Steven did an excellent job, was very professional and I would have no issues highly recommending him.

Stephen was brilliant. He came out quickly, worked quickly whilst chatting to me and explained each step he was doing, gave me tips on how to repair myself in future if needed. Then when lock stopped working again a few weeks later came back out in the freezing dark night to fix again in the day at no extra charge. Life saver!

I gave the gentleman a call this morning and he was with me within less than half an hour, we had a supplier snap a key off in our door over night and he came straight out and had it sorted for us within an hour of calling him, went above and beyond replaced the whole mechanism for us and also altered the locks on the door to stop this issue happening again. will be recommending to everyone i know. thankyou very much for you speedy and professional service.

I rang yesterday morning as our door handle to our back door came off in my husband's hand and the door was locked. Danny rang to say he would be with us between 12 and 1pm. He later rang to say he would be there for 12pm. He checked the lock, replaced the hand and adjusted the door. He did an excellent job and we are very pleased.

the back door had seized up! The gearbox had burst and the door was stuck fast. A quick call at 08.39hrs and Jim was on site before 13.00hrs! Door opened and new gearbox fitted with the minimum of fuss. OUTSTANDING customer service, great value for money and the workmanship is guaranteed too. I cannot praise this company highly enough. Friendly, Efficient and value for money. I called at 8:30am having locked keys in the boot whilst still on the drive at home. Quicklocks were on site in no time at all and gained access without fuss or damage. The cost of the visit was fantastic in comparison to the alternative of breaking glass and I even got a spare key made up while they were here. Couldn’t ask for better service

Enquired for additional key cutting however Brian advised my current locks didn't meet fire regulations (being a commercial building) and also could easily be snapped. Promptly replaced with anti snap locks and new internal twist locks. Great service from Brian, highly recommended.
