I cannot recommend Steve highly enough. He went out of his way to source and change the locking mechanism on my front door following an incident at my home... all within 24 hours of my desperate call to him. He even checked the back door for me and offered advice. Polite, professional and I feel much safer in my home again.

The lock to our front door broke, locking me out at 8pm after visiting my mum in hospital. Paul came out within 15 minutes and was so kind and helpful. It was a tricky job and requirwd the whole lock mechanism to be replaced, with a new 5 lever one. Paul worked hard to get the job done that night, and was very reasonable with the price. TOTALLY RECOMMEND.

Enquired for additional key cutting however Brian advised my current locks didn't meet fire regulations (being a commercial building) and also could easily be snapped. Promptly replaced with anti snap locks and new internal twist locks. Great service from Brian, highly recommended.

What an amazing gentleman ! My door wouldn’t lock and was worried about safety. He was with me within a few minutes, replaced the broken mechanism (had plenty of stock on his van) and gave me tips on how to stay safe and how to keep it all lubricated. From start to finish, I received great service from Spencer. He came to replace the lock in a door I couldn’t use, as I didn’t have the key to open it. His professionalism was evident, but along with it, a truly friendly bloke. He worked neatly, quickly and efficiently and went above and beyond to make sure that I’d be able to operate the door, as the locking mechanism in the door, prior to him fitting the lock, was not properly aligned and the door was quite swollen. After being unable to unlock a rear upvc door due to a mechanism failure, we called Lock Matters to help gain entry. He arrived within the time stated and immediately unlocked the door, assessed the problem and was able to replace the gearbox assembly as he had stock of the item in his van. He also replaced the euro cylinder and made adjustments to the hinges to provide a door that is not only now fixed, but closes much more smoothly. He was very efficient, courteous and did a fantastic job. Very reasonable price too. We highly recommend his services.

I accidently locked my keys in the boot whilst on Holiday, luckily Huttoft Auto locksmiths services came to the rescue within the hour. I cannot recommend nigel enough. All I had left of my original car keys was the plastic spare which had snapped. Nigel with his excellent knowledge and expertise was able to produce me a perfect replacement key just using some photos of the old plastic key. He provided a very fast and professional friendly service, I would definitely use his services again.

I went to the shop with a pair of new motorcycle boots which needed altering to fit my foot properly. After trying a couple of other places I didn't hold out hope of anyone being able to help me. However, the gentleman had a look and said he thought he could help - the work he did was amazing and the boots fit me like a glove! Clearly a very experienced skilled gentleman who has been doing this for years, and it shows.
