My daughter lost her keys alongside her driving licence so had to have my locks changed, decided to contact spec and fix. Sean came pretty much straight away and changed the front and back door locks. Sean was very professional and friendly, so happy with the work and the locks are so much better and more secure than the ones I had! Very happy! Thank you so much Sean!

Manged to pull the handle off my dressing room door and couldn't get in the room. Called Spec & Fix and Sean attended rapidly unlocking the door in seconds and reattached the door handle. Highly recommend! Great service and friendly guy!

Door now working better than it ever has after Sean replaced our lock, aligned the hinges and keeps and lubricated the whole thing. Very thankful for him resolving issues caused by our builder's poor door installation.

We called Steve to fix a conservatory door. He came quickly, sourced the necessary and fixed it cleanly and efficiently. I don't think it was a straightforward job but he made it look easy. Excellent communication and explanations. Steve will be my go to locksmith from now on. Highly recommended.

I cannot recommend Steve highly enough. He went out of his way to source and change the locking mechanism on my front door following an incident at my home... all within 24 hours of my desperate call to him. He even checked the back door for me and offered advice. Polite, professional and I feel much safer in my home again.

Absolute legend, cannot recommend enough. Bought my car from a dealer and it only came with one key. Was quoted £250 elsewhere to have a spare made, then I lost my only key last week. Just when I was about to give up, I found Roman’s company, and I’m so glad I did! He was out to me the very next day and worked tirelessly to cut and program two new keys, even with the challenges of my vehicle; honestly, I wouldn’t have blamed him for giving up on it, but he stuck with it and got the job done. I was having difficulty locking the front door as the bolts wouldn’t align correctly. I rang Spencer and he attended within 30 mins and realigned the door and fitted new handles. Door now locks easily and invoice was very reasonable. Highly recommended.

From start to finish, I received great service from Spencer. He came to replace the lock in a door I couldn’t use, as I didn’t have the key to open it. His professionalism was evident, but along with it, a truly friendly bloke. He worked neatly, quickly and efficiently and went above and beyond to make sure that I’d be able to operate the door, as the locking mechanism in the door, prior to him fitting the lock, was not properly aligned and the door was quite swollen. Enquired for additional key cutting however Brian advised my current locks didn't meet fire regulations (being a commercial building) and also could easily be snapped. Promptly replaced with anti snap locks and new internal twist locks. Great service from Brian, highly recommended.
