Got locked out this afternoon key stuck in the lock ..Keith came within 20 minutes working on my lock through wind and rainstorm he kept going until he finally got the door open with minimal damage to our wooden door that is over a hundred years old. Fantastic, speedy service from Brian. I called him regarding a snapped key stuck in an external door lock on a Sunday afternoon.
