I had a bath removed, walk in shower & taller toilet fitted so I no longer needed a raiser seat. I can honestly say I could not have asked for a better Plumber than Paul. He is a genuinely honest person who lets you know what progress is being made daily & a perfectionist, I cannot fault any of his work, the bathroom looks amazing! He left the work areas clean & tidy daily & I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

I can't recommend Paul enough!!! We have had a nightmare with the original plumber,who fitted us a new bathroom. It was left in a shocking state ,with issues occurring on a daily basis. I contacted Paul,and he came out straight away. Assessed all of the issues,and put our minds at ease. He managed to book us in a few days later with a more than reasonable quote, considering the mess he had to rectify. He arrived promptly on the day as promised and worked efficiently, effectively and methodically. He refitted the bathroom radiator, putting in new pipe work,which was a task due to the state it had been left. Paul has been absolutely 100% in all aspects, quality of work is outstanding and he cares . He has been our knight in a shiny plumbing van ! We can't thank him enough and have no hesitation in hiring him again. We already have another job lined up.

Having recently updated my house from the 1970’s to a new 2025 modern home I used plumb deal for all the central heating supplies and the bathroom supplies. Plumb deal are extremely competitive on price and customer service is second to none. Deliveries were all done on time and the product knowledge from the staff was excellent.

I had a plumbing emergency at home. The bottom of my bath fell through and needed a replacement as soon as possible, the boys at Plumb deal sorted me out immediately with a new bath tub along with all the fixings I needed for a great price and had it delivered the next day. Whilst fitting the bath I disturbed some old fixings that would not stop leaking so I took another trip down the Plumb deal and they sorted me out with everything I needed to replace the old T piece and taps once again for a great price. I couldn’t recommend them enough.

Paddy got back to us within 20 mins and came out to look at the problem Very polite and professional explaining to us what needed doing Would certainly recommend to anybody looking for a professional plumber this is the man for the job . I had a problem with a thermostat valve that wouldn't work, so I rang Craig in the morning and he came and put it right for me so I could use my radiator. Very professional, as soon as he arrived he put covers on his boots , mask on and fixed the valve within minutes. Would really recommend him.

I called Plumb Doctor Ltd on Monday 3rd June, they promised to come round at 9am on Tuesday 4th June to do the job. They were on time. The plumber, I am sorry I forgot to ask him his name, but he was extremely professional, he explained what he would have to do. I told him to do whatever he had ro to replace my old toilet system with a completely new one. He was very courteous and polite and made very little noise and any mess he cleaned up, he even took away my old toilet system. I am extremely happy with the work that was done. It is a more modern toilet system than my old system. I have another plumbing issue that needs attending to and Plumb Doctor will be the company I use.The price was very reasonable. I heartily recommend Plumb Doctor as your go to plumber. Many thanks well worth a 10/10.

James came out to de cap and put my new electric cooker in. Spoke to sarah and james both very polite and kept me upto date before turning up. Once here james was very friendly and chatty n sorted what I needed doing highly rate and would use again thank you james and sarah for doing a fab job xx

Paul is fantastic, done a couple of small to medium sized jobs for us. Communication is excellent, both jobs have been done within a week (this is not a guarantee) his work is flawless and his prices are reasonable. He is my go to plumber of choice, we can't fault him at all. He's worth more than 5* in my eyes.
