A special shoutout to Victoria, who was incredibly helpful and attentive. Her expertise and genuine care made the experience truly memorable. She guided me through the selection process with patience and insight, helping me find the dress of my dreams.

I cannot recommend Victoria enough! Victoria listened to everything I described after each dress I tried on and guided me to my dream dress - as soon as she helped me into this dress I knew it was the one! We were also able to get the most beautiful flower girl dresses for my little girl and my nieces as well to match mine. My day wouldn't have been the same without her, her attention to detail and communication was fantastic. If you're getting married - absolutely go over for a visit! Xx

When you buy a dress from The Ivory Room you get so much more than just a dress! You get Victoria’s experience, knowledge, recommendations and care. The experience of going to pick a dress was stress free and something to enjoy. Victoria also helped with recommending a seamstress and dry cleaner etc. Thank you Victoria 😊

Update: I just wanted to update my review now we have some wedding photos to share! Thank you so much to Victoria and and seamstress Rachel for putting together the perfect dress! It was the perfect dress to switch from day to evening with a removable bandeau top, and the bow looks amazing in the pics. Thank you so much again for all your help!

(Old: Victoria was so lovely and made the whole experience of finding a dress perfect from start to finish. At 6ft 2 I was so nervous about finding a dress but she was so helpful and there were already plenty of dresses long enough which surprised me! I have just bought my dress from here for a wedding in August in 2022 and the selection and service was amazing. Definitely recommend!)

What an amazing place and lady! Victoria is just amazing, from the second you enter she is so warm and friendly and makes you feel completely at ease. She makes finding your perfect dress not only easy, but a thoroughly enjoyable experience. She knows exactly what is right for you if you need any help at all! She also adds some really lovely little touches to your experience with her. Getting the whole place to yourself as well is so lovely. She is very accommodating, I asked for a last minute appointment to show a relative that had come up and she was able to sort this for me with no problems.
She also makes payment very easy so there are no pressures and worries, making your dream dress totally affordable!
I couldn’t fault this place at all, beautiful dresses, perfect lady and atmosphere!
