Within two minutes of posting the job, Carl replied and was at our house within the hour. The lock was repaired immediately and he ordered new door handles. Steve assessed my door lock and decided that a repair would fix the problem, rather than going through the more costly option of replacing the lock. I received a full explanation, service was very prompt and I was kept updated with time of arrival. It was also very refreshing to speak to a genuine and friendly businessman!

We used Steve to change the locks on our last two house moves, he is professional, thorough, responds quickly and arrives on-time. He took care to get the right colour products that would match our existing door furniture (which were not standard) and when asked, he gave us great recommendations for some additional locks to increase our security. Absolute legend, cannot recommend enough. Bought my car from a dealer and it only came with one key. Was quoted £250 elsewhere to have a spare made, then I lost my only key last week. Same day call out and the car was back up and running with two new keys, for barely any more than the other quote for just a spare key.

Absolutely fantastic service from Roman! After losing both my keys, I was hitting dead ends with multiple companies—especially since my car is an older SsangYong. Just when I was about to give up, I found Roman’s company, and I’m so glad I did! He was out to me the very next day and worked tirelessly to cut and program two new keys, even with the challenges of my vehicle; honestly, I wouldn’t have blamed him for giving up on it, but he stuck with it and got the job done. On top of that, my battery had gone flat from sitting for a week and he jump-started it to get me back on the road. All that, and still half the price of just one key from the dealer! I cannot recommend Steve highly enough. He went out of his way to source and change the locking mechanism on my front door following an incident at my home... all within 24 hours of my desperate call to him. He even checked the back door for me and offered advice. Polite, professional and I feel much safer in my home again.

Fantastic, speedy service from Brian. I called him regarding a snapped key stuck in an external door lock on a Sunday afternoon. My call was picked up straight away and he arrived at my house promptly. A new lock was fitted and he even sorted out a faulty window hinge at no extra cost, with useful advice given. Enquired for additional key cutting however Brian advised my current locks didn't meet fire regulations (being a commercial building) and also could easily be snapped. Promptly replaced with anti snap locks and new internal twist locks. Great service from Brian, highly recommended.

From start to finish, I received great service from Spencer. He came to replace the lock in a door I couldn’t use, as I didn’t have the key to open it. His professionalism was evident, but along with it, a truly friendly bloke. He worked neatly, quickly and efficiently and went above and beyond to make sure that I’d be able to operate the door, as the locking mechanism in the door, prior to him fitting the lock, was not properly aligned and the door was quite swollen. I was having difficulty locking the front door as the bolts wouldn’t align correctly. I rang Spencer and he attended within 30 mins and realigned the door and fitted new handles. Door now locks easily and invoice was very reasonable. Highly recommended.
