The most perfect day!! We got married here in May 2024. Perfect from start to finish. Food was amazing, from the delicious breakfast to the sumptuous afternoon tea and evening BBQ. The Elm Tree, Hundleby was the perfect venue for our Autumn micro-wedding. The team worked with us to make everything feel effortless, from booking to the day itself. They recommended wonderful local suppliers, and the place is just picture perfect for photos too! The morning after, they treated us and our guests to the most wonderful, relaxed breakfast, which was just what we all needed. It was simply unbe-leaf-able! 🍂

What a beautiful boutique. Alison is amazing! She made me and my bride tribe feel so welcome as soon as we walked through the door. She was so passionate about the ethos of Bridal Reloved and she took me through the process of finding my dress gently and professionally. Alison made it clear there wasn’t pressure to buy a dress, and I felt she genuinely wanted to just help me find the dress that was right for me. The dresses were very reasonably priced. Trying on dresses with her to guide and support was an incredible experience. I’d go back to do it again even if I wasn’t getting married!! Thank you Alison ❤️

What can I say. A stunning wedding shop in Caistor. I was extremely nervous shopping for a wedding dress but Alison made me feel so welcome and comfortable. She went above and beyond not only encouraging me to try different styles (so much choice!) it was alot of fun. She even went to the extra lengths of helping me do a reveal for my bridesmaids making it extra special. She helped me style my dress, recommendations for seamstress and there was no pressure to buy. Infact I wasn’t suppose to find my dress but it was there! Alison even got emotional when I found the dress. It really was a special experience I will always be grateful for. Thank you so much Alison, truly you are wonderful and I recommend any bride to try here because you never know your dress could be waiting. It’s also wonderful that it’s Preloved but never worn for a wedding so it’s a brand new dress getting a chance. Thankyou Thankyou Thankyou.

I said YES to the dress a little while ago now and I just wanted to share what a special, perfect experience it was. I was so nervous to go dress shopping that I had messaged a few weeks previously but hadn't made an appointment, then I finally booked my appointment because I knew I was going to need a dress and couldn't put it off forever. The main reason I was nervous was because I've always felt body conscious and had convinced myself I wouldn't feel good in any dress. Alison was so kind and caring before we had even met! I expressed how nervous I was and she made me feel at ease straight away! Finally I was also a little excited for my appointment. Well my appointment was absolutely magical, I tried on lots of different dresses, everything was so calm and happy, there was no pressure and I didn't feel embarrassed the way I thought I was going to. Instead I made a memory that I will cherish forever. It's taken me a while to write this review because I wasn't sure how to put into words just how much it meant to me, I actually came away with a dress that wasn't just ok, I was comfortable enough in the environment to find a dress I LOVED. Nothing felt so daunting anymore, it was like a weight had been lifted and I could start actually looking forward to my wedding day. I love that choosing my dress was more sustainable and helped the environment too, as a family this is something we feel really passionate about too, so thank you Alison for making all of this possible. I would recommend Bridal Reloved Caistor to anybody and everybody!

Happycakies provided the décor for our wedding day and we were blown away with how beautiful the venue looked. Their attention to detail was incredible and everything looked stunning. Communication with Happycakies was easy and we had several lengthy meetings to discuss our vision which they handled so professionally and truly brought our vision to life. We added on the magic mirror service too which was a great addition for our guests who loved posing with all the props. It was so much neater and classier than a traditional Photo Booth, taking up half the amount of space. The lady organising this was so friendly and approachable too. Thank you for bringing our vision to life and making my wedding day look and feel like something from a wedding brochure!

Amazing company! We used happycakies for our wedding, originally in 2020 but then our evening reception was postponed to 2022, so we took advantage and added the magic mirror and the starlight dancefloor. Such a lovely company, couldn't ask for anymore than what they did.

We had this supplier for ice cream after our wedding ceremony as an alternative to canapés! It went down a treat with us and our guests! They have such a good selection of ice cream to choose your flavours from! I had the Kinder Bueno and my gosh it was delicious! Thanks again, I’d highly recommend!

Fantastic service providing tables , chairs and table cloths enabling us to have an amazing Christmas dinner for 17 with members from Canada and parts of the UK. All delivered for a great price and even allowed us to extend the rental by a few days after we had to reschedule a second gathering due to illness. I highly recommend using them and certainly will be doing so again in the future.

Having read a recent review, I feel I must add my tuppence worth. I'm astonished anyone would have a negative experience with Perfect Touch. Over the two decades I have gone to them for services and products, Andy and Andrea and their staff have gone the extra mile to get me exactly what I need. From the outset, it has felt like they were part of the party. Their enthusiasm and friendliness is extraordinary in today's fast-paced and dog-eat-dog world. Though I've never had cause to seek redress, my experience tells me their team would be horrified at the idea something went wrong. I can't imagine what might lead to a negative review, but I wouldn't let that one apparently dissatisfied customer sway my view of Perfect Touch. To any prospective customers I say: go see for yourself. You'll be glad you did.

Andy and Andrea have been fantastic in all our dealings with them. They know the local hotels and what can be achieved. Going the extra mile to ensure our day was perfect.

We used Perfect Touch to decorate the Humber Royal for us on our Wedding Day. What an amazing job they did. From start to finish the were always very accommodating, even when we had to change the colour scheme after finalising everything. They offered advise during the planning that proved to be spot on when we arrived and saw the wonderful room they had created. They even came back twice during the day to move things around and they did this very discreetly and made these changes look just as wonderful as the first. We would definitely recommend Perfect Touch for all you event decorating needs and we would have no reservations about using them again. Thank you so much guy's !!
