What a beautiful venue! We married here on 3 August 2024 and the venue was perfect for our relaxed, intimate, countryside wedding. Nestled in Hagworthingham the venue is isolated enough for privacy and the tranquility of nature but convenient for local suppliers and transport. We were able to provide some decor of our own and also used some trusted suppliers we met at the open days. We were struggling when looking for venues with having 40 guests as we were either compromising on sharing space with other weddings/guests or we were concerned about the space being too large. Stockwith solved all of those worries with a cosy inside space for our wedding breakfast whilst having plenty of space for garden games, a fire pit and outdoor seating. The outside dance floor added an extra special touch to our first dance. Showers adorned our wedding morning but a plan B was in place and a swift move to the barn area made our outdoor wedding a possibility. Finally Kristi, Simon and Nichola were fantastic right from our initial enquiries, continuing through to the morning after. They supported our vision, helping it become a reality adding in their professional advice when asked. As someone who normally struggles to relinquish control, I felt completely confident and comfortable to sit back and enjoy the day. Kristi and the team ensured everything went smoothly and they went above and beyond with their attention to detail. I cannot praise this venue enough and Stockwith is a truly magical place to start married life celebrating with your friends and family. Stockwith Mill was our chosen venue for our wedding reception in August 2024. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful and provided the most stunning backdrop to our wedding. The grounds are well kept and perfect for the kids to run around and have fun. The Stables are well presented and the bar was well stocked. Nichola, Kristi, Simon and the rest of the team were friendly, professional and welcoming from the first time we met them and ensure our day ran smoothly. There’s so many positives to this venue- plentiful parking, beautiful scenery, great team members, many photo opportunities, a relaxed environment, heated outdoor area, the list goes on! It was the perfect venue for our day and we’d love to do it all over again!

We had our wedding here recently - on 5th November 2024. The day was beautiful, everything we could have wished for and more. Millie & Jo you went above and beyond and ensured our day went without fault. The venue was perfect in every single way. I want to get married all over again 🫶. Ruby was incredible. I changed the vision at least three times completely (sorry Ruby!) and she hit the nail on the head everytime. Her range and knowledge was so impressive. Ruby is so calm and everything felt completely under control, which was ideal because we are living in Australia. She made our day with every detail that she worked with (we had our stationary, flowers, decor and table settings from Ruby). Our venue was a really big space, so it thought it was going to be so difficult to make it feel less empty but Ruby did it! Highly recommend Ruby! 🤍 thank you again

Fabulous wreath making evening, always such a lovely occasion with a fantastic variety of foliage to use, great facilities and even refreshments too. Ruby is always so welcoming and helpful. We'll be back next year!

Beautiful flower crown workshop! Ruby was absolutely amazing when she came to run a flower crown workshop for my daughters 8th birthday party. She arrived well prepared and well resourced, providing fresh flowers and all the required equipment to inspire the girls to make stunning creations. She was friendly and professional. The girls were taught the skills and supported, by Ruby, to independently create their crowns with a step by step demonstration. I would highly recommend Ruby.

Easy trip to the Arena and motorway. 15 Minutes away from Grantham town centre for food and shopping. It’s a lovely property and is maintained well. It is obvious that it has a lot of history. The caretakers are lovely people. It is quiet and quite magical. The breakfast was so lovely. I only stayed one night but it was all good experience.

My sister had her wedding here on October 17th. The place is exceptional, the garden is breathtaking. The rooms are beautifully maintained and very clean. The bed and bedding were so comfortable that I ordered the same yesterday. I haven't slept so well in years!!! The service is 6 stars The lady who led the wedding and the ladies helping in the kitchen were great, very helpful, my little boy didn't feel too well on the wedding day and thanks to the paracetamol that the lady offered me, my boy danced until midnight. I am very grateful for your help and wonderful service. The wedding was exceptional.

What can we say,the most stunning venue for our wedding. So many pluses to say,the owner Leo is so obliging and enthusiastic. Nothing is too much trouble, he clearly works tirelessly to make this an outstanding venue and it's really not overpriced at all. You have exclusive use for your day but can book rooms too (6) so we're were able to accommodate our family too. Breakfast was great as well. Cannot speak highly enough of Leo or the venue. Thank you so much for making our special day the best!

We got married in May 2024. From the very beginning of our enquiries, Leo and his contacts were just amazing! Any questions we had were answered quickly and thoroughly and we felt like Leo went above and beyond to make our day special. We visited a few times in the lead up to our wedding and were so impressed with how much effort is consistently put in by everyone to keep the Manor updated and looking beautiful. On the day itself, Leo, his wife Amy (who did my makeup beautifully) as well as their team gave their all to make our day exactly how we wished. We were blown away by their attention to detail and genuine kindness. So many of our guests commented on how fantastic Leo made the day and we couldn’t agree more. We cannot thank everyone enough for how special our day was, it was everything and more. It’s the perfect wedding venue!

Hired the most beautiful thrones for my daughter's wedding. Chris was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Thrones arrived the day before the wedding at our venue which was perfect. Highly recommended supplier.

What a great service! I was searching high and low for a postbox, which my daughter-in-law wanted at their wedding. Chris responded immediately; I have been back-and-forth with various different questions, including the size of the individualised front, and he has been easy to communicate with, flexible and thoroughly helpful. The most perfect day!! We got married here in May 2024. Perfect from start to finish. Food was amazing, from the delicious breakfast to the sumptuous afternoon tea and evening BBQ. The Elm Tree is a beautiful, magical place that is perfect for intimate weddings! We are so glad we booked here for our April wedding. Jonathan & Nikki were fantastic throughout the process, they were friendly, and knowledgeable. Willing to try to make your dream come true. They managed calls and messages from people who were questioning things (who maybe shouldn't) with fantastic professionalism and supported us throughout the day. I would only say contacting was sometimes a little difficult and as I am not pushy, sometimes felt a little unsure if I had forgotten things or whether I had covered all bases. We were also disappointed that all of the rooms were not included in the total price for the weekend package or at least at a discounted price, this felt cheeky as they would be unable to rent the rooms out anyway due to the bridal suite being booked. However, every room was gorgeous with its own en suite. Beds were comfy and clean, snacks, teas and coffees all available for those staying. The outdoor space was immaculate! I am only saddened the weather wasn't better for us to enjoy it more! The gazebo where you can be married is such a beautiful space, with a secret garden walk and brilliant grounds for garden games.... what more could you ask for? The fairy lights that come on when it gets dark just added to the magic! The food was amazing too! Able to cater for ALL types of allergies and diets safely and effectively! The team worked their butts off the entire day and did it with a huge smile on their faces too! I cannot thank them enough and wish we could do it all again!

The Elm Tree, Hundleby was the perfect venue for our Autumn micro-wedding. The team worked with us to make everything feel effortless, from booking to the day itself. They recommended wonderful local suppliers, and the place is just picture perfect for photos too! The morning after, they treated us and our guests to the most wonderful, relaxed breakfast, which was just what we all needed. It was simply unbe-leaf-able! 🍂

We had this supplier for ice cream after our wedding ceremony as an alternative to canapés! It went down a treat with us and our guests! They have such a good selection of ice cream to choose your flavours from! I had the Kinder Bueno and my gosh it was delicious! Thanks again, I’d highly recommend!

Amazing company! We used happycakies for our wedding, originally in 2020 but then our evening reception was postponed to 2022, so we took advantage and added the magic mirror and the starlight dancefloor. Such a lovely company, couldn't ask for anymore than what they did.

Happycakies provided the décor for our wedding day and we were blown away with how beautiful the venue looked. Their attention to detail was incredible and everything looked stunning. Communication with Happycakies was easy and we had several lengthy meetings to discuss our vision which they handled so professionally and truly brought our vision to life. We added on the magic mirror service too which was a great addition for our guests who loved posing with all the props. It was so much neater and classier than a traditional Photo Booth, taking up half the amount of space. The lady organising this was so friendly and approachable too. Thank you for bringing our vision to life and making my wedding day look and feel like something from a wedding brochure!

Excellent little shop had lots of different decorations for any wedding/party! The owner was lovely and was very knowledgeable about all the items she had. Pricing was very reasonable and can be booked with a 20% deposit with a very simple booking process making it clear what you have ordered as well as being able to add items on other occasions. Nicely decorated shop which showcased many items she has available.

We used Perfect Touch to decorate the Humber Royal for us on our Wedding Day. What an amazing job they did. From start to finish the were always very accommodating, even when we had to change the colour scheme after finalising everything. They offered advise during the planning that proved to be spot on when we arrived and saw the wonderful room they had created. They even came back twice during the day to move things around and they did this very discreetly and made these changes look just as wonderful as the first. We would definitely recommend Perfect Touch for all you event decorating needs and we would have no reservations about using them again. Thank you so much guy's !!

Having read a recent review, I feel I must add my tuppence worth. I'm astonished anyone would have a negative experience with Perfect Touch. Over the two decades I have gone to them for services and products, Andy and Andrea and their staff have gone the extra mile to get me exactly what I need. From the outset, it has felt like they were part of the party. Their enthusiasm and friendliness is extraordinary in today's fast-paced and dog-eat-dog world. Though I've never had cause to seek redress, my experience tells me their team would be horrified at the idea something went wrong. I can't imagine what might lead to a negative review, but I wouldn't let that one apparently dissatisfied customer sway my view of Perfect Touch. To any prospective customers I say: go see for yourself. You'll be glad you did.
