I like to use local where possible. I hit the jackpot with Mark. He did a brilliant service on our old boiler cleaning several years of crud out. We only moved in 3 months ago and it was apparently serviced regularly!! NOT very well obviously!

Mark is a fantastic plumber and gas engineer! Had a leaking boiler, he responded to my message within five minutes and came to have a look quickly. Boiler now fixed. Very happy with such a professional and friendly service. Mark is very honest and does not rip you off. Highly recommend. I wont use any other plumber now.

We had a problem with our oil boiler in late October. We called out a local company who responded very promptly and sent an engineer out the same day. He was also very prompt in condemning the boiler and providing us with a £6000 replacement quote without even switching the unit on. The boiler is a Bosch and not even that old. I obviously sought a second opinion and was recommended D Ellerby Heating. Gave Dan a call and arranged for him to pay us a visit. The long and the short of it is that after his first visit he got the supposedly irreparable boiler up and running with a temporary fix so we could be warm and then returned to carry out the permanent fix a few day’s later. I can’t recommend Dan enough, he is very reasonable with his prices and an altogether excellent human being. Needless to say all future boiler works will be carried out by him. From visiting the house to assess the situation, forwarding a quotation, completely installing the new boiler was all completed within one week. We had a swift response to our enquiry from Kev, who was highly accommodating in arranging a date for our boiler service (thank you for managing to fit us in before Christmas!). Considering we are in a new build property we expected (hoped) it would be a relatively straight forward procedure. The service was completed efficiently and was explained thoroughly. Kev highlighted a number of issues and corners that had been cut by the house builder, he was even able to rectify some during his visit. We were very happy with the service provided and the price we paid. We would definitely recommend Kev.

Professional and reliable. During the annual boiler checking and servicing, the gas engineer found there was a small amount of gas leak in the system. He carefully checked every single point and eventually had to take out the oven and found the gas leaking point was right underneath the gas hob. It was believed that the gas had been leaking for quite a long time. One important point I need to say is that the gas supply company had just replaced a new gas meter about a month ago, but they failed to find this gas leak during the meter replacement work.

I have recently had a lot of work completed at my house and I would highly recommend the team. George and Gaz in office are very helpful and are quick to come back to calls if needed. Johnny has done an amazing job with installing my new kitchen and bathroom, completing all of the woodwork required, a lot of this was done by hand including the panelling up the stairs which I am very happy with. Harry has also been very helpful with the plumbing works and a good source of entertainment. A very friendly and happy business that I would definitely use again if needed.

Connor came to look at our boiler when it failed within a few hours and when he realised it needed replacing (it was nearly 15 years old) he was back within a few days and completed the work in only a few hours. A lovely chap and very knowledgeable. His work is fantastic and his prices very reasonable.

Now then we moved to North Somercotes in Feb this year. As you do we looked for tradesman to supply and fit a new Oil heating system. This chap Conner from ACS Gas was recommended so over he came. Well the jobs now done and its Brill. Conner is a Top Chap great eye for detail and allways willing to go the extra Mile and offer help and advice on best way forward. The new Navien Boiler is brill and has a 10 year parts and Labour warranty so very happy and toasty Paps🤣. Ps If you do have Conner all you need to do is feed him loads of Coffee ☕ as this keeps him awake.🙂🤣👍. Thanks mate

We were told by a friend to contact ACS Gas as previous engineers have let us down. Connor was on time and carried out our gas safety check thouraly and advised us on advisory work for the future to comply with regulations and answered all our questions. My boiler has been playing up in my caravan for weeks, then it finally give up. I found ACS on Google with great reviews. Spoke to Connor on monday 7th august who was very professional, honest and polite, he recommended a new boiler. In which he quoted me for that day. I went ahead with quote and everything was ordered and fitted on the Wednesday 9th August. My daughter was at van at time of fitting, and she stated he was punctual, professional and clean, he also went through everything with her regarding operation of boiler. So would highly recommend this company, and will definitely use them again.

As soon as Oliver walked in our small bathroom we knew he would be doing the work for us.He advised us on everything we wanted.We had our bathroom completely ripped out and a new one fitted while we were away on holiday for 2 weeks. Unfortunately it wasn't completely finished when we got home as there were a few unforeseen problems beyond their control.Keith who did the re-fit is an absolute superstar and nothing was too much trouble for him.All in all a first class service from Oliver and his fine team...we are already planning our next home improvement with them.

I have just had Endeavour round to remove my old back boiler and fire place and install a new Worcester boiler upstairs in a totally new area of my house , They worked around me and my needs and could fit us in straight away no waiting around and once they started the work they completed it efficiently . Really positive experience. Had to get an old boiler replaced and Endeavour were a recommended Worcester Bosch installer from Worcester Bosch themselves. Price wise very competitive after getting lots of quotes. Oliver and Millie were helpful and the installers were polite and professional and worked hard at it all day. Had a slight change due to one boiler engineer being sick but had good communication throughout and they moved bits about to ensure I was back to having hot water and heating on my only other available day. I would recommend this company and will use again I'm sure.

Really impressed with Jay and Ben and the job they did. I had a pressurised water and heating system installed in the loft to replace an old vented system that was on the floor below. It was a big job with various complexities and needed further pipework rerouting to enable building work to take place as well as amending the electrics in which a previous plumber did wrong. Also a Hive system added. They offered a fair price, clearly thought through the job and it was obvious they wanted to do the best job they could. Commutation was great, they worked tirelessly and the end job was perfect. Great lads, very professional and reliable. Will use them for any plumbing work I need. The future and highly recommended to others.

We’ve been Adrip customers for a couple of years now on our complicated house renovation. They installed a brand new heating system and water cylinder, and have helped us with other jobs, such as piping up a new bathroom.
