about 20 years and have always been thoroughly looked after. Having had cancer treatment which discoloured my teeth Mitchell recommended teeth whitening and I am very impressed by the results! I found it so easy to use, and would definitely recommend it to others. Having had an awful year this has made me feel much more confident and feel more like me again! I couldn't be happier!

I'm so pleased with them. I went to them in an emergency as I had lost 2 dentures. They had been recommended to me having in recent months moved to the area but I still hadn't got around to it until this happened. They were brilliant, it was calming, the dentist Mitchelwas great and I now have 2 new dentures which are really good and in a short space of time before Christmas. Also I now have a new Dentist. I thoroughly recommend them and can't thank him and the dental technician enough .

It's taken me 70 years to find a dentist as kind and understanding and who cares about their patients. All my front teeth had worn down as I didn't have any back teeth to chew with. I was just terrified of having any dental treatment, especially with me having a really bad gag reflex. From my initial consultation I was treat with kindness, patience and respect. I couldn't believe at one appointment I was actually sat in the chair for over four hours. Joey (Mr Gray) was wonderful, made me feel relaxed even having impressions which I've never been able to handle. After six months of treatment I now have crowns at the front and a couple of false teeth to finish off. I would definitely recommend this practice, especially Joey 👍I should mention too that all the nurses and receptionists are fantastic and friendly too.

Everyone I dealt with friendly and helpful. All very professional too. Fabulous result with my teeth- bonding to close gaps, from Dr Grey and his assistant. They obviously get on and enjoy their work and made me feel relaxed. The results are better than I could have imagined Thoroughly recommend thank you!

From the minute i had my first consultation i was immediately made to feel at ease, i wanted full dental implants, both top and lower as i have always been unhappy with my teeth, the whole procedure was explained to me thoroughly and i had my surgery at the beginning of the year, i was quite anxious, as at nearly 50 years old I didn’t think i would get the results i dreamed of, all the staff, from the ladies on reception to the dental nurses and my wonderful dental surgeon Sam were just amazing, I cannot begin to tell you how this surgery has changed my life, i would say to anyone (and i do ) to consider having this procedure if you feel the way i did. I never once felt in pain and was just amazingly supported throughout, Thank you from the bottom of my heart and i know you will miss my gloves Sam (ha ha ) Dyanne x

Thank you Wolds Dental Studio for restoring my faith in dentists. Dr Gray and his lovely dental nurse were amazing, I was so very nervous before the procedure but Dr Gray informed me all the time on what he was doing. I love my composite veneers. Seeing them for the first time left me speechless and I had to hold back the tears after having bad front teeth for so many years. So again thank you Dr Gray, for your amazing work.

Today I had an appointment with Mr Johny. I had obvious pre appointment anxiety due to previous experiences but wow what a difference today. Mr Johny introduced himself to me and took the time to listen to me. He was extremely polite, respectful and professional. My treatment was thorough and painless. I had my first appointment today with Mr Johnny, after a few years of not being to a dentist. I get very anxious about going but I have to say today has probably been the most relaxed I have ever been. He is so kind, patient, thorough and friendly it makes so much difference so thank you.

After calling nhs 111 for the 3rd time and having visited 2 dentists prior to this I told them the same as the previous and the looked and confirmed I need an extraction. I was in and out in 20 minutes with the extraction complete. Fantastic staff would highly recommend

I’ve recently joined this dental practice after my wife recommended it as it is her regular dentist. The place was very clean and modern looking and warm and the staff were all lovely there. My 2 year old son also uses this dental practice and the dentists are so good with him as are the receptionist staff. I felt I had to leave a review today as I witnessed an altercation between a patient and the receptionists. The patient was very rude and made a bit of scene over something that was none of the staffs fault. And I have to say the staff dealt with it very professionally and kept their cool despite the persons actions. He said he was going to leave a bad review so I wanted to counter act that with this one even though I would have given 5 stars for the service alone anyway. You guys are doing great, keep doing what you’re doing 👍🏻.

A very pleasant first visit experience. I found the dentist and her team highly professional and polite. Any dental issues requiring treatment were explained to me in great detail, along with recommend post care. I certainly recommend this practice.

Always good. Great service and full explanations on how my teeth were doing with suggestions on how to improve the health of them. The appointment was on time and the staff were very efficient, polite and showed that they were professional. All of this gives me great confidence in the service they provide.

Really pleased with the progress I’ve made so far using this practice. We are working through complex procedures after years of not being able to see a dentist. I feel at ease and like they are putting my needs first.

What a wonderful experience.... I could not recommend this practice highly enough. The staff went over themselves to make sure our experiences were stress free and relaxing. They took their time to make sure myself and my children felt comfortable, they did not rush us in any way and explained everything clearly in a way in which we could all understand. We attended a family appointment with the amazing Nikolina assisted by a fantastic nurse Courtney. Both my boys are autistic and the staff completely understood this. They made them feel at ease and the whole appointment was hassle free. Would highly recommend this surgery

Been registered here for many years, and it's the best dentists I've ever been registered with.

Normally a trip to the dentist is quite a traumatic experience but this time was completely different. My x-ray pictures were clearly explained to me and related to the proposed treatment. During the treatment the dentist made me feel relaxed, explaining what she was doing at each stage. I left the practice with a much more positive outlook for future visits.

I finally managed to get into a NHS dentist after 6 years and couldn't be more pleased with the service, myself and my 3 year old when for his first check up, the ladies were absolutely fab with him ( and me) he even sat at reception with the receptionist and " worked" with her while I completed some paper work. I myself returned yesterday for xrays a clean and a filling and I was in and out in 15 minutes max .... the ladies are all so lovely, cant recommend enough

Brilliant practise, called a couple of weeks ago with pain. The receptionist was lovely and booked me in very quickly. I’m not keen on going as it is, but my dentist and nurse made me feel at ease, were very friendly and fixed my broken tooth 😊 I would highly recommend this place! Will definitely be returning! I can’t recommend them enough! Had chipped my tooth over the weekend and rang on Monday and they were able to get me in straight away.
