10/10 experience, Tom has been easy to deal with throughout the process. Tom, was able to guide us in relation to a wasps nest on our ivy, and supported a quick call out time. Would highly recommend!

Tom and Fern have been providing professional pest control services at a number of sites that I manage for many years now. They provide a prompt and thorough service and are very knowledgeable about the various types of pests that you may encounter. Tom came and treated a holiday cottage we have for house flies. He’s a very pleasant and professional chap and really has a fastidious approach to his work. Would highly recommended!

Fergal arrived and took onboard what the problem was and where i thought the mice were entering the property. He then did a thorough check of the boundary including lean to sheds and a flat roof. He then went into the loft for further inspection. He then went on to seal up (using a sealer containing metal to deter the mice) where he had seen potential entry points around the property and also supplied a rodant deterent spray for me to use going forward. Very impressed with Fergals knowledge/professionalism and friendly approach. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing pest control and wont hesitate to call them again if needed. Local family business rather than a big commercial business which in my opinion is better as they go that extra mile.

Two lovely chaps came within a few hrs of calling. Wasps down a rabbit hole, which they've exterminated with pressure jet powder deep into the cavity. After only a few hrs the wasps are dead. Quick, efficient and best price around. Would highly recommend. Thanks.

Super prompt service came the same day (just turned up!) Thorough inspection for mice in the garage. Suggested other work that might be beneficial (possible ways into the house) Checked the house which I didn’t expect. Put down traps and came back and rechecked regularly (some appointments were missed or were late to) I was late with my bill. Absolutely my fault as it was more than I anticipated (the extra work was done without me realising (I was really looking to delay it but couldn’t say no to the upsell and it was done whilst I wasn’t there) but planned to use my credit card to pay. My only criticism of ppm who had been brilliant throughout was that you can’t pay by credit card!!! This was an absolute pain and if I had known I would have probably delayed the services as I felt terrible being such as awful payer/customer to a small business.

Fergal visited next day after I contacted the Company. Very knowledgeable, polite snd friendly he conducted a thorough examination of the burrow in the ground and the surrounding area. Advised me on the best option. Very happy with the prompt service.

We had roosting pigeons under our solar panels and it wasn’t just the disturbance early in a morning, it was the mess caused by their excrement in the gutters and on the patio. We contacted Topline and they were very responsive, carried out a site visit, explained everything they could do, what method and materials they would use (shown samples) and how they would do the job. Nice people to deal with and they also organised scaffolding that would be required. Again, the scaffolding firm they use from Retford we’re extremely professional and friendly. Despite weather issues, the job went really smoothly and the results were excellent - no more roosting pigeons and associated mess. Great teams, great job and value for money too.

Absolutely fantastic service, called yesterday at 3.45 got here at 5.35, huge wasp nest in our outhouse roof, I’m allergic to wasps and we have a dog who loves chasing bees etc so very important it was dealt with, after two hours the wasps were quickly dying this morning not one. Superb Company- Having made contact with the office - Damien (Pest Controller) was on site that afternoon as promised. “Suffering” - from a sudden rat infestation in my garage- he explained what was needed in a very professional manner and with his knowledge and experience - orchestrated a way to clear the area. I was delighted that literally within days - there was no longer any sign of rats - and since his initial visit - none have returned. I should also add that following his first visit - Damien returned on two later occasions simply to check on the area - without my request for him to do so. I would highly recommend the services of this company and staff.

I rang up today , as myself and my husband came across a wasp nest in our shed. And I spoke with a very nice polite lady, and explained what we had come across. Discrete van and he was extremely polite and informed me of what we was needed to deal with the pest issue. He was so reassuring and guaranteed the work. Amazing service from start to finish. Luke was amazing right from the off. His communication was excellent and after speaking to him I felt at ease. I was a little worried about him judging me but I felt so happy after speaking to him. He offered to travel to me over 100 miles away and worked his diary around my availability. If you want a decent guy to do a decent job then Luke's your man!

Rang Luke and had rapid response, explained that I found a wasp nest & he went through different processes on the phone including price, explained if & buts & the service he would provide prior. Literally arrived within the hour of the phone call, assessed the property & the nest, then explained in impeccable detail of how the wasps make nests and what they do, explained the treatment and removal process & got too it! Simon was absolutely brilliant! We (unfortunately) needed his help with a rodent problem under our kitchen units. We called Simon who promptly arrived to investigate. His calm, professional manner along with his knowledge and expertise soon had the area surveyed and a plan of action put in place. He returned on a further three occasions until he was happy that no further activity was taking place and he was able to seal the identified areas and thoroughly clean and disinfect the area. We had a large brown rat who had obviously been on a Pest Controller Avoidance class and aced it! Various extermination methods were used over a period of 2 weeks (to no avail). Our rat even dug under a metal trap!! Eventually Lee's guile, cunning and persistence won out (we were rooting for the rat by now but with young families either side of us had no choice but to have it removed).
