I had a wasp issue in my walls. These guys were great. Very friendly, explained what they would be doing, and any costs involved. They were running late, but called to update me. When they arrived, they got straight to work, and got rid of the wasps immediately. I would definitely use them again.

Rang Luke and had rapid response, explained that I found a wasp nest & he went through different processes on the phone including price, explained if & buts & the service he would provide prior. Literally arrived within the hour of the phone call, assessed the property & the nest, then explained in impeccable detail of how the wasps make nests and what they do, explained the treatment and removal process & got too it! Was able to completely remove the nest & remove the debris safely. Very very impressed with this service would 100% recommended & 100% use again

We cannot recommend Luke enough. He's punctual, really knowledgeable and did a fantastic job removing two large bees nests from our property, leaving the site clean and tidy. Following a surveyors report highlighting a woodworm infestation, we contacted S.W.A.T pest control. Jeff came the next day and inspected the loft and confirmed the infestation, he explained the best form of treatment required in a way that was clear to understand. We arranged a suitable date to carry out the work required as discussed. Jeff & his colleague arrived at the time & date agreed. They carried out the work professionally, they respected our property and left the area clean & tidy. We found Jeff to be polite and knowledgeable and would not hesitate to recommend S.W.A.T to anyone.

Fantastic service I had a problem with rats in my workshop and was concerned about the damage they mite be causing as I had found some chewed wires , we called swat pest control after a friend recommended them to me. They came out for free and told me how they would treat the infestation and showed me exactly why we had a rat problem and where it was coming from . Jeff from swat did 3 treatment and advised us on how to help stop any further problems Fantastic service very happy customer I would definitely recommend swat pest control

I can not recommend this company highly enough. We noticed we had a problem with mice and rats and gave this company a call. They made an appointment for the next day, arrived on time and assured us they can deal with the problem. Needless to say, we no longer have unwanted visitors in our house

I rang up today , as myself and my husband came across a wasp nest in our shed. And I spoke with a very nice polite lady, and explained what we had come across. She sent Trevor out to deal with it and he was a very nice polite chap. We was completely impressed with their professionalism. We highly recommend this business. Absolutely outstanding service from ringing up and speaking to a lovely lady who dealt with this promptly and was so helpful she was able to get Damien here within an hour of myself ringing up! Discrete van and he was extremely polite and informed me of what we was needed to deal with the pest issue. He was so reassuring and guaranteed the work. Pleased to have had such a knowledgeable professional person and I feel reassured of the service they are providing. Damien is a credit to this company. Highly recommend.

Superb Company- Having made contact with the office - Damien (Pest Controller) was on site that afternoon as promised. “Suffering” - from a sudden rat infestation in my garage- he explained what was needed in a very professional manner and with his knowledge and experience - orchestrated a way to clear the area. I was delighted that literally within days - there was no longer any sign of rats - and since his initial visit - none have returned. I should also add that following his first visit - Damien returned on two later occasions simply to check on the area - without my request for him to do so. I would highly recommend the services of this company and staff.

I thought I had a wasps nest so called PESTCOTEK last night around 7.30pm. Andy said he would be with me the next morning to have a look and give me a quote. He was true to his word and very quickly identified that my 'wasps' were in fact honey bees and explained very knowledgeably that the swarm I had witnessed was the worker bees protecting the vulnerable queen bee as she relocated. Who knew? 🙂 He said that the stragglers should disperse in the next few days but if I had any problems to call him. He could easily have told me anything, taken my money and I would have believed him. A genuine and smart guy, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Thanks Andy

Andy responded to carry out an assessment of the area of concern. His expertise identified the issues straight away allowing the swift treatment. His relaxed nature and ability to effectively communicate what was going on a why, how to deal with issue, and prevent a recurrence was excellent and reassuring. I will hopefully not need to call Pestcotek again but I’m extremely happy to recommend Pestcotek and Andy in particular.
