I've said it before and i'll say it again!! MCS are absolute legends!!!. Mark came round yesterday to fit a new immersion water tank. This is the second time I've called MCS for plumbing issues and they have solved them both. Extremely professional, cleans as he works, very good quotes and Mark is genuinely a lovely guy. I can't express how grateful I am to Mark and MCS, I'd highly recommend them to anyone!. Thanks again guys.

Mike Oliver came to deal with three plumbing issues. He sorted out substandard work to a toilet cistern done by another plumber, repaired a tap and then replaced a stopcock where a previous plumber had previously declared it couldn't be done. The bill was extremely reasonable. He is very straightforward to deal with. Highly recommended.

This was my first time of using the company. I need a Radiator valve replaced plus a new PRV. Ryan attended and speedily and efficiently did both. He didn't need to drain the system so the price was then adjusted to reflect that. An honest, efficient and trustworthy company that I'd absolutely recommend.

At last a plumber you can rely on! Arrived on time, every time. Assessed what had to be done and carried it out in a timely and efficient manner. All work areas were left clean and tidy. Installed 4 radiators, gas oven, hob and sink. I do not normally leave reviews, but felt that that the standard of service received warranted it.

Absolutely brilliant service. We called them out on Tuesday, they arrived on Wednesday and diagnosed the problem with our shower and fitted a new one on the Thursday. Considering the price of complete showers on their own the price was very reasonable. A good efficient service.

I called Josh late on a Friday afternoon due to a leak underneath my boiler. He tried to help over the phone straight away, but due to the issue it couldn’t be done. He then made sure someone came out to me as soon as they could, they were very professional and efficient, cleaned up and everything was restored to the way it was when he arrived, after taking flooring up! Would 100% recommend and would definitely use again!

Craig was a fantastic tradesman, I called him in a panic needing a power flush for the hot water system before I could get the boiler repaired by the manufacturer and he agreed to squeeze us in at short notice. He arrived on time, was very friendly and knowledgeable and did the job perfectly. Great value for money. When we need work on the boiler done in the future, we’ll be calling Craig back. An emergency call out to Craig at Linked Plumbing and Heating resulted in saying a long overdue farewell to our horrible 16 year old boiler (aka frankenboiler). Craig lead us through our options and was able to fit us in as an emergency job while we were away for a few days. His team took two days to install a modern Vaillant combi, with a new flue though the roof of our townhouse and Nest thermostats. They were neat and tidy throughout and Craig's communication before, during and after installation was outstanding. He even popped round a couple of days later to give us a guided tour of everything he'd done. This was a faultless experience and I would highly recommend Linked Plumbing and Heating to anyone in need of boiler installation and servicing in Kent.

Chan did a fantastic job at our new place installing a washing machine. It needed new indoor pipework and outer waste pipe drainage. I needed a complete bathroom refurb, Great service from beginning to end. he gave me pointers of what I could and couldn’t have with my system. James gave me lots of ideas from previous jobs. I told him what I was after and he has gone above and beyond with great attention to detail. He altered existing pipe work to bring it in line with current regulations. The ceiling had a poor touch up previously which James brought back to an amazing standard with some amazing lights that he had recommended. Really happy with everything and would highly recommend him to anyone
