I called on a Sunday morning and had an engineer to me within 45 minutes. Mikail was great help, he explained what had happened to me. He was fast and effective when making/programming me a new key. 10/10 would recommend. Great value for money despite the repair only taking 15 mins.

I cannot recommend Steve highly enough. He went out of his way to source and change the locking mechanism on my front door following an incident at my home... all within 24 hours of my desperate call to him. He even checked the back door for me and offered advice. Polite, professional and I feel much safer in my home again.

You always want the 5-star reviews you read online to be true before calling a business, and Luke over-delivered and exceeded expectations. Found out I had an ignition barrel issue on Friday, called him and he came out Saturday and fixed it within 1 hr for what I thought was a really reasonable price. Seems like a great bloke and I can see why so many recommend him and the team. In the nicest possible way - I hope not to see Luke too soon, but if I do have more key issues, he'll be the only one I call. Highly recommended!

I'm in based in London and needed help securing a door at my father-in-laws house in March, Luke attended fixed the door, sent me a video to confirm work had been done, great communicator, would highly recommend him.

I have used Colin and Ana for a number of years both personally and through the business. Their service is second to none, are always available at the end of the phone and consistently deliver a quality product. We have gone with their recommendation on locks and 10 years in the locks are still smooth and easy to use. I would not use any other locksmith. Gutted they have moved over 3H away.

Contacted to see if two keys could be fixed. Parts ordered same day and fixed the next day. Unfortunately, managed to close my car's only key in the boot in the morning, about school rush time. I called and I've been told he could be at my location in 15 mins, which he surely did, just before another job that he had after a quick school run. Got the car boot open very quickly and I could be back to work in no time, not even the slightest damage done to the car or the paintwork. Very polite person too. Though I'm very satisfied with the job, I hope I will not need it again 😁 But if you do, I'd recommend Kyezauto!

Sam was really professional and diligent when he recently carried out some work on my home. The appointment was carried out for me at short notice and Sam arrived at my property within 30 minutes of me calling this company. He arrived, quickly diagnosed the issue and proceeded to go above and beyond with his services. He completed the work to a very high standard. Sam is fantastic at what he does and is a credit to the business. He changed a number of locks on my property as well as replacing a faulty gear box in the door. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Sam to anyone who requires lock smith services, he’s truly one of the best I’ve come across ever. He was incredibly helpful and completed the work very quickly.

We moved house only to find we couldn’t lock the French doors at the new place so we called Bens Locks late in the afternoon. Rav answered the phone, took details and diagnosed the likely fault. He came the next morning at the agreed time, fixed the doors (alignment issue) and suggested how we could maintain our other doors & windows. Rav didn’t try and rip us off with unnecessary components when repairing the doors and I will definitely call Bens Locks if we have problems again. Recommended company.

Not being able to get into your own house can be quite distressing, but we didn't have to wait too long for help. They did a wonderful job, got us into the house quickly and sorted out the problems and made our house safe.
