Although some of these reviews are for the high street in error this page is for St Peters Avenue Dental Practice. I have been a patient for over 10 years and would highly recommend - great people, excellent advice and always a friendly face with Linda the receptionist.

Every time I have been to an appointment over the years Rachael has always explained perfectly what she’s going to do. wether it’s a check up clean / polish or a big procedure, which I had last week. I was quite nervous about it, but I had no need to worry Rachel has done a brilliant job (as always.) What a double act Rachel and Sarah are. If your looking for a dental practice the whole team are fantastic don’t bother looking anywhere else this one is perfect. Sharon Swales

Can not thank Willows Dental enough.. lovely ladies at reception are warm and welcoming. The dentists and dental nurses we have met have been amazing and put my children at ease which I really appreciated. After care clear and helpful.

The staff are very welcoming and put you at ease, they talk through what they are doing and keep asking you if you are OK, which makes it an overall pleasant experience (to say your going to the dentist lol 😂) I would highly recommend this dentist to everyone. many thanks to all the staff

I wanted to say a big thank you to Mr Clark and his wonderful staff! I actually look forward to my visits to the dentist having been going to this practice for about 20 years and have always been thoroughly looked after. Having had cancer treatment which discoloured my teeth Mitchell recommended teeth whitening and I am very impressed by the results! I found it so easy to use, and would definitely recommend it to others. Having had an awful year this has made me feel much more confident and feel more like me again! I couldn't be happier!

I have recently had treatment at the cygnet practice and I am a very nervous patient and suffer with anxiety but I was treated so well and not to feel a fool as an adult suffering and shaking, Mitchell is such a gentle and professional gentleman, thankyou so much and also to your team who are so kind and caring and helpful I will see you again at some future date so once again a big thankyou.

I needed a complex extraction of a tooth root after a problematic visit to a different (NHS) dentist left me in a lot of pain. The tooth was broken at the gum so was not an easy task and my only other option was to wait weeks for my NHS referral to go though. Mitchell was fantastic and very personable explaining everything each step of the way and continuously reassuring me and ensuring I was comfortable. He genuinely seems to care and want the best outcome. I felt no pain during the procedure. I have no hesitation recommending this dentist, from the welcoming dogs in reception to the overall cleanliness and homely feel of the surgery itself. This will now become my regular dentist. I'm so pleased with them. I went to them in an emergency as I had lost 2 dentures. They had been recommended to me having in recent months moved to the area but I still hadn't got around to it until this happened. They were brilliant, it was calming, the dentist Mitchelwas great and I now have 2 new dentures which are really good and in a short space of time before Christmas. Also I now have a new Dentist. I thoroughly recommend them and can't thank him and the dental technician enough .

Popped in to ask for some advice on a gum problem. Saw a nice dentist who explained a few things and hopefully I will get the problem resolved. The staff were all very lovely which helped keep me at ease as I have a phobia of dentists

Had my first appointment today at Willows Dental and it exceeded expectations. The initial check up I received was very thorough and I even had Dr Jayesh talk me through the X-rays of my teeth and he give me an excellent explanation of everything he could see in the pictures and offered recommendations for the future. All staff were so polite and I can only give the highest recommendation to anyone seeking a dentist or a change of dentist. Many thanks Jayesh and the team.

It was my first time visiting Dr. Patel and he was brilliant. I’m a very nervous patient and I was anxious about changing to a new dentist, but I left feeling like I was in very good hands. Dr. Patel was very thorough, very attentive, and talked me through his thoughts on my possible treatment and made me feel like my input was valued. I don’t think I’ll ever get over my fear of the dentist, but it’s a nice change to have a dentist that isn’t dismissive about it. I highly recommend!

However, I didn't need to worry as Dr. Alex's high standards are clearly being maintained by the new dentist. Very friendly staff. Always good. Great service and full explanations on how my teeth were doing with suggestions on how to improve the health of them. The appointment was on time and the staff were very efficient, polite and showed that they were professional. All of this gives me great confidence in the service they provide.

From the minute i had my first consultation i was immediately made to feel at ease, i wanted full dental implants, both top and lower as i have always been unhappy with my teeth, the whole procedure was explained to me thoroughly and i had my surgery at the beginning of the year, i was quite anxious, as at nearly 50 years old I didn’t think i would get the results i dreamed of, all the staff, from the ladies on reception to the dental nurses and my wonderful dental surgeon Sam were just amazing, I cannot begin to tell you how this surgery has changed my life, i would say to anyone (and i do ) to consider having this procedure if you feel the way i did. Everyone I dealt with friendly and helpful. All very professional too. Fabulous result with my teeth- bonding to close gaps, from Dr Grey and his assistant. They obviously get on and enjoy their work and made me feel relaxed. The results are better than I could have imagined Thoroughly recommend thank you!

My experience with Wolds Dental at Market Rasen has been superb. From my initial contact, through to my first consultation with Nadene, I have been treated with care and the utmost respect at all times. Nadene made me feel incredibly at ease and explained the whole process to me. My treatment plan was compiled extremely quickly and I was booked in for surgery on the 1st August 2024. I have had all on 5 on my upper jaw and all on six on my lower jaw. The surgery in my case was lengthy, -I had a lot of infection to clear out- but I was made to feel at ease and comfortable during the whole procedure. Nadene, Salman - The Dentist- and Bobbi were wonderful and very caring. They were constantly checking on my well-being and asking if I needed to take a break. I am very happy with my teeth in a day, and it is wonderful to be able to smile again without feeling ashamed of my appearance. I have also had a couple of queries since the procedure and Nadene has dealt with them with patience, courtesy, compassion, and has been extremely informative, helpful and above all professional and caring.. All the staff I have encountered at Wolds dental are consummate professionals and I can’t thank them enough. Thanks again, Gav

Thank you Wolds Dental Studio for restoring my faith in dentists. Dr Gray and his lovely dental nurse were amazing, I was so very nervous before the procedure but Dr Gray informed me all the time on what he was doing. I love my composite veneers. Seeing them for the first time left me speechless and I had to hold back the tears after having bad front teeth for so many years. So again thank you Dr Gray, for your amazing work.

After calling nhs 111 for the 3rd time and having visited 2 dentists prior to this I told them the same as the previous and the looked and confirmed I need an extraction. I was in and out in 20 minutes with the extraction complete. Fantastic staff would highly recommend

I saw Mr Pilch after being referred, I broke my tooth and the filling came out too. Being extremely nervous, bad experiences with my normal dentist. Decided to have the tooth removed and was not looking forward to it at all. Numbed up and waited 10 minutes in the waiting room. Mr Pilch checked everywhere for numbness, the lovely dental nurse held my hand. I was told there would be no pain just pressure and movement. No Pain at all, Mr Pilch got this broken tooth out Whole as took his time. 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ For Mr Pilch and 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for my lovely Dental nurse who kept me calm.

Today I had an appointment with Mr Johny. I had obvious pre appointment anxiety due to previous experiences but wow what a difference today. Mr Johny introduced himself to me and took the time to listen to me. He was extremely polite, respectful and professional. My treatment was thorough and painless. I am now very happy to be able to smile again with confidence. Thank you so so much for making my dental appointment such a pleasant experience.

What a wonderful experience.... I could not recommend this practice highly enough. The staff went over themselves to make sure our experiences were stress free and relaxing. They took their time to make sure myself and my children felt comfortable, they did not rush us in any way and explained everything clearly in a way in which we could all understand. I came away feeling very valued and cared for. How lovely that great people still work in health care. Thank you everyone.

Like a lot of people I have dentist/ dental phobia. Not any more. Natasa the dentist is both reassuring and very gentle. She explains everything beforehand and is quick and efficient. Lisanne the dental nurse is also reassuring and calm. Thank you ladies.

I finally managed to get into a NHS dentist after 6 years and couldn't be more pleased with the service, myself and my 3 year old when for his first check up, the ladies were absolutely fab with him ( and me) he even sat at reception with the receptionist and " worked" with her while I completed some paper work. I myself returned yesterday for xrays a clean and a filling and I was in and out in 15 minutes max .... the ladies are all so lovely, cant recommend enough

Highly recommend this dentist. I was seen as a new patient, staff were very helpful and friendly. Everything was explained and my check up and hygienist appointment was completed very professionally.

Brilliant practise, called a couple of weeks ago with pain. The receptionist was lovely and booked me in very quickly. I’m not keen on going as it is, but my dentist and nurse made me feel at ease, were very friendly and fixed my broken tooth 😊 I would highly recommend this place! Will definitely be returning! I am a very nervous patient But the dentist I was seen by was fantastic he put me at ease. Repaired my tooth straight away, so there was no second appointment. Because he could see how nervous I was, he took his time stopping and telling me to rest, then doing a bit more. Asking me if I was OK. I will only ever want to see him again. Thank you. I have my smile back. And my confidence.
