Found out I had an ignition barrel issue on Friday, called him and he came out Saturday and fixed it within 1 hr for what I thought was a really reasonable price. Seems like a great bloke and I can see why so many recommend him and the team. In the nicest possible way - I hope not to see Luke too soon, but if I do have more key issues, he'll be the only one I call. Highly recommended!

Contacted to see if two keys could be fixed. Parts ordered same day and fixed the next day. Really pleased with how quick this was done, very nice guy who clearly knows what he is doing and if I have any key or similar issues in the future, my first port of call and number logged in my phone book. Unfortunately, managed to close my car's only key in the boot in the morning, about school rush time. I called and I've been told he could be at my location in 15 mins, which he surely did, just before another job that he had after a quick school run. Got the car boot open very quickly and I could be back to work in no time, not even the slightest damage done to the car or the paintwork. Very polite person too. Though I'm very satisfied with the job, I hope I will not need it again 😁 But if you do, I'd recommend Kyezauto!

We moved house only to find we couldn’t lock the French doors at the new place so we called Bens Locks late in the afternoon. Rav answered the phone, took details and diagnosed the likely fault. He came the next morning at the agreed time, fixed the doors (alignment issue) and suggested how we could maintain our other doors & windows. Rav didn’t try and rip us off with unnecessary components when repairing the doors and I will definitely call Bens Locks if we have problems again. Recommended company.

We had Sam visit our property today and he went above and beyond to ensure our back door was fixed to the highest standard. Our locking mechanism broke over 14 weeks ago and we have had multiple people come to try and fix the problem with no good outcome. Sam came today and had it all fixed with new mechanism and door handle in a few hours. Will definitely recommend.

Not being able to get into your own house can be quite distressing, but we didn't have to wait too long for help. They did a wonderful job, got us into the house quickly and sorted out the problems and made our house safe. I called on a Sunday morning and had an engineer to me within 45 minutes. Mikail was great help, he explained what had happened to me. He was fast and effective when making/programming me a new key. 10/10 would recommend. Great value for money despite the repair only taking 15 mins.
