Richard and his team recently completed an absolutely fantastic bathroom project at our house. Comunication was great from day 1, and everyone who worked on the job was very pleasant, efficient and professional. When they faced complications with the room (due to the age/condition of our house) they found solutions quickly and efficiently and now the space works like a dream. We finally have a bathroom we love spending time in! Would absolutely recommend them - thank you so much for your hard work.

The lads that was who attended my elderly parents' home was not only professional, efficient, and tidy, but they were also incredibly polite and respectful throughout their visit. Given that my parents are dealing with dementia, it was crucial to us that they felt comfortable. The lads took time to explain what they were doing in a simple and non-intimidating manner. Had an urgent issue with our immersion tank leaking a lot of water and ruining the flooring and room underneath. Steve and co turned up less than 24 hours after i first noticed it and had the issue fixed in 10 mins. He was super helpful and efficient, would definitely recommend.

The team at WW Plumbing and Heating Services were great - they were quick, efficient and the quality of work was excellent. They fitted our new boiler really quickly and began work on the new bathroom straight away. They were all friendly, polite and tidied up after each day. Just moved in to a new house. The boiler packed up and the kitchen sink was slow draining. Alvin replied promptly, was able to fix the boiler and also cleared the blocked drains. Quick service, very efficient and reasonably priced. Would highly recommend and will be calling him again when needed.

I called Highway Plumbing and Drainage to resolve a blocked drain. They were with me within three hours and resolved the issue quickly. They also checked to see that there were not any potential longer term issues. They were polite and professional, the service was reasonably priced and I would not hesitate to recommend them or use them again.

I had been renovating a flat but unfortunately had an issue with a drain blockage. I was in need of fairly urgent assistance. Alvin was on time, polite and sorted out the problem in a quick and efficient manner. He had all the kit that was required to help clear the drains - with his camera (and some dye I put down the toilet) I could see the drains working again and the problem was resolved. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this excellent (and fairly priced) service.

We were having trouble with the thermostat on our underfloor heating. I called Alert Plumbing as they had come highly recommended by colleague and they called me straight back on a video call so they could guide me through a couple of things and have a look at issue. This saved the need of an unnecessary and expensive call out should there be a quick fix. Impressive! They were able to see exactly what was what and have a good idea of what was needed straight away with a time frame for coming out to complete the work. The guys were out within in a really reasonable time frame and fixed the problem at a super reasonable price too! Thank you Noel and team!

When I called Fineline the phone was answered straightaway and the call was handled sympathetically and very efficiently. Shane and his assistant came out and dealt with our issue the next day. He promptly identified and dealt with the problem and afterwards explained the cause of the fault. Our property was respected. Fantastic service and would definitely use them again.

After calling 1st aid plumbing, Joel came out to repair our plumbing issue within 2 hours. What we initially thought would be a relatively simple job , uncovered a not so simple job and a leak. Joel was absolutely brilliant, fixed the leak and piping issues. Cleared up afterwards and was very polite and professional. Josh was absolutely great - called him in the morning with an F75 boiler error and he attended that same day.
