My car broke down and didn’t start. The recovery team came and discovered it was an electrical problem and referred me to him. He came swiftly and was very professional and helpful. Turned out it needed a new key and something else he mentioned (can’t remember🤣). Thank you for a good service. I would definitely recommend him

Contacted this morning as door handle was stiff, came out within the hour and replaced handle and lock, then cleaned the gearbox box up too! Reasonable prices with NO call out fee! Reliable, quick and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

Nathan came out today to sort the gearbox out on my back door as it was jammed, all sorted now :) 100 recommended!

Other retailers and trade counters were unable to identify my door handle with its weird set of measurements but it must have been the second one pulled from under the counter was bang on the money, even in the desired finish. Great service and so happy with new door and arch frame. Old door removed and new one fitted very quickly and in no time at all. We had a solid concrete step to be removed and they did this too with no quibble.

Went down to discuss replacement handles. The man in the shop spent time and advised me of the differences between straight line and angled ones. Despite me not being sensible enough to take a picture. In an effort to ensure the correct one was sourced4me. This was good customer service.

Sam at the Tesco branch in Scunthorpe was super helpful. Had my watch battery changed and he was done before I finished buying 2 or 3 things in store. Get the life time battery service for a few extra pound. Definitely worth it.

After getting two keys cuts at Timpsons in Lincoln after a day out, ended up coming here because neither worked! Staff member here was totally different, friendly, helpful and professional. Cut two new keys efficiently and in very little time, both worked perfectly! Won't be going to the Timpsons outside Tesco's in Lincoln again...!

Decent / friendly service if a little pricey .

Top service despite an unusual request! I wanted some blank keys to make a sensory board for my child and Sam was super friendly and polite and fulfilled my request wonderfully. Went above and beyond and made a child very happy! Thank you.
