Needed help with my elderly mum's temperamental boiler. Plumbing Angels sent me Alex the same day, who had a careful dig around in the boiler, diagnosed a blocked pipe and managed to suck out the blockage with good humour, no fuss and no mess. [We still don't know how a 10 inch twig got down there?!] Great company, highly recommended.

We had our downstairs cloakroom completely refitted. The quote for the work was provided quickly and in detail. The work was completed in a timely fashion and was completed to a very high standard. We were consulted at all stages of the work and the staff were always polite. Where needed they bought the materials required for the refit. At each stage of the work the area was left clean and tidy. I would recommend Plumbing Angels without hesitation.

I phoned Adam in an emergency with water leaking from my boiler about 17:00, and going away for a few days the following morning. He was able to offer a plumber between 8:00 and 10:00 the following morning. Suggested turning off the boiler which slowed the leak down to a slow drip that we could collect. Neil duly arrived and identified the problem. Part required that he knew would not be in stock, but he was able to stop it dripping. Upon our return we turned on the immersion to give us hot water only to discover it was not working. A phone call to Adam produced Luke the a couple of days later (we returned on a week-end) to replace the immersion and the next day Darren to replace and test the required boiler part. We now have a fully functioning boiler and emergency immersion heater. All plumbers were friendly, professional and did superb jobs. Adam organised speedy responses, and charged sensible prices for quick responses. Thank you Cannot praise the Company highly enough.

Just moved in to a new house. The boiler packed up and the kitchen sink was slow draining. Alvin replied promptly, was able to fix the boiler and also cleared the blocked drains. Quick service, very efficient and reasonably priced. Would highly recommend and will be calling him again when needed.

I had been renovating a flat but unfortunately had an issue with a drain blockage. I was in need of fairly urgent assistance. Alvin was on time, polite and sorted out the problem in a quick and efficient manner. He had all the kit that was required to help clear the drains - with his camera (and some dye I put down the toilet) I could see the drains working again and the problem was resolved. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this excellent (and fairly priced) service.

I called Highway Plumbing and Drainage to resolve a blocked drain. They were with me within three hours and resolved the issue quickly. They also checked to see that there were not any potential longer term issues. After usual plumber didn't get back to me opted for these guys after a Google search. What I will say is: - They were prompt and clear in communication, in explaining the issue, the cost to fix it, and in booking the day. - The guys that came round to the house were polite (even taking the time to explain the plumbing to my inquisitive 4 year old), they were tidy and they were quick. - And the main reason you ask for a plumber; what was leaking is no longer leaking. So all in all great job and they have become my usual plumber.

Recently widowed and struggling with plumbing problems, I was at my wits end. Leaky pipes, wobbly tap. Guys Plumbing were recommended to me. An emergency call out to Craig at Linked Plumbing and Heating resulted in saying a long overdue farewell to our horrible 16 year old boiler (aka frankenboiler). Craig lead us through our options and was able to fit us in as an emergency job while we were away for a few days. His team took two days to install a modern Vaillant combi, with a new flue though the roof of our townhouse and Nest thermostats. They were neat and tidy throughout and Craig's communication before, during and after installation was outstanding. He even popped round a couple of days later to give us a guided tour of everything he'd done. This was a faultless experience and I would highly recommend Linked Plumbing and Heating to anyone in need of boiler installation and servicing in Kent.

Craig was a fantastic tradesman, I called him in a panic needing a power flush for the hot water system before I could get the boiler repaired by the manufacturer and he agreed to squeeze us in at short notice. Contacted Nick of Right Flow via email and received a call the same day, and my request to change my old bathroom taps for those I had purchased was booked within the week, and the job has been completed today! Nick arrived promptly, fitted the taps quickly, and we discussed a missing overflow pipe problem and a further booking made for next week to resolve that. Very impressed with Nick's knowledge, speed and quality of work, and would highly recommend!

Heating packed up. Never used this company before. Phoned them up Paul was on another job but was around in hour and half. Changed a valve and fixed a leak. heating back up and running. Suggested other valve needed changing as the leak had dripped into it.Appeared the following morning fixed leak and changed valve. Excellent service masked up and social distanced. Would recommend this plumber every time.

I have been using Prestige Plumbing for probably around 15 years now and wouldn’t trust my plumbing jobs to any other company. They have consistently solved all my various plumbing issues and have recently installed a new boiler system. When I had a problem at work I brought them in to help there too. Eddie was referred to me by a drainage specialist following severe blockages. I contacted him a couple of months later to ask him to replace my kitchen sink and toilet. I am over 70 and he kindly advised me on the items I needed and purchased them on my behalf as I would not be able to drag them into my small flat. On the day he did the work, he and an assistant arrived at 9.30 as promised. There were a couple of complications that required some extra small items. The job was finished by 3.30 despite him having to go out and purchase the items and I was very happy with the end result. I found Eddie to be totally honest, reliable and very knowledgeable, so much so that I have recommended him to my son who owns an Estate Agency in Clapham which Eddie is willing to travel to.

I called this plumbing company when I had an emergency leak. The person I spoke to was friendly and really helpful on the telephone, an engineer arrived within 30 minutes and solved the problem within the hour, which was due to a problem with my upstairs toilet. Reasonable price, very efficient and friendly. They also cleaned up there mess which was a plus as I have had contractors leave there mess behind for myself to clean up. Highly recommend to anyone reading this. I have already recommended to a friend who needed a heating job done.

My plumbing leak was started from a softener connection hose then more leaks were found from a series of valves in the early Saturday morning. I turned off the mains, and made a couple of enquiries. Only Eddie from ELR Plumbing quoted and promised me a fixed price to repair the leaks per my request. All the others quoted the call out fees plus hourly rates which you never know the ceiling, especially at the weekend. Eddie came over on time, detected and identified the causes. He worked hard by overcoming the difficulties of access and 3 layers of walls which requires drilling very professionally. Due to the parts issue, he also had to make two return visits to fix them in different days. Eddie was very honest and credit. I observed and knew that the repairing time he spent must have been more than that he estimated, but Eddie kept the promise and had the works done perfectly. I am glad to know Eddie now. I definitely will use him again.
