Superb! Just superb! I had a blocked kitchen sink and all my usual tricks hadn't worked. I'd done my last drops of One Shot (the only thing that ever worked), used some caustic soda, been outside down the pipes with my drain snake, which had never failed me before today. Nothing! Called Mayday as I'd seen the vans, and the same afternoon they came round and fixed the problem. Properly good price too considering the short notice. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs anything of this nature. Thank you very, very much.

I recently had a walk-in shower fitted by Chivers. The company earned 5 stars every step of the way. Quick response, excellent communication from all the staff. It was a real pleasure to deal with Jake, the main fitter for the project, Jay, who measured up and gave advice as well as assisting Jake and John Chivers who worked with Jake installing shower boards.. Excellent service. Chivers received a phonecall from my landlord this afternoon & they sent Tommy who dealt with the issue within an hour of the phonecall. The engineer was polite, explained everything and was attentive.

I would like to firstly thank Lee for his prompt response to my original enquiry and sending out our quote without delay and thank you to the admin team for their calls to confirm booking. Once my husband and I accepted the quote the next steps moved along really quickly. We had the pleasure of meeting both Ryan and Kai who arrived as planned, they prepped my home with floor coverings to protect my flooring, they were diligent in cleaning up as they went along and again each evening ensuring our home was left as they found it. They both worked incredibly hard, and in extreme heat and completed on time. Thank you all so much x We would fully recommend Aquaheat and their wonderful team. Ryan and Ki came last week and over two days fitted a new Worcester Bosch 35 Life boiler. They were very respectful of our property, cleared their mess up as they went. Explained the features and answered all our questions. The boiler has been working perfectly and is very quiet. Radiators are nice and hot. It is so nice to be ready for winter. We have given them 5 stars but would have given them 10 out of 10 for a very good experience. I can recommend Aquaheat New Romney, its been a pleasure dealing with them.

Matt and Archie were here last week installing an air conditioning unit. They were both very polite and worked continuously to make sure the work was completed in one day. I am delighted with my new air con. unit and how well it was installed. Both the young men explained how to operate the unit and set up the app on my phone so I can operate the unit when not at home. They were both very kind to go through the control and operating handset making sure I understood how to operate the new air con. unit. They left the utility room clean and tidy. I would recommend AquaHeat as a company for both heating and air conditioning as I have a service contract with them for my gas boiler. They are a very friendly and reliable company.

My experience with Aquaheat was nothing but positive. All of the staff were professional, polite and courteous inside my home. First may I thank Tyrone and Ben for being so efficient in dealing with my plumbing issues haha! I have never in all the time living in Tenterden for 7 years have I had “professionals” arrange to visit and deal with the issues so promptly and in one whole day! I should know as I have had many quotes request for maintaining this home with some so called professionals not even turning up or me waiting with zero communications to actually do the job! This was an unplanned messy job for Tyrone and Ben involving clearing the main drains which they dealt with so efficiently. I told them I had blocked up sink but they discovered that it was much more than that but just went on to deal with it all in the same day along with new kitchen taps/plumbing and installing a long awaited brand new shower unit needed (waiting on other plumbers) . By the way, Ben was as efficient as you Tyrone when left to do the finishing plumbing appliances. Very courteous and arrived ready to show me the product he had ordered and collected (on the same day) for my shower and kitchen sink before installing them. Checking that I was happy with what was ordered. I am a very patient homeowner who understands that contractors are busy all times of the. year. All I ask is that they take the time to communicate instead of leaving me waiting... TG Plumbers and Bathrooms surprised me with their excellent service which involved explaining step by step what needed to be done. I felt so happy to be treated with respect and felt like I had a new kitchen and bathroom again! I will certainly recommend them and use them again.

I called Beaumont Plumbing Solutions in the morning and within an hour he called back with the good news one of his team would be there in 30 minutes. Ethan turned and was extremely polite and after reviewing the shower tray, which was a problem for many plumbers, he went straight to work and the blockage within 30 minutes cleaning the area as he was leaving. Such a service is hard find and I will be using them for my plumbing works.

Ethan and Sam helped me create my dream bathroom, they were friendly, helpful, highly-skilled and efficient. Great at coming up with clever solutions when my plans wouldn't quite work, excellent communication and very tidy! Adam has just installed a new radiator for us plus dealt with a leaking joint we had plus a further small one he detected whilst here. He previously installed and regularly services our boiler plus completely refurbished our bathroom. Always does an excellent job and leaves it all clean & tidy. Highly recommend. We now only let Adam carry out any work required to our plumbing & heating system.
