Jody and his team recently fitted a downstairs wet room. From start to finish the service has been amazing. The organisation of his team has been great plumbers, electrician, plasterer and tiler, they have all worked to a high standard and all super friendly. Adding in last minute little jobs like adding an outside tap was no problem. We are now have Jody and his team fitting 2 more bathrooms, would highly recommend

Jody, Ric and team did a fantastic job of our bathroom. We had loads of choice - suite, cabinets tiles etc and they completed to a really high standard and quickly. Really organised in the way they work - we knew who was coming each day and what for (plaster tiler etc) and we weren’t waiting days between different tradespeople which we’ve experienced in the past. Minimum disruption and cleared up every evening - tbh don’t think our landing has ever looked cleaner!! Friendly reliable team who turn up exactly when they say. Highly recommend.

We recently had our bathroom remodelled by J & D Betts Plumbing Services. Extremely professional service throughout. Jody always kept us updated and informed throughout the process. The work carried out by Jody, Rick and his team was exemplary. We would highly recommend. Nothing was too much trouble from start to finish. Jody visited on numerous occasions to discuss our designs prior to undertaking the job. All waste was removed from site and the house cleaned every night, we really cant fault their professionalism. After months of searching for a reliable plumber, we found JD Betts Plumbing. Jody turned up when he said he would and listened to what we wanted to do in our ensuite bathroom. He gave us a start date and arrived promptly on that day. Rick worked tirelessly in gutting our bathroom. We had new pipework fitted to incorporate our new shower and for the moving of our toilet and sink. They removed all the wall & floor tiles and prepped the room for plastering. We had new floor and wall tiles put in along with panelling. Jody & Rick then put everything back. We truly have an amazing bathroom which we love. We really can’t recommend Jody, Rick & the team enough. They are thoroughly professional, tidy, kind, courteous and nothing was too much trouble for them. We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again for any kind of plumbing work that we needed doing. What an amazing team.

We had a swift response to our enquiry from Kev, who was highly accommodating in arranging a date for our boiler service (thank you for managing to fit us in before Christmas!). Considering we are in a new build property we expected (hoped) it would be a relatively straight forward procedure. The service was completed efficiently and was explained thoroughly. Kev highlighted a number of issues and corners that had been cut by the house builder, he was even able to rectify some during his visit. We were very happy with the service provided and the price we paid. We would definitely recommend Kev.

My experience with Steve and his work was second to none, I can be a bit picky and hard to please but there was nothing that concerned me at all, and we were very happy with his workmanship, we truly chose the best of the best for our boiler replacement and happy for him to come back and continue to look after our boiler, in fact in the near future we will ask him to come back and carry out more work in our home, as we would feel very comfortable and confident the job will get done to a high standard. Steve, did a fantastic job from our boiler service to sorting out the gas board, fixing the problem with our piping as we had no pressure when hot water was turned on, installing our new hob as the old one was leaking, all done in good time, excellent workmanship very professional and polite, would highly recommend and will definitely be using Steve again

Steve did a fantastic job replacing our old gas boiler and cylinder tank with a Worcester Bosch system boiler and new hot water tank also completely flushing out the years of sludge in the radiators, I carnt believe how efficient it is now! If you want a plumber to turn up when they say they Will and give you an excellent all round service I highly recommend peace of mind plumbing.

Excellent service on my Gas boiler . Very quick to respond to messages and was in no rush to complete the task. The boiler is only 2 1/2 years old but to comply with warranty needs servicing annually . For peace of mind £60 isn’t too bad Also ordered a couple of spare parts for our shower screen that had broken . Living close by on the Quadrant obviously is a plus too. It’s always nice to help local tradespeople . A big Thankyou from a very satisfied customer .

I have just had Endeavour round to remove my old back boiler and fire place and install a new Worcester boiler upstairs in a totally new area of my house , They worked around me and my needs and could fit us in straight away no waiting around and once they started the work they completed it efficiently . I would definitely recommend Endeavour to others if they need any work doing .

Really positive experience. Had to get an old boiler replaced and Endeavour were a recommended Worcester Bosch installer from Worcester Bosch themselves. Price wise very competitive after getting lots of quotes. Oliver and Millie were helpful and the installers were polite and professional and worked hard at it all day. Had a slight change due to one boiler engineer being sick but had good communication throughout and they moved bits about to ensure I was back to having hot water and heating on my only other available day. I would recommend this company and will use again I'm sure.

As soon as Oliver walked in our small bathroom we knew he would be doing the work for us.He advised us on everything we wanted.We had our bathroom completely ripped out and a new one fitted while we were away on holiday for 2 weeks. Unfortunately it wasn't completely finished when we got home as there were a few unforeseen problems beyond their control.Keith who did the re-fit is an absolute superstar and nothing was too much trouble for him.All in all a first class service from Oliver and his fine team...we are already planning our next home improvement with them.

Excellent experience with Grays Plumbing and Heating. Emergency call out on a Friday evening due to my own mistake - Stacey was responsive and arrived within the hour. Resolved the issue promptly, very tidy work, and also provided lots of advice and assistance in getting the system refilled and pressurised. Fee was very reasonable. Can’t recommend Stacey enough! He is always our first thought for any plumbing job. He has fitted our en-suite and has also fitted us with new radiators. When my partner went through a water pipe on Saturday afternoon, he showed up in 5 minutes and repaired the pipe along with other extras needed. Always a brilliant job and couldn’t be a nicer bloke! Called with a emergency late within the evening. He came out with 20 minutes due to water leak, from a old water tap connected to the machine washing. Very friendly, and welcoming when he arrived. I can not fault his professionalism. Helpful with this explanation to why to problems and willing to fix the issue with a better connector for the water pipe to the washing machine, within a few days so I won't be it. Happy to leave me his machine to help me to get the rest of the water sucked up. My honest opinion, 100% comes recommended from me. Number noted down for any further plumbing issues I may have within the future. ✨️✨️

Absolutely saved the day on Saturday when our oil boiler stopped working in the cold weather. I called lots of plumbers but as it was the weekend many weren't willing to help. Grays Plumbing called me back and talked me through the issue very patiently and I was able to sort it out. Luca and his team were so kind and Luca didnt like to think of me being cold. He came over late afternoon the day I put post on Fb to try and get our 12 year old boiler to limp along and promised to get new boiler for today (Friday) but phoned yesterday and said he could fit it just after mid day yesterday.
