We booked Bardney Hall for our wedding which we had last week and it did not disappoint! Claire, Hannah & the whole team were incredible from the moment we first looked round to the day of our wedding, nothing was ever too much trouble! The venue & grounds are beautiful & we’ve had so many comments from guests on how lovely it is! It was everything we could have dreamed of & we would recommend the venue and team to anyone!

I have had the wonderful opportunity to photograph numerous weddings at this venue, and each time has been an absolute joy! Claire and Hannah, the amazing individuals behind the scenes, consistently go out of their way to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for both couples and photographers. Their warm hospitality and genuine care create a welcoming atmosphere that makes every visit feel like coming home. Their attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond make my job as a photographer easier! I can't wait to photograph here many more times!

We couldn't have chosen a better first venue to host our Lincs Weddings Pop Up Event. The grounds were impeccable and made for the perfect backdrop. Nothing was out of place. The attention to detail throughout the venue was amazing. A perfect location for any event!

Beautiful wedding venue, set in large gardens. Everything was perfect regarding the venue, the only thing I will say is at times there was a bit of a queue at the bar as sometimes they only had one bar man on, it wasn’t the quickest service (he also looked rushed off his feet!)

What an amazing place and lady! Victoria is just amazing, from the second you enter she is so warm and friendly and makes you feel completely at ease. She makes finding your perfect dress not only easy, but a thoroughly enjoyable experience. She knows exactly what is right for you if you need any help at all! She also adds some really lovely little touches to your experience with her. Getting the whole place to yourself as well is so lovely. She is very accommodating, I asked for a last minute appointment to show a relative that had come up and she was able to sort this for me with no problems. She also makes payment very easy so there are no pressures and worries, making your dream dress totally affordable! I couldn’t fault this place at all, beautiful dresses, perfect lady and atmosphere! Victoria listened to everything I described after each dress I tried on and guided me to my dream dress - as soon as she helped me into this dress I knew it was the one! We were also able to get the most beautiful flower girl dresses for my little girl and my nieces as well to match mine. Where do we even begin? We found you in a moment of sheer panic when we needed a new venue and instantly we knew you were the right fit for us within seconds of meeting you all and instantly put us at ease and reassured us that there are good people out there and your venue was even better than the original option so it worked out for the best. You have all been so welcoming, friendly and professional from the first look around to the second we left on the Sunday morning and your passion for what you do shines through in everything. Our guests spent all day singing your praises and commenting on how beautiful your venue is and have continued to do so since which we can 1000% reiterate. You made the whole process so effortless and enjoyable and it felt like visiting old friends when we spoke with you all. You made us feel so special and as though we were the only couple you have ever worked with (despite you doing this every day). The little touches were so special and added to the magic on the day. Everything happened so seamlessly on the day and everything seemed to just appear or work without us even noticing - what you have is something truly remarkable. We would just like to give a special mention to Nicola who is an absolute credit to you all. From the first email to saying goodbye on on the night, she has been so friendly, organised and an absolute asset. Our guests absolutely loved you and have continued to say how wonderful you were. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for everything you have done for us and especially for dancing with us to Wonderwall right at the end of the night! It’s a memory we will cherish forever. Words just fail us and honestly this doesn’t even come close to showing or explaining how grateful we are to have found you but I’m not sure we can ever find the words for that. Thank you, thank you, thank you for everything and for always going above and beyond for your couples during what at times has been quite stressful!

My (now) wife and I had the most incredible day at Oaktree Farm, every aspect our wedding with them was perfect. From the moment we emailed to ask for a viewing of the venue on a weekday evening, through to the day itself, the team were so accommodating and helpful, always on the other end of the phone or email with suggestions of how we might be able to incorporate our ideas into our big day. Their knowledge of how best to facilitate gorgeous weddings was incredible, combined with an extensive list of known and trusted vendors (but also open to new vendor). On the day itself the team were awesome, everyone was so nice, professional and helpful, and there was always someone on hand to make sure everything went smoothly (shout out to Natalie!). The venue itself is absolutely stunning, every one of our guest commented on how beautiful it was, and how the stretch tent was the perfect fit for a summer wedding. We really can't recommend Oaktree enough, with a beautiful backdrop that makes for the most amazing photos, and a small team that run the venue making your whole journey of wedding planning so much easier, you will not regret choosing them to host your most important day.

We got married at Oak Tree in August. It was a perfect day and the staff could not have done more for us to ensure that it was just that. Communication from going to arrange a viewing was spot on, and the amount of service and support given in the build up and on the day was amazing. It’s the most amazing venue. Every single one of our guests commented on how fantastic it was, how friendly and helpful the staff were and how stunning the set up was. It made for excellent photos and amazing memories. A very laid back, relaxed environment to have your big day with staff that make sure you have nothing to worry about when the day comes around. It’s left us trying to work out if we can think of excuses to have another celebration there!

Oaktree Farm was THE perfect venue for our wedding! We knew we wanted something unique and it absolutely didn't disappoint. The South African Stretch Tent was so different to wedding venues we'd been to in the past. It really helped us pull off the rustic, laid back, fun filled style we were hoping to achieve. As well, it was a beautiful location; right in the middle of the countryside (perfect for photos!). So many of our guests commented on how amazing the venue was! Unfortunately, living in the UK, rain is often a reality, and the weather wasn't on our side on the day! But it didn't seem to dampen the day at all. The tent remained fully water tight, warm, and there was so much space for our guests to enjoy the atmosphere. Dan and Natalie - the owners - were so great to work with. They were so flexible and accommodating; always going the extra mile to make things work for us. They were on hand at all times to make sure we were happy and they were just so friendly and kind. We loved working with them!

Wow…where to begin! I would recommend Lindsay at The Jasmine Cottage Studio everyday of the week! The communication throughout the entire process kept us at such ease, we discussed every detail, discussed all the important shots we wanted and the do’s and don’ts. On the day Lindsay was so full of energy and smile’s. All of our families complimented her kind and chatty nature. She had everything organised so we didn’t have to worry about a thing. We received a few ‘sneak peak’ pictures a couple of days later which were just fantastic. The quality of the pictures were incredible and the photo album was beautiful. There aren’t enough words to describe what a fantastic job Lindsay did, all I can say is book her immediately!

I cannot recommend Lindsay highly enough! She was incredible from start to finish❤️ We were kept up to date frequently, from enquiring about a booking until after the big day when we received our beautiful photos. We met Lindsay at her lovely office and she thoroughly went through the day with us to ensure every shot we wanted was captured. On our wedding, it was perfect from start to finish, Lindsay captured the fun of the day with so many gorgeous shots, from decor and people to the laughter and tears❤️ she's more than a photographer, Lindsay is a friend and we can never thank her enough for how beautifully she captured our day. We now have photos to treasure for the rest of our lives❤️ 1000/10 to Lindsay! Please book her for your big day people, you won't regret it!!❤️❤️❤️

Lindsay is the absolute best! I would recommend her to anyone. Not only does is her work exceptional but as a person she is just lovely. You spend a good amount of time with a photographer on your wedding day so you want someone like Lindsay, she captured the day exactly as we wanted. No request was too much and she was great company.

What can I say… the Jasmine Cottage Studio is something else! Lindsay is an absolute dream and we fell in love with her from our very first call. We had spoken to a few photographers when deciding who to go with and before we had even finished our call with Lindsay we knew she was going to be our photographer. She is so easy to talk to and makes you feel so ease! The communication was second to none all through out our planning. When it came to our wedding day- Lindsay fit in like she was one of our guests. Every single guest said how amazing she was and how they loved how she just fit into our group. Our sneak peak pictures had come through before the day had even ended and before she had left to go home so when I woke the next day it was the best feeling getting to see those photos! The photos are out of this world! Just simply stunning! I really could go on and on about how incredible Lindsay is! All I can say is you neeeed to book her because she will blow you away 🩷

Ruby was incredible. I changed the vision at least three times completely (sorry Ruby!) and she hit the nail on the head everytime. Her range and knowledge was so impressive. Ruby is so calm and everything felt completely under control, which was ideal because we are living in Australia. She made our day with every detail that she worked with (we had our stationary, flowers, decor and table settings from Ruby). Our venue was a really big space, so it thought it was going to be so difficult to make it feel less empty but Ruby did it! Highly recommend Ruby! 🤍 thank you again

Fabulous wreath making evening, always such a lovely occasion with a fantastic variety of foliage to use, great facilities and even refreshments too. Ruby is always so welcoming and helpful. We'll be back next year!

Beautiful flower crown workshop! Ruby was absolutely amazing when she came to run a flower crown workshop for my daughters 8th birthday party. She arrived well prepared and well resourced, providing fresh flowers and all the required equipment to inspire the girls to make stunning creations. She was friendly and professional. The girls were taught the skills and supported, by Ruby, to independently create their crowns with a step by step demonstration. I would highly recommend Ruby.

I attended one of Ruby's wreath making workshops this week. It was such a fantastic experience to put us in the festive spirit. Ruby provided clear step by step instructions, and was attentive to the group if we needed help. There was a great selection of quality foliage and decorative items to choose from. This allowed us to put our individual stamp on our wreaths. Looking forward to booking again next year !!

Jess and her team were amazing, they were friendly and so, so organised. Jess helped make the lead-up to our wedding run seamlessly, which meant we didn’t have all the stress of sorting everything out. As she is a wedding expert, she gave us great tips and advice about how best to set out our day, we wouldn’t have had a clue otherwise! On the day of our wedding, everything ran to time and went perfectly and she was a very calming presence for my husband when he was getting a bit stressed out. It was like a professional production and we could just relax and enjoy ourselves - we even forgot they were there sometimes! We would highly recommended hiring Jess to coordinate your wedding, it’s a no brainer really, you can have an amazing well-put together wedding and no stress!

If you're wondering "do I really need a wedding planner?" the answer is no - you don't need just a wedding planner, YOU NEED JESS! The easiest ever 5 stars. Jess was phenomenal - you will not find a safer pair of hands for the biggest day of your life! BEFORE WEDDING DAY We thought we could do it all but we were so SO wrong. 16mths before our big day we realised that wedding planning is someone's profession for a REASON & opted to find an 'on the day' planner since most of our vendors were already booked. My biggest regret is not getting Jess on board from the outset! We spoke with a number of wedding planners & at the end of back-to-back initial meetings, we didn't even need to discuss who the best fit was - it was obviously Jess. Jess was, of course, kind & congratulatory & immediately easy to get on with, but she was also focused & able to demonstrate her ability to deliver our dream day from the very first moments of meeting her. We knew that she would have everything in hand! Jess was our go to whenever we had a wobble or a question or needed to soundboard something. Nothing was too much & she always responded quickly & with results! She put us at ease every step of the way. The thing with wedding planning is that you don't know what you don't know, & that is where Jess is essential. She won't just people please - she'll give you honest advice/opinions to ensure your day runs smoothly & in line with your vision, & she will quickly identify any issues or gaps & will have solutions before you can even ask! ON THE DAY Knowing Jess was going to be there put us at ease in the lead up. On the day we both said that booking Jess was the best decision we made on MULTIPLE occasions! Nothing was an issue, she had everything under control, & had solutions to any issues without us even knowing there'd been an issue. There was literally not one thing we had to worry about on the day. Ultimately, Jess was both a friendly face on the day putting us at ease & also the most proficient organiser I've ever seen. She took command, made sure everything/everyone was where they needed to be, & did so in the kindest & most professional way without so much as breaking a sweat. She makes EVERYTHING look effortless! By the end of the day, we were devastated that she was leaving after having delivered our dream wedding day which, due to her sheer effort & skill, far exceeded our expectations & frankly blew us out the water. TIPS 1 - Don't book any old wedding planner, BOOK JESS! And do it sooner than later - don't be me, you can't do it all! 2 - If you're having a multi-day wedding, particularly with a pre-party, book Jess! We didn't & when it came to bite me in the backside she was there at the drop of a hat & sorted EVERYTHING out. Massive regret not just booking her from the outset! 3 - Communicate! Jess is incredible but she's not a mind reader, & she got to know us so well so that she could deliver the exact right aesthetic & atmosphere on the day. 4 - Trust Jess implicitly. There is a reason this is her profession. She delivers flawless weddings week in, week out. If you hand over the reins, you will NOT be disappointed! OVERALL Jess is one of the most organised people you will ever meet & you'll rarely have a question that she hasn't already thought of & answered - she goes above & beyond! She is also so incredibly kind & we like to think over the past couple of years has become a real friend, something we are so grateful for. Our day was flawless & it was entirely down to Jess. Booking Jessica Sharpe Weddings was one of our best decisions & if you are lucky enough to book her I know it will be yours too! TO JESS There are no words to actually express our gratitude. You are truly the best in the business & delivered a day that we will never ever forget & we know it would not have been possible without you. You have gone from strength to strength since Jan 2022 when we booked & it has been incredible to see & to be part of. We will be cheerleading you on as your business continues to thrive! My husband and I got married in July 2024, and utilised Jess’ on the day wedding coordination package - but what her and her team give you is so so much more than that! We booked a venue which required lots of different suppliers (separate caterer, bar company, linen hire, port-a-loos etc….) and in the run up to it I said to my husband that I really wanted someone I could hand everything over to in advance so I could enjoy the run up and not be worrying about coordinating everything! Luckily, I’d met Jess at an event before we were even engaged and so she was the first person I went to for this help. And I am SO glad we did! She goes above and beyond for you to make sure your day is special and runs smoothly. I’ll never forget that I’d planned to tie the tags onto our favours the night before the wedding with my bridesmaids, only to turn up and for them to have already been done by Jess and her team without even needing to have asked. We had drinks “tokens” to hand out to our evening guests and I went to ask Jess for these in the evening to hand them out, again to find that they’d taken care of it already. They were one step ahead always on the little details, and knowing there was someone we could go to on the day if needed (rather than people coming to me or the wedding party) was truly invaluable. After our wedding I asked my partner what’s the one “non negotiable” you’d recommend to other couples planning a wedding like ours and we both agreed that it would be Jess and her team. I know my sister is also recommending her to friends who are getting married soon too as she was equally impressed by her! Thank you Jess and team for helping to make our day so perfect, we genuinely couldn’t have done it without you!

Our daughter got married in June 2024 and we were very fortunate to have been recommended Jess by Kate from our marquee company (Special Event Tipis and Marquees). We had got quite far along the DIY planning route when I realised as MOB that I wanted to be able to enjoy the wedding day and the build up to it without being overwhelmed with everything. My husband was quite sceptical at first about why we needed a coordinator as we had everything booked. This was mainly because he hadn't quite grasped what was involved, but after meeting Jess he was onboard 110% and he, like the rest of us, thinks she is fantastic and money well spent. We engaged Jess for her 'on the day management' but this is truly much, much more than just 'on the day' management and is an absolute MUST if you are having a marquee wedding. She is an experienced professional who has a very calm approach to everything. She stepped in 6 weeks before the wedding and from then on we knew we were in safe hands. She gave us much needed advice on a whole host of things and made everything run smoothly. She expertly coordinated with all our suppliers - of which there were many and all of whom were brilliant! She and her team (hello & thank you to the other Jesses) came the day before the wedding and set up the marquee. We went along to give a hand, but she had everything covered. She even had a kettle & made us all a cuppa! They came to the church rehearsal and then went back to the marquee to continue with the set up which enabled me able to spend time with my daughter and our family and friends, stress free, the night before the wedding, which is something which I would not have been able to do without her being onboard. Unfortunately, the weather on the day wasn't great . After glorious sunshine the day before, in true Lake District style, it rained on the day. We were so confident and comfortable with Jess's advice that we trusted her to her to make the last minute decision if the drinks reception would be inside or outside. She, together with Fran from Holker Hall, managed this beautifully and our guests have said that they were quite pleased it rained as it enabled them to have a look around the beautiful Holker Hall. Jess and her team were very professional and at the same time warm and friendly and it genuinely comes across how much they love their work. We had the most fantastic & fun wedding party and all our guests have said that this was the best wedding they have ever been to. I do believe we had the dream team of suppliers. What a wedding venue! From the moment we set eyes on the venue we new it was the one for our special day. Regan and William put us at ease every time we came to visit. All I can say about the day is everyone was asking how we found the venue and how magical it was. Nothing was too big on the day, we even fed the ducks! The most incredible venue! I got married here Oct 2024 and it was unbelievable! The Barns, the grounds, the reception room was beautiful. The team at hanbeck made us feel incredibly special, ensuring we was ok, had everything we need. Nothing was ever too much of an ask. All my guests were blown away by the venue and the service regan and her team had given us. It was the most special day, and I want to do it all again. I cannot express how thankful I am. Truly grateful for making our dreams come true and for bringing our families together under one roof. It was perfect.
