Every time I have been to an appointment over the years Rachael has always explained perfectly what she’s going to do. wether it’s a check up clean / polish or a big procedure, which I had last week. I was quite nervous about it, but I had no need to worry Rachel has done a brilliant job (as always.) What a double act Rachel and Sarah are. If your looking for a dental practice the whole team are fantastic don’t bother looking anywhere else this one is perfect. Sharon Swales

Had my first appointment today at Willows Dental and it exceeded expectations. The initial check up I received was very thorough and I even had Dr Jayesh talk me through the X-rays of my teeth and he give me an excellent explanation of everything he could see in the pictures and offered recommendations for the future. All staff were so polite and I can only give the highest recommendation to anyone seeking a dentist or a change of dentist. Many thanks Jayesh and the team.

It was my first time visiting Dr. Patel and he was brilliant. I’m a very nervous patient and I was anxious about changing to a new dentist, but I left feeling like I was in very good hands. Dr. Patel was very thorough, very attentive, and talked me through his thoughts on my possible treatment and made me feel like my input was valued. I don’t think I’ll ever get over my fear of the dentist, but it’s a nice change to have a dentist that isn’t dismissive about it. I highly recommend!

A good Dental practice is actually run by the Receptionists as they are the first port of call. The girls that were working yesterday, the 3rd October, are outstanding at their positions they are normally on reception when I have an appointment. Either by phone or in person they literally cannot do enough to help. So polite, friendly, definitely any nerves you may have they put you at ease. Can I recommend you listen to them either on the phone or when a patient is in front of them. Their tone never changes, always so bright and cheerful, they understand the world of a receptionist, ‘You may have seen 90 people a day! You have your own worries! However you treat ALL your patients as though they are the first person you spoke to all day’ outstanding. The practice is so bright and spotlessly clean. Giving patients a message as soon as they enter, you care. The only negative about the waiting area there is no privacy for a delicate conversation. Maybe patients could be made aware that a room is available for this purpose if required? As for myself! I am a very nervous patient with several health issues! My dentist is Hannah, yay without whom I would not have come this far. Thank you for all your understanding, kindness and patience that you show me at each visit. You are constantly busy, your days are always full. But when I’m with you I have never been made to feel that you’re not interested in me or my feelings, never feel rushed, only genuine concern is shown making me feel you don’t have any other patients waiting. Your Nurses are wonderful too. Huge smiles and kindness throughout.ALL staff that I see whilst there are very pleasant too. They always say hello and smile. I had a brace on with this practice. Very happy with the outcome. I’m 38. Was seen to every 6 weeks for 2 years. Always got seen to quickly. They would squeeze me in if a bracket came off and something was bothering me. Gave me retainers to wear at night and teeth whitening all in the price. Uns and the staff are great.

I'm so pleased with them. I went to them in an emergency as I had lost 2 dentures. They had been recommended to me having in recent months moved to the area but I still hadn't got around to it until this happened. They were brilliant, it was calming, the dentist Mitchelwas great and I now have 2 new dentures which are really good and in a short space of time before Christmas. Also I now have a new Dentist. I thoroughly recommend them and can't thank him and the dental technician enough .

I needed a complex extraction of a tooth root after a problematic visit to a different (NHS) dentist left me in a lot of pain. The tooth was broken at the gum so was not an easy task and my only other option was to wait weeks for my NHS referral to go though. Mitchell was fantastic and very personable explaining everything each step of the way and continuously reassuring me and ensuring I was comfortable. He genuinely seems to care and want the best outcome. I felt no pain during the procedure. I have no hesitation recommending this dentist, from the welcoming dogs in reception to the overall cleanliness and homely feel of the surgery itself. This will now become my regular dentist. I wanted to say a big thank you to Mr Clark and his wonderful staff! I actually look forward to my visits to the dentist having been going to this practice for about 20 years and have always been thoroughly looked after. Having had cancer treatment which discoloured my teeth Mitchell recommended teeth whitening and I am very impressed by the results! I found it so easy to use, and would definitely recommend it to others. Having had an awful year this has made me feel much more confident and feel more like me again! I couldn't be happier!

Could not recommend this dental studio enough. They made me feel welcome from the moment I walked through the door. I had the smilelign treatment, and I'm so happy with the results. It's changed the way I smile and has given me more confidence in day to day life. Mitch was amazingly consistent throughout the whole treatment, making sure my teeth were moving the right way - and the hygienist was equally as thorough with keeping my teeth in the best possible health throughout. Mitch found the best way to get my teeth straightened without having to remove any of mine as they were all quite healthy. If I had a problem with the retainers at any point (for instance, any cracking due to my rough handling) they went out of their way to get me a new set sorted within 48 hours. Thank you to the whole team for doing this for me, and giving me more confidence in my smile!

I’ve recently joined this dental practice after my wife recommended it as it is her regular dentist. The place was very clean and modern looking and warm and the staff were all lovely there. My 2 year old son also uses this dental practice and the dentists are so good with him as are the receptionist staff. I felt I had to leave a review today as I witnessed an altercation between a patient and the receptionists. The patient was very rude and made a bit of scene over something that was none of the staffs fault. And I have to say the staff dealt with it very professionally and kept their cool despite the persons actions. He said he was going to leave a bad review so I wanted to counter act that with this one even though I would have given 5 stars for the service alone anyway. You guys are doing great, keep doing what you’re doing 👍🏻.

My experience with Wolds Dental at Market Rasen has been superb. From my initial contact, through to my first consultation with Nadene, I have been treated with care and the utmost respect at all times. Nadene made me feel incredibly at ease and explained the whole process to me. My treatment plan was compiled extremely quickly and I was booked in for surgery on the 1st August 2024. I have had all on 5 on my upper jaw and all on six on my lower jaw. The surgery in my case was lengthy, -I had a lot of infection to clear out- but I was made to feel at ease and comfortable during the whole procedure. Nadene, Salman - The Dentist- and Bobbi were wonderful and very caring. They were constantly checking on my well-being and asking if I needed to take a break. I am very happy with my teeth in a day, and it is wonderful to be able to smile again without feeling ashamed of my appearance. I have also had a couple of queries since the procedure and Nadene has dealt with them with patience, courtesy, compassion, and has been extremely informative, helpful and above all professional and caring.. All the staff I have encountered at Wolds dental are consummate professionals and I can’t thank them enough. Thanks again, Gav

It's taken me 70 years to find a dentist as kind and understanding and who cares about their patients. All my front teeth had worn down as I didn't have any back teeth to chew with. I was just terrified of having any dental treatment, especially with me having a really bad gag reflex. From my initial consultation I was treat with kindness, patience and respect. I couldn't believe at one appointment I was actually sat in the chair for over four hours. Joey (Mr Gray) was wonderful, made me feel relaxed even having impressions which I've never been able to handle. After six months of treatment I now have crowns at the front and a couple of false teeth to finish off. I would definitely recommend this practice, especially Joey 👍I should mention too that all the nurses and receptionists are fantastic and friendly too.

From the minute i had my first consultation i was immediately made to feel at ease, i wanted full dental implants, both top and lower as i have always been unhappy with my teeth, the whole procedure was explained to me thoroughly and i had my surgery at the beginning of the year, i was quite anxious, as at nearly 50 years old I didn’t think i would get the results i dreamed of, all the staff, from the ladies on reception to the dental nurses and my wonderful dental surgeon Sam were just amazing, I cannot begin to tell you how this surgery has changed my life, i would say to anyone (and i do ) to consider having this procedure if you feel the way i did. I saw Mr Pilch after being referred, I broke my tooth and the filling came out too. Being extremely nervous, bad experiences with my normal dentist. Decided to have the tooth removed and was not looking forward to it at all. Numbed up and waited 10 minutes in the waiting room. Mr Pilch checked everywhere for numbness, the lovely dental nurse held my hand. I was told there would be no pain just pressure and movement.
