Wayne was very friendly on the phone and seemed very approachable. He sorted the issues we had by doing a thorough investigation as our house is not an easy one with regards to old plumbing over the years, something that other plumbers have struggled with! Would definitely recommend.

Excellent communication using email and texts when organising the work, which made the whole process very efficient. A new set of kitchen taps were purchased and installed by Wayne in less than 36 hours after I had first contacted him as a potential new customer. The taps were installed neatly and correctly without any mess being made in the property.

Very pleased with the work Mark did for us. He rescued us from a burst tank in the airing cupboard, which flooded the kitchen, then returned at a later date to replace the cylinder and pipework. He also serviced the boiler and did a couple of other jobs for which he did not quote, but did them anyway. He was on time, professional and knowledgeable, and the price was as quoted. All in all, a good experience and we would thoroughly recommend him.

I came home to find water dripping from the light fitting in the utility room. Mark had been recommended to me so I phoned him and he said he’d come later in the afternoon. I was going to be away from home when he came. He said he’d call me when he was on his way, which he did, then called me when he arrived and then when he’d done the job. Mark had to break into the ceiling to fix the leak in the hot water pipe above. He was able to keep the damage to a minimum by using a thermal image camera to locate the leak. I was very impressed with his skill and professionalism, and that he kept me informed at all times. I thought that the work done represented good value, given that it was an emergency. I’d definitely recommend Mark as an excellent plumber.

I was having problems with my oil boiler for several weeks. It got to a point where it wasn't working at all. I called Mark who responded very quickly. He was only on site for about 30 mins and he had the issue sorted. The boiler is now working like new. Many thanks Mark.

Really impressed with Jay and Ben and the job they did. I had a pressurised water and heating system installed in the loft to replace an old vented system that was on the floor below. It was a big job with various complexities and needed further pipework rerouting to enable building work to take place as well as amending the electrics in which a previous plumber did wrong. Also a Hive system added. They offered a fair price, clearly thought through the job and it was obvious they wanted to do the best job they could. Commutation was great, they worked tirelessly and the end job was perfect. Great lads, very professional and reliable. Will use them for any plumbing work I need. The future and highly recommended to others.

Called Peerless Plumbing following a boiler failure: Tyron arrived within 30mins to assess remedial action needed. A straightforward like for like replacement was possible, but we knew our dated system was best replaced. Tyron gave a comprehensive quote for both options promptly and importantly said they could start the work within a week! As Xmas was close and visitors due, we were extremely pleased to accept his offer. The team were a pleasure to have here and their professionalism a credit to the firm. Couldn’t be happier with the service from Tyron and his team! Wanted a Combi boiler swap, however we’re told by British Gas it may not be possible without replacing much of the pipework due to potential leaks. Peerless Plumbing stepped in and had the job completed within 2 days! Tyron came round and assured us the work could be done, taking the time to explain everything before starting. We were told by a friend to contact ACS Gas as previous engineers have let us down. Connor was on time and carried out our gas safety check thouraly and advised us on advisory work for the future to comply with regulations and answered all our questions. Now then we moved to North Somercotes in Feb this year. As you do we looked for tradesman to supply and fit a new Oil heating system. This chap Conner from ACS Gas was recommended so over he came. Well the jobs now done and its Brill. Conner is a Top Chap great eye for detail and allways willing to go the extra Mile and offer help and advice on best way forward. The new Navien Boiler is brill and has a 10 year parts and Labour warranty so very happy and toasty Paps🤣. Ps If you do have Conner all you need to do is feed him loads of Coffee ☕ as this keeps him awake.🙂🤣👍. Thanks mate

Connor came to look at our boiler when it failed within a few hours and when he realised it needed replacing (it was nearly 15 years old) he was back within a few days and completed the work in only a few hours. My boiler has been playing up in my caravan for weeks, then it finally give up. I found ACS on Google with great reviews. Spoke to Connor on monday 7th august who was very professional, honest and polite, he recommended a new boiler. In which he quoted me for that day. I went ahead with quote and everything was ordered and fitted on the Wednesday 9th August. My daughter was at van at time of fitting, and she stated he was punctual, professional and clean, he also went through everything with her regarding operation of boiler. So would highly recommend this company, and will definitely use them again.

Well what can I say!!!our Boiler broke down on us 28th December 23 leaving us without heating and hot water so that was the end of Xmas for us, 😟😩. After ringing numerous plumbers had no joy at all. Then got chatting to a friend of mine who recommended Ben Armstrong, she said he has fitted her new boiler and was absolutely brilliant 😁... I messaged Ben that evening and he was at out property the next day to assess the situation, what a diamond he is 😁😁😁.. Such a lovely friendly person, he ordered a new boiler for us there and then, gave us a price and a date to fit. There he was at the exact time he said he was coming with is mate Connor with all equipment needed. Covered all the floor, got on with the job and was finished at 2pm that same day all neatly fitted, working, cleaned up after them, explained the working of the boiler and the thermostat and said to ring him and ask for any help at all if we needed to, they took away everything with them and nothing was too much trouble and such professional work was done by them, I am So pleased I bumped into my friend that morning who recommended Ben.. I will recommend him to all my friends and family and will keep his number and only use Ben forever now for any plumbing jobs we may need n the future. Swift response from Ben after initially seeking advice. Excellent teamwork during the installation between Mark and Connor, tidy job with emphasis on keeping work areas clean and removing all waste. Professional and reliable. During the annual boiler checking and servicing, the gas engineer found there was a small amount of gas leak in the system. He carefully checked every single point and eventually had to take out the oven and found the gas leaking point was right underneath the gas hob. It was believed that the gas had been leaking for quite a long time. One important point I need to say is that the gas supply company had just replaced a new gas meter about a month ago, but they failed to find this gas leak during the meter replacement work.

We had a swift response to our enquiry from Kev, who was highly accommodating in arranging a date for our boiler service (thank you for managing to fit us in before Christmas!). Considering we are in a new build property we expected (hoped) it would be a relatively straight forward procedure. The service was completed efficiently and was explained thoroughly.
