We were recommended The Heating Network by a family member. Steve has been out several times to service our boiler, install a shower pump and troubleshoot/resolve issues with the radiators. All issues are resolved quickly with a detailed explanation to the issue. Steve has always been on time, polite and very tidy and I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone in need of a friendly and professional plumber.

Heating packed up. Never used this company before. Phoned them up Paul was on another job but was around in hour and half. Changed a valve and fixed a leak. heating back up and running. Suggested other valve needed changing as the leak had dripped into it.Appeared the following morning fixed leak and changed valve. Excellent service masked up and social distanced. Would recommend this plumber every time.

Paul was very quick to respond to our request for the jobs that needed doing and never let us down.

After usual plumber didn't get back to me opted for these guys after a Google search. What I will say is: - They were prompt and clear in communication, in explaining the issue, the cost to fix it, and in booking the day. - The guys that came round to the house were polite (even taking the time to explain the plumbing to my inquisitive 4 year old), they were tidy and they were quick. - And the main reason you ask for a plumber; what was leaking is no longer leaking. So all in all great job and they have become my usual plumber.

Guy’s have done a lot of work on my home installing a new full heating system and boiler. They also fitted a new bathroom and downstairs cloak room. We are pleased with the standard of work which was efficiently carried out with a friendly, hard working team.

Recently widowed and struggling with plumbing problems, I was at my wits end. Leaky pipes, wobbly tap. Guys Plumbing were recommended to me. The boys arrived and started work on all the many issues immediately. They worked with confidence and efficiency. They were pleasant and helpful - left NO mess - worked well and sorted ALL. Guys plumbing and heating we an excellent team to deal. Craig fitted a water softener into my kitchen cupboard. It was not easy to do but he was very patient and did an excellent job. Hi i called Richard to come over to look at my boiler and plumbing system, when i first spoke to him i noticed he was very polite, he sat down and explained everything clearly, not that i didn’t knowing anything about plumbing quite the opposite. Chan did a fantastic job at our new place installing a washing machine. It needed new indoor pipework and outer waste pipe drainage. James, Konner and Jasper did a wonderful job of turning an outdated ensuite bathroom into a very smart modern walk in shower room. They arrived on time every day, worked continuously, checking we were happy every step of the way, and were extremely polite and exceptionally clean workers. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them or indeed using them again in the future.

James did a great work, he's a hard working man that delivers high end work. And the price was great as well. Really recommend him! PS: He also put the plaster back and added a first layer of filling. I had to do a bit of sandpapering and a second layer of filling, but trust me, I have two left hands and I still made it :-)

I needed a complete bathroom refurb, Great service from beginning to end. he gave me pointers of what I could and couldn’t have with my system. James gave me lots of ideas from previous jobs. I told him what I was after and he has gone above and beyond with great attention to detail. He altered existing pipe work to bring it in line with current regulations. The ceiling had a poor touch up previously which James brought back to an amazing standard with some amazing lights that he had recommended. Really happy with everything and would highly recommend him to anyone

Mike Oliver came to deal with three plumbing issues. He sorted out substandard work to a toilet cistern done by another plumber, repaired a tap and then replaced a stopcock where a previous plumber had previously declared it couldn't be done. The bill was extremely reasonable. He is very straightforward to deal with. Highly recommended.
