Got locked out this afternoon key stuck in the lock ..Keith came within 20 minutes working on my lock through wind and rainstorm he kept going until he finally got the door open with minimal damage to our wooden door that is over a hundred years old. Mel responded really quickly to our request, came the next day and replaced a lock we didn’t have a key for, as well as fitting two more locks to a better safety standard. Enquired for additional key cutting however Brian advised my current locks didn't meet fire regulations (being a commercial building) and also could easily be snapped. Promptly replaced with anti snap locks and new internal twist locks. Great service from Brian, highly recommended.

Fantastic, speedy service from Brian. I called him regarding a snapped key stuck in an external door lock on a Sunday afternoon. My call was picked up straight away and he arrived at my house promptly. A new lock was fitted and he even sorted out a faulty window hinge at no extra cost, with useful advice given. After failing to get my car key working at Timpsons and being advised that my key may need re-programming I was given Bryan’s number by my local go to garage. Bryan arrived at my house within 10 minutes of me sending him a picture of my key, fixed both of my car keys by simply changing the batteries and in the end didn’t even charge me ALL because I made him a cup of tea with biscuits. I will be using and recommending Bryan again for any car key troubles.
