I called Kevin to come and service our boiler. We agreed a date and time. He arrived punctually. He was very knowledgeable and very professional! We’ve been thinking of having a radiator moved and we were impressed with his work so we asked him to do the job for us. Cannot rate him high enough and would certainly recommend him to anyone.

We had a swift response to our enquiry from Kev, who was highly accommodating in arranging a date for our boiler service (thank you for managing to fit us in before Christmas!). Considering we are in a new build property we expected (hoped) it would be a relatively straight forward procedure. The service was completed efficiently and was explained thoroughly. Kev highlighted a number of issues and corners that had been cut by the house builder, he was even able to rectify some during his visit. We were very happy with the service provided and the price we paid. We would definitely recommend Kev.

I recently had a new central heating boiler fitted by Kevin Parker. From visiting the house to assess the situation, forwarding a quotation, completely installing the new boiler was all completed within one week. I have recently had a lot of work completed at my house and I would highly recommend the team. George and Gaz in office are very helpful and are quick to come back to calls if needed. Johnny has done an amazing job with installing my new kitchen and bathroom, completing all of the woodwork required, a lot of this was done by hand including the panelling up the stairs which I am very happy with. Harry has also been very helpful with the plumbing works and a good source of entertainment. A very friendly and happy business that I would definitely use again if needed.

Professional and reliable. During the annual boiler checking and servicing, the gas engineer found there was a small amount of gas leak in the system. He carefully checked every single point and eventually had to take out the oven and found the gas leaking point was right underneath the gas hob. It was believed that the gas had been leaking for quite a long time. One important point I need to say is that the gas supply company had just replaced a new gas meter about a month ago, but they failed to find this gas leak during the meter replacement work.

Called Peerless Plumbing following a boiler failure: Tyron arrived within 30mins to assess remedial action needed. A straightforward like for like replacement was possible, but we knew our dated system was best replaced. Tyron gave a comprehensive quote for both options promptly and importantly said they could start the work within a week! As Xmas was close and visitors due, we were extremely pleased to accept his offer. The team were a pleasure to have here and their professionalism a credit to the firm. We confidently recommend asking them for a quote :)

Tyron and his team (Jason and Nathan) carried out a full plumbing install, top to bottom for our new build property to include first and second fix. The work was completed to a superb standard, and even when issues arose, Tyron and the team responded extremely promptly. The work was executed to a professional, and high standard. Couldn’t be happier with the service from Tyron and his team! Wanted a Combi boiler swap, however we’re told by British Gas it may not be possible without replacing much of the pipework due to potential leaks. Peerless Plumbing stepped in and had the job completed within 2 days! Tyron came round and assured us the work could be done, taking the time to explain everything before starting. Could not rate this company highly enough. My elderly father was stuck with a leaking radiator and the previous plumbers we tried were very unhelpful. I've used this company a few times now and have only had good experiences. Most recently they have updated my ancient hot water system. Superb equipment and top quality work. We had a real mystery problem that was driving us bonkers. We had cold water to every tap/shower/toilet in the house but in the middle floor the cold simply stopped working for the sink and toilet even though the shower next to them had no problem. We contacted J&S and they gave us an early appointment two days later. Our problem was solved when in walked Jarrod. Although agreeing that there was no obvious solution he worked the problem, went over the valves next to the tank and in little less than an hour the water was flowing again. He also diagnosed a separate potential problem which he was able to fix the same morning. So top marks to our hero Jarrod and top marks to J&S for a speedy and keenly priced service. Big fans.

Absolutely chuffed with the service I've just received from J&S Plumbing and Heating! I called yesterday after my neighbour recommended them, they gave me an appointment for the next day, and the engineer arrived this morning and fixed the radiator within half an hour, it's now piping hot and I couldn't be happier with the service! Jo in the office was friendly and helpful, and Alfie the engineer was friendly and helpful. Brilliant experience, I would highly recommend them! Really positive experience. Had to get an old boiler replaced and Endeavour were a recommended Worcester Bosch installer from Worcester Bosch themselves. Price wise very competitive after getting lots of quotes. Oliver and Millie were helpful and the installers were polite and professional and worked hard at it all day. Had a slight change due to one boiler engineer being sick but had good communication throughout and they moved bits about to ensure I was back to having hot water and heating on my only other available day. I would recommend this company and will use again I'm sure.

As soon as Oliver walked in our small bathroom we knew he would be doing the work for us.He advised us on everything we wanted.We had our bathroom completely ripped out and a new one fitted while we were away on holiday for 2 weeks. Unfortunately it wasn't completely finished when we got home as there were a few unforeseen problems beyond their control.Keith who did the re-fit is an absolute superstar and nothing was too much trouble for him.All in all a first class service from Oliver and his fine team...we are already planning our next home improvement with them.
