I can’t thank Benn Lock and Safe enough for their exceptional service! I lost my one & only car keys, they offered the best rate & were the only ones that could help me that same day (after work hours). they responded quickly and were incredible. We had Sam visit our property today and he went above and beyond to ensure our back door was fixed to the highest standard. Our locking mechanism broke over 14 weeks ago and we have had multiple people come to try and fix the problem with no good outcome. Sam came today and had it all fixed with new mechanism and door handle in a few hours. Will definitely recommend.

Not being able to get into your own house can be quite distressing, but we didn't have to wait too long for help. They did a wonderful job, got us into the house quickly and sorted out the problems and made our house safe. We moved house only to find we couldn’t lock the French doors at the new place so we called Bens Locks late in the afternoon. Rav answered the phone, took details and diagnosed the likely fault. He came the next morning at the agreed time, fixed the doors (alignment issue) and suggested how we could maintain our other doors & windows. Rav didn’t try and rip us off with unnecessary components when repairing the doors and I will definitely call Bens Locks if we have problems again. Recommended company.

Matt was amazing, rang him Monday night and he offered to come out Tuesday. Booked him in for Wednesday morning for a back door which wouldn't lock. It needed to be completely re adjusted, which he completed in record time, he even fixed by front door which was catching and sticking. Would highly recommend, very professional, gave some excellent advice on maintenance and looking after the locks. Honestly, would definitely use again, if needed in the future.

From my experience this company does a first class job at a reasonable price. After being fobbed off by Carworld and being told by Smith motors that it ‘could cost up to £1000’, we were recommended to go to City Locks to sort out our Juke remote key system.
